Being new to being a gun owner but Lone Wolf and their crew are awesome. Really taking the time to explain things emphasizing on gun safety. Very knowledgeable...price even competitive with online pricing. Whether its an FFL transfer or purchasing a firearm with them directly...same great service. Highly recommend to any and everyone.

Web site has no pricing! Guess Ill just buy somewhere else. Dont like calling around and wasting time. I seen 3 guns I wanted but I click on it no information just take me to the same page over and over. No disruption or reviews. But page look nice and set up really cool.

For my first experience buying a fire arm I worked with jamie his humor was great and his knowledge about the fire arms was on point. Very relaxed atmosphere in this shop and would highly recommend you go in and see jamie and staff.

This is a gun store in Glendale. If you want people to cater to you go to Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale. I have seen what walks in and out, and when you are selling guns in the center of Glendale, you are not going to welcome people with open arms, smiles and hand shakes until you develop a rapport with the Associates. They have always called me when they said they will, are certain of the laws, unlike the big stores, and are willing to work with you on a small service such as a transfer of a weapon from an online retailer. They are honest and straight forward and know what they are doing. I dont need fluff, I just need a service provided, and they do the job. I gave them four stars, for I wish they sold more accessories, and I have suggested it, but they just dont have the traffic and room to do so. Thank you Lone Wolf.

Hand Lone Wolf Trading Company did my FFL for a Beretta and they walked through the paper work with I so happy about that and like this store and the people the best. I know one thing this place is getting all my business because I feel they treated the best. Good show and well done.

I purchased a 9MM pistol, a 20 gauge pump shotgun and a 22 pistol recently from this store. The owner is a straight shooter (no pun intended). His guns and ammo are priced fairly and he lets you take your time deciding on what to buy. Highly recommend them.

Everyone else in the store is pretty nice, but the bald guy with the beard is by far the rudest individual one could ever meet. He is mean, slow(my friend had is CCW, so he should have been able to just walk out. but the checkout process still took an hour). He is cynical, sarcastic, and does not know how to smile unless he is being cynical or sarcastic.I went in with a friend of mine to pick up his AK. As we walked in, the bald guy just stared at us(no greeting) and my friend said that he was here to pick up a gun that they called him about.So what is it? he asks.You guys called me to say it just arrived. Its under (insert name).Bald guy smiled sarcastically/condescendingly and said but what gun?!?!.Terrible attitude that will cause this place to lose business.

Bought my first handgun from Lone Wolf way back in the early 90s, a then new in the box Strum Ruger P-89 9mm w 2 10 rnd magazines included in a hard plastic lockable case for under $350. Staff was grumpy even back then, but once you get know them they opened up, they dont tolerate the people who are new and/or not knowledgeable about guns etc very well. I bought ALL of my accessories there while I lived in Phoenix. They also had some of the lowest prices and a pretty decent amount of both, longguns and handguns.

Not sure of the store itself but one of its female employees was embarrassingly rude while wearing her work shirt in a grocery store. Playing loud obscene music on her cell speaker phone and calling customer​s who were staring or acting annoyed bitches and other slurs. If this is the unprofessional behavior that this company promotes and celebrates in its employees it definitely wont be the kind of establishment I would be able to trust or shop at.

I walked in was greeted by another gentleman who was helping a customer he seemed very pleasant and enthusiastic. I processed further into the store another elderly man possibly the owner said can I help you with something even though he didn’t want to seem to help me with anything. I asked about rifles told him what I was looking for he pointed at a cheap ugly 22 rifle I said not really what I’m looking for. He also pointed out MP assault rifles which seemed overpriced. After some small talk with other sales associates and customers I left. This man genuinely seemed to not want to sell me a gun. So I took my money to ROE Armory the customer service was fantastic and personable. They built me a AR excellent experience.

Great Shop bought a new .40 with 2 mags a box of ammo and a ccw course. Like with most shops firearms and ammo are limited first come first serve what you see is what you get. If wait until the last minute you are going to be picking at bones when it comes to options. The old guy was great we asked multiple questions and helped us to the best of his knowledge.

I called requesting a service that would have cost several hundreds of dollars and been expensive for legality sake. They advised me a much cheaper (and still legal) way to accomplish the same thing, even though they wouldnt make any money from it.The whole time I could hear a huge crowd in the background; they took this time to counsel me, for no money, while they were extremely busy.Love this place.

I have bought several guns over long period of time and have never had a bad experience. They always made sure I left with one of their awesome T shirts. Its nice to have people that know what their doing not just salesman.

Just purchased from them today May 31st. Had a great experience. Place was very busy, the Employees were short and to the point, no bs. This is how I like it. They showed me the 3 models I wanted to see without hesitation. The place was way too busy for chit chat, but they answered all the specific questions I had about each model directly, without trying to steer me to a specific priced model. I ended up with the cheapest of the models I was looking at, and the employee wasnt upset about my decision at all. They just wanted to make sure I would be fully satisfied, but also wanted to keep the flow moving for all the other customers in the store that also wanted to purchase. Decent selection of items for gun enthusiast. They helped me find a holster I needed for my handgun and it was a pretty good price!

Purchased a sig, happy with the product. The employee helping me on the other hand, no good. He is the reason for the 1 star. Young, white male (only way I know how to describe him) yelled at me and another customer pretty loudly to keep it down while he was on the phone on the other side of the store. From what I am learning, this is typical of this industry. Wont be going back.

Ive been to a few gun stores in the area lately. Some want to sell you. Some have very limited hours. Met the owner of this shop finally after a few visits and I highly recommend this place. Need extra knowledge, something extra, great open hours, Ill drive farther to get here than some place closer. Good guys all around.

I walked in to see what guns he had and immediately felt unwelcome by the sales clerk. He was not busy, and had minimal answers to my few questions. Did not want to show me any guns, or take anything out of the case. He just wanted to be left alone, so I did that and left with a courteous have a nice day. The few guns he had seemed overpriced as well as what little ammunition there was. I will never step foot in that establishment again. I donno, maybe he doesnt think women should own guns. That was the impression I was left with.

I have ALWAYS stayed away from bigger gun shops. Their Price range is always very high, and service sucks. My wife and I have found our new store! These guys are GREAT! They are eager to help, even if they do not have what you are looking for. I will be telling EVERYONE to shop at this store.

Hard honest kind gun shop with great prices

Terrible service today. Once upon a time I made my first gun purchase here, and was very happy with the young lady who helped me through the process, unfortunately she wasnt there today. I think Im echoing some other reviews that already say the other staff is rude, not helpful. They demonstrate they have other priorities than to help their customers. I dont plan to return and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just bought my first handgun from here and it was great appreciated the time I was there.

I bought my first firearm from Andre at Lone Wolf in 1991, an M1A or M14 when they were $749...anyways its the only gun shop Ive bought firearms from. Since 1991 Ive been treated great, and was always given a square deal on anything Ive ever bought. Some people on here say they act rude, I would say to them dont be such little effing babies, dont go in there expecting chit chat small talk, ask for what ya want, pay for it and get the hell out. Gun shops are not like the corner Walgreens where some woman wants to know your life story, just get in, get out....and youll get a great deal at Lone Wolf...

Good prices, some rude employees, still worth checking out. They typically beat the prices of the other stores, and have most of the popular guns, and usually good prices on ammo. There are a few people there who have ZERO people skills, and they have no business working in any job that involves interaction with the public, thus two stars off. The fat guy with the long goatee acts like he doesnt want to be there, and doesnt want to be bothered by customers. I cant imagine why any company would keep someone like that in a position to deal directly with their customers. Then there is a grumpy older guy who treats non-experts like a fool. Personally I know enough to avoid this treatment, but have watched some people be treated like total fools. As others have said, do your homework ELSEWHERE.....call to check stock (they always let the rudest person there answer the phone so expect him to sound irritated), if they have what you want, go in, and get a good deal without bothering to engage the staff.

Stopped in today to look around as I am in the market for a Ruger American 45 acp and I hear they have unbeatable prices. I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the three employees. I felt invisible. Although two other gentlemen walked in after me and they were greeted and offered assistance. I did not see the pistol I wanted anyway so honestly I will rather spend my money somewhere who wants it. Even if I have to pay a few extra bucks.

I know some people think its a race or gender thing but its not. Im a white male and the employees treated me like my presence was an insult every time I have been in. They dont greet you, give rude responses, and just glare the whole time. My brother called to do a transfer and they had no idea what the normal process is so he went somewhere else . Honestly have no idea how this place is still in business.

Went in for the first time today and I was impressed. Lived in the area for years and never knew these guys existed. stopped in looking for a magazine for my 1911 and some ammo. Found what i needed, prices are great, and they have a great selection of everything. Staff was friendly, no complaints from me. I will be returning instead of Cabelas or Sportsmans Warehouse for my firearm needs.

Favorite place to buy firearms. Never had any problems. Always treated me with respect. I always recommend this place to my friends and family.

I wouldnt use this FFL dealer to ship any firearms because they dont seem to know how or be willing to do so. It is very unusual for a FFL dealer to tell a customer that they can send a firearm through the mail on there own. They just seem to do business in fear and i would have to assume its because they are not sure of what theyre doing.

I took in my AR- 15 in there on Jan 4 2017 they were very helpful and friendly and there prices are really nice I will be shopping there again real soon

Purchased a Smith and Wesson out the box it jammed they didnt believe me they sent it to the manufacturer 2 weeks to get it back no apologies not a dam word . WONT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

Meh. I am a disabled (stroke survivor) guy trying to get started with, and gain knowledge about, firearms. I stopped in here yesterday, walked up to one of the staff members, and after exchanging greetings, very bluntly said I am new at this and have no idea where to look for 9mm ammunition; while the gentleman did sort of direct me in the right direction, Ive had better customer service at McD. More preoccupied with his phone than a customer. To someone who is new, has an interest and curiosity in weapons, and a disability on top of that, that clearly needs and requests more than pointing a finger.... Thats a poor experience if Ive ever had one.The other gentleman that took care of me at the checkout, as well as a couple basic questions prior, was much more welcoming. Not great, but at least feigned interest and was kind.I totally understand working in retail - but at least pretend to do your job when someone approaches you. The second gentleman is the sole reason this review gets an okay rating from me. Ill be looking around at what other stores (and their staff) have to offer.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Felt like I was a burden to be in the store. I would advise not to go there if your anything but Caucasian or a KKK clan member.

Its a small store with a decent selection of firearms. The staff is usually available for help and decently knowledgeable. There is one gentleman who even gave me perfect directions on restoring antique rifle stocks, word for word what I had researched and read in many magazines; that was impressive he had the know-how.Its the CHEAPEST FFL transfer fee youll ever pay and if you track your order, you can pick up same day.I love their selection of cleaning supplies (very detailed) and they have most types of ammo.I would rank customer service as 4 stars, but you never feel unwanted and usually only have to wait a couple of minutes if theyre busy; there is also a young gentleman that works there that will instantly help and show you anything youre looking for and is quite well versed in firearm maintenance.Overall, I would say if you have an FFL transfer, need accessories/cleaning supplies locally, or even just want to browse a decent inventory and hold a few selections, head on down!

I have been buying my firearms from lone wolf for 5 years now. They are extremely friendly and helpful especially the guy that looks like Jay Leno. I prefer lone wolf over cabelas and any other gun store in the valley because of the great prices and selection.

Good selection. Lots of room to walk around and look, not cramped like some gun stores. Great prices that rival internet deals. They have domestic rifles and imports. Glock, S&W, Ruger, Beretta, Taurus and probably some I forgot. And they are happy to order anything. Definitely my favorite gun store. The staff is always friendly.

Im not a person who normally writes reviews good OR bad....but for lone wolf i will. i just got off the phone with the rudest employee of lone wolf trading cos entire staff which Ive met a few of the people that work here and after doing so i will not be coming back again....service - poor....manners - extremely poor and if you dont know a lot about guns dont expect to be treated like a human while speaking with these people

Terrible store. Workers are too lazy to process a FFL. Had to have it shipped back so i switch to a better store.

Let me start off by saying, you will be hard pressed to find better prices on the firearms that they have in stock. Though their on hand stock is small, they can order mostly anything you desire. But if youre in the market of an XD or Glock, youre in luck. Especially the XDs, I have yet to find a brick and mortar that can beat Lone Wolfs prices on Springfield XDs and P-Mags. If been coming here for a while and Im always shocked by their low prices. The employees also have a good knowledge base and will help you find what youre looking for.

Been in there a few time. I am a woman. I dont know if that the issue. But they always ignore me. The last time I went in and only because it is next door to where I work, I asked about an FFL transfer. Asked me a couple of questions and said it had to come from another gun store. Ok I get it. Then I asked about a specific gun and price. He seemed totally annoyed with me and rude.I guess they dont know what customer service is. Lost that sale!

Bought my 40 S & Wesson there for an excellent price, and I have been a returning customer there for months now buying range ammo and once and awhile defensive loads. Their staff seemed knowledgeable, and only felt awkward with service by one individual, but everyone else has been great, willing to let me handle and show me whatever I wanted to see, and they seem to have excellent prices on everything. Will be purchasing a shotgun from them as soon as I can. Ive had nothing but good experiences at this place, my advice would be to go and check it out and see what they have to offer before listening to negative reviews
