Not anything fancy at all! Decent price per month, but they raise the rates often and they do nothing to maintain or upkeep the place. Not sure what the increase is for! You will mow your own grass even if you are temporary. Cats constantly roam free and get on your cars and your patio furniture. For the most part it is quiet though and feels pretty safe! Had my car dolly stolen once so I have cameras surrounding my place and locked everything well. Good luck fighting the kids for any time in the pool!

I loved the managers. They had some good suggestions we could use. Also they had insight to information we can use. And they tried to work to our best interest. That was amazing in itself. Yes this place is a GOOD spot to live.

At first glance this place seems like a nice well managed Mobile Home Park. BUT PLEASE, BE WARE!!! LOOKS ARE DESEVING!!!!! My husband and I have been living here for well over 2 years, Never having any trouble with past management or neighbors. And have ALWAYS paid our rent on time and in full. We actually got along very well with past management. Who by the way always kept the grounds very clean, always made an effort to plan special activities for all the residents and our families and always made themselves available in the office Monday_through Friday. 8am to 6pm. And if any residents ever had any after hour issues/emergencies they were always just a phone call away..... But WARNING: THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT has raised our rent by $100 At least 3 times in the past 6 months. The whole time taking away any responsibilities management was taking care of and forcing disabled long term residents to now take over(and believe it or not) charging us a hefty fee every month for the things they know full well 2 disabled people(myself & my husband) are in no condition, physically to do. And to add insult to injury, for no reason what so ever,took away our access to the community handicapped accessible showers /bathrooms. Even after they received a letter from my very concerned social worker begging them to please reconsider taking away our access to those handicapped showers/bathrooms. Our concerns were totally ignored. And it is close to impossible to actually find them anywhere on the grounds. They never answer their phone, return messages or make even a small effort to be available. We are stuck here. If anyone it there has any helpful suggestions, please, PLEASE reply to my post. Management is very helpful and supportive love the way they stay on top of things here. Everyone’s properties are well taken care of. If something is not the way it’s supposed to be they are right on top of it. Very friendly environment it’s nice to know I can go to work and all is safe when I get back.

Love calling this place home! The office staff is great about getting things fixed in a timely manner and Maria answers whenever i need her for something! the improvements ive seen in the last 2 years are awesome!

Phoenix is a large spread out city and it’s hard to work out where is best to stay, but check where the trains run first. This park is very clean and has lovely long term guests. The manager is a lovely lady and helpful. Amenities are all good, great laundry too.Public transport is nearby and $4.00 for a day pass. But be prepared for TRAIN horns all night. Phoenix needs to fix this! Grand Ave is not so Grand. Otherwise this park is very nice but short on short term stays.

Frequent here to give a Friend a ride to work. For the area, this location stays, for the most part, fairly quiet, but its had it disturbance visits from Glendales Finest... Mngt keeps property maintained, but there IS room for improvement. Overall, nice little communiry within our community.BeWell!

I just happened to have the good fortune of spending a good amount of time at Triple T Mobile Home Park and I enjoyed it very much. Very neighborly, giving people. Looking around i felt most everyone residing there took pride in where they lived..

I love the park! The neighborhood outside of it though, not so much. The park is very clean and quiet, even with a bunch of trailer park kitties that come and go. Me and my family have been here for about 3 months and we love it! Reasonable rent rate and pet deposits.

The lead Management position is filled by a psycho. She really made me NOT want to rent a lot here.

Told me I was able to stay for 90 days. Then after I haul trailer there and pay it became 23 days. Wasnt even staying in trailer till repairs could be made. What a waste of time and money. LIARS!Update! Should have known second time around would not be any different. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY STILL MEANS SOMETHING. SO YES MY RECORD IS FELONY FREE. THANKS FOR TAKING MONEY AWAY FROM A PREGNANT WOMAN AND A 1 YEAR OLD BABY WITH NOWHERE TO LIVE. YOUR MADE OF PURE CHAMPIONSHIP STUFF!!

The restrooms and pool are well maintained and clean. There are about 10 rv spaces; the rest is a mobile home residential park. The rest room is very nice, but there is not a separate toilet, so if someone is taking a long shower you might have to wait a while. In 5 days, this only happened once to us.

I was thinking bout moving here

Wendy and Maria are fantastic managers. They have a pool, shower area, restroom, community Center. Each RV spot has a small storage locker. For the RVers is no place like home and this you could call this place home for the winter months. If you have Passport America you can stay for a week using the discount otherwise its full rate for the month. They do request that you make reservations for your stay.

Ever since Wendy left, things have gone downhill since then. It used to be a better place.

Fiance paid for our application fee, they told us a week ago that the background check would take 24 to 48 hours and then theyd call us. Waited a week, we start work in 2 days and were supposed to move tomorrow. Never heard anything back so we called 10+ times with no answer, left 2 voicemails, and emailed them. Finally received an email back that they were going to START the background check. Called two hours later only to tell him we werent approved because of charges hes still dealing with that are still pending, hasnt even been charged yet. So if youve literally ever done anything that could effect your background, dont even bother. Even though if you walk down the road you have a chance of getting shot at in this ghetto ass neighborhood. And dont rely on them to get back to you in time, like I said we called over 10 times after they were supposed to get ahold of us days ago and they didnt answer. Great management! (sarcasm). You guys need to get your s*** together. Wouldnt be so mad if they had gotten ahold of us when they were supposed to, then we wouldve had time to get things figured out!! You guys really screwed us cause you cant manage your place properly.
