All Rock Supply in Glendale is the best! Heather who works at the office was kind and knowledgeable she helped us with the square footage and price points. We ordered 15 tons of rock to spread throughout our entire property, the price was reasonable in comparison with other places. The quality of Apache Pink 1” size was very good. Bob came and delivered it on time. And Jack and his crew were so dedicated and determined to get the job done right, paying close attention to detail as they worked 3 hours to spread it evenly…you guys are amazing. Thank you for doing your jobs with care and diligence. 💙

They delivered the rocks exactly when they said they would, very professional and had exactly what I had in mind, I expected at least a week or two lead time but it only took a couple of days for delivery, outstanding

Delivery not on time, they charge extra credit card fee for the transaction and have not informed about that.

I was really impressed with the price of landscape rock here! They were really friendly and we were greeted as soon as we walked in! The price per ton I really good that’s the main reason we went with them and so glad we did! But if you need some landscape rocks definitely go check out all rock supply you won’t be disappointed with the quality of rock the price and the friendliness of the staff!

All Rock should be called half rock half dirt because thats what they brought to me when I purchased 2 Tons of Rocks from them. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered 18 tons of decorative rocks from them the color is very nice but there was a lot of sand with them when the truck dumped them I ordered rocks not sand, and the time delivery is unpredictable, they said the driver should be at my house by 8 or between 8 and 9 but he didnt come until almost 11.30. Those are 2 reasons Im giving only 4 star. I probably wont buy from them again because of the amount of sand came with the rocks.

I ordered two tons of rip rap for a small, home landscaping project and I will most definitely use All Rock Supply for projects in the future. Kim was incredibly helpful over the phone, and when I stopped by their office look at my choices and place my order, the staff was equally kind and helpful in-person.

Disappointed, I bought over 12 tons of a certain 1 rock at the Glendale location and they delivered it all completely covered and mixed with a lot of dirt. Now I have to wash it, more work and will probably sprout weeds. He did give me a $5 discount per ton and free delivery; Im assuming thats the reason they brought me their dirtiest rock. Just beware that if you get any deals, you might get their dirtiest rock, unless thats how they operate regardless of what you pay.

Wow, what a great experience. I went in last week and dealt with Mario, the manager. I needed to order some pavers to be delivered to my house. He was so professional and more importantly, polite. Also very knowledgeable about the products and so willing to make me, the customer, happy. Even the delivery man was a friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend All Rock Supply. Truly a pleasure to do business with.

Do not waste your money with this company. I would give it 0 stars if possible. A phone order was placed to have a load of gravel dumped in the back yard. The driver dumped the load in the street. I spoke with Ben, a manager, and stated that the order was to dump in the yard and he needs to have someone bring a bobcat to move the gravel into the yard. Ben stated the drivers are instructed to only call the customer once, when they leave the yard. The driver called, no one answered and he left a message. When the driver arrived, he did not try to call or get out of the truck to knock on the door. He just dumped the load in the street. Ben then said the order did not say anything about dumping the load in the yard and if it did, the driver is required to (get out of the truck and ) get a signed permission from the owner. The gate to the yard could not be left open because of the pool. After a few more comments back and forth, Ben said too bad, were not doing anything and hung up the phone. We now have twice as much work to move the gravel!This update is written on 7/3/2020I posted the original complaint on June 24, 2020All Rock Supply responded to the original complaint on June 26, 2020 asking for me to email them.On June 28, 2020 I sent them an email, as requested. The email alias is Louis Rodriguez.This is now July 3, 2020, 5 days after I emailed them and NO REPLY! It would appear that their original reply was just for show!This update is written on 7/12/2020I sent on email to allrocksupply as they requested on 6/28/2020.On 7/11/2020, since I had not heard back from allrocksupply for 13 days, I sent a follow-up email on 7/11/2020 late at night.Louis Rodriguez at allrocksupply replied early next morning stating (... “We apologize additional steps were not taken ... we will correct this issue internally ... appreciate your feed back.”So what was the purpose of their original statement to “Feel free to contact us directly”.As I said before “It would appear that their original reply was just for show!”.

Wow- all I can say is I called around other rock companies were not so pleasant acted like I was bothering them when I had questions. I finally called All Rock in Glendale and Pam was the person I spoke with- she was pleasant and very helpful and knew answers to all questions without hesitation. She went above and beyond. Pricing is very respectable as well. I will always use this company for all future projects. Thank you! Im rarely impressed. Let me add the driver that delivered was just as nice and knowledgeable- swift,prompt and very professional.

This review is for their Glendale & Dysart location. I went in on 7/15 a bit before they closed and they were able to help me identify the type and amount of gravel I needed. It is 11:15 on 7/16 and the gravel was delivered about 15 minutes ago. The driver was very professional and had no problem maneuvering the truck and placing the rock where requested. Would recommend this company to anyone who like myself did not know where to start when looking for gravel.

I needed a relatively small amount of gravel to fill in some thin spots in my yard. I visited a couple of other sand and gravel suppliers, but they did not carry the gravel that matched what I currently have. I made the drive to All Rock and am so glad that I did. They carry the stone that I needed, and at a much lower cost than I had expected. Mario was very helpful and friendly. Ive used several other gravel suppliers in my 28 years in the Valley, but will only use All Rock going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone needing sand, gravel or boulders. A+ rating!!!!!!!

Reasonable prices

I was having trouble finding a landscape rock that I liked, and found All Rocks Google reviews. The other reviews are correct - Pam was great and gave me 4 samples, all of which would have worked with our house. In the process of putting down 15 tons of Apache Gold and it looks great! The driver was also nice and dumped the gravel exactly where we needed it.

I would definitely use All Rock Supply again. They not only offer great pricing but the representative Pam I worked with was very professional and and helpful. My order was both ordered and delivered on the same day and they showed up exactly on time. I couldnt be happier with my experience and my newly redone front yard turned out beautiful. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Pam!!

They couldnt work with me to guarantee delivery through my 10 gate and the city says we cannot have materials delivered to the street. I used the contractor All Rock Supply recommended to me for the 120 ton job because I needed reliability. But Ive been disappointed by the many larger rocks and mounds of dirt installed into my back yard.

I do not recommend All Rock Supply, I visited them Friday afternoon and got a quote for 1 Palimino Gold rock. I was quoted $45 a ton plus $75 delivery fee. When I returned Saturday morning I showed the worker the same baggy of rock that I had the day before and that I wanted to order it. He says how much I was quoted (this is the same guy who had helped me the day before) and I tell him he had quoted me the $45 per ton. Then he says are you sure it was me that helped you because its actually $50 per ton. Then hes like oh I thought you had Express Gold, thats $45 per ton. Very shady! If they are going to be dishonest like that how can the customer know for sure that they are even receiving the amount they pay for. Shady shady shady!

The lady at the front counter in their Queen Creek office was not very helpful, borderline rude and disrespectful. Went there to find the gravel we had to buy more of it she said that I need to go home and wash the samples I brought in so she could see more of the color. Further she said that they dont help match up gravel in their display and I should call a landscaping company to help identify the gravel I have. Followed by she said they are more there for professionals or home owners that know what they want and dont need advice on selection. I would stay away if you have any questions. Went to another company to get the products. Not sure why their sign says open to the public if they are only there for professional landscapers.

Best prices around and the best customer service... If you need 2 different types of rock they only charge you 1 delivery fee. I will shop here for all my landscaping needs.

Bar none the best delivery of granite Ive ever received, Sherm the driver was extremely helpful in placing the loads where i wanted them, one of the loads was in a very difficult place to reach and he did it with a smile and incredible ease, Im SOLD on the service he provided and will absolutely use them again, when placing an order ask for Sherm you wont be disappointed.
