Professional Experts with perfect customer service!

SoundPoint Hearing tested my hearing and determined my level of hearing which was below normal. They fitted me with two Starkey hearing aids which have made a difference in my life. Mark checks them and on a regular basis and cleans them or whatever they need. After one year he gave me another hearing test to determine if any changes were needed. The service a and attention I need are given me here and I could not be more satisfied. Even the receptionists are so friendly and appear to really care about me; not only as a customer but as a person. Thank you SoundPoint Hearing and ladies. Worked just like Mark explained. Easy to make appointments and no waiting. Staff is nice. Parking is a little tight but the location is convenient from my work.

Not at all happy with the service I received. I had problems with the new hearing aid and we tried a few things - then the last one was when Mark made a mold of my ear so that I could try that style. This was after the 2 months of trying the one I had and paid for it in full. I never received the call to come in for the final fit and therefore it went past the full refund after 3 months if not satisfied. So now I am not only without a hearing aid I am out $5000.00. So much for refunding your money!
