It is rare to find a contractor that comes in on budget and ahead of time, but Prado & sons did just that. They always showed up when they said the would, unless they called and asked to come early. They removed the old plaster from our pool, added a Baja shelf, installed a new light, new tile line and mini-pebble tech. They are super efficient, left our yard spotless every time they were there to work. They communicated timeless and expectations to us really well. Their bid was spot on and the quality of work was excellent. I cant recommend them highly enough. Our mini pebble was installed today and tomorrow theyll acid wash and start the refill.

This being 2 weeks after completion and start up of an entire resurface and deck refinish, we are 100% satisfied with Prado and Sons service. They did an excellent job were very prompt and did a great job of cleaning up and removal of debris. Everyone was very helpful in helping me understand the process and what to expect, and never once was pushed to invest in anything more than what I asked for. Definitely a company I would do business with.

I was recommended Prado & Sons by a friend who designs and sells pools for a living. I had my pool resurfaced with pebbletech and purchased a new filter as well. The team was great to work with. They were prompt and available. The crews worked quickly and were able to complete my pool ahead of schedule! If anyone is looking to get their pool refinished I would highly recommend Prado & Sons.

We are very happy with this company! They really stand behind their work. There was a blemish in our pool after resurfacing. They attempted to fix it, but you could clearly see the patch. So, they chipped out the entire pool and started over so that the surface was done right. I am super impressed by their integrity. Our pool looks fantastic now.

I went with Prado & Sons because I read great reviews of this company. Everything was pretty much like everyone said as far as great communication, On time, and did a great job on the pool resurfacing. BUT when the $500 LED color light stopped working days later there answer was it says in the contract they are not responsible for the light after they take out and put back in pool? They said usually the pool light gasket is old and does not make a good seal letting the pool water into the light. I told them I replaced that light and gasket not more then a month earlier so the seal should have been fine. They refused to fix the problem and replace the $500 dollar light saying it was not there problem. Before you spend over 6 thousand on a pool resurface make sure you read all fine print in contract cause now im out $500 on a light I just put in a month ago which worked fine until Prado & Sons took light out and put back in. But there saying its not there problem!! Great costumer service lol

Excellent job and service. Easy to work with and workers were great. Hugo the superintendent was great and accommodating to making things right. Cam the salesman was great and Vanessa in charge of scheduling was also great and working the schedules to your needs as best as possible. Overall very pleased and great job.

4 years after installation we started to see rebar rust stains due to low quality work.They will not service since they have a none transferrable warranty policy and dont do out of warranty repairs... A joke.

I had my pool replastered using Pebble Tec in 2008 and Prado & Sons did a great job at a fair price. They were on time, and they used their own people (no subcontractors.) Some other places just subcontract the job out to others, so be sure to ask.I did have a problem with about 4-5 rust spots reappearing from some iron pebbles in the aggregate or something, but they made several trips over a period of 2 years and solved all of them, so they stood behind the work.I would recommend them and use them again.
