This is the second time I’ve used Treasures for jewelry repair and sizing. My mother passed and left me her rings. They were too large and I needed them resized. In addition, they repaired some broken prongs and replaced a diamond. They even took the time to assess the value of my rings. They are fast, honest and super careful with my precious heirlooms. Went in to get a new watch adjusted to fit my wrist. Took 5 min and $5 to get the job done perfect. Also, I have an exemption not to wear a mask, so after giving them the watch to resize they asked me (very politely) to wait outside or in my car. Didn’t hamper my experience or the quality of the service in any way though and the guy doing the sizing even brought his tools outside to make the final adjustments with me for a perfect fit. Not the first time I’ve gone there and certainly won’t be the last. I always get fast, friendly, quality service. Highly recommend!

I took what was my grandmothers ring to Treasures to have it checked out and appraised. Brian there was hestitant to tell me that the setting of the ring was at the end of its life and that I was in danger of losing the center diamond. Now understand this is the only ring I remember my grandmother wearing and she NEVER took this ring off. I know the ring was well over 50 years old. Because of the age, an identical ring/mount could not be found. We discussed options and ultimately I decided to have a new setting made. The setting they made was almost identical to the original and was obviously much more secure for the diamonds. I love it!! This ring will now continue to be a family heirloom for generations to come thanks to the care and craftsmanship of everyone at Treasures!! I recently purchased a beautiful engagement ring from Treasures and was impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail from Jessica, Danielle, and their whole store. Having never been through this process before, they explained everything in great detail and gave the pros/cons of each diamond I considered. They brought a variety of diamonds in the range I was looking and spent time going over each one. Jessica went through the type of band (platinum/white gold, etc) and diamond (size/cut/clarity) and didnt simply recommend the most expensive one as other stores had. In fact, her recommendations were based off factors other jewelers hadnt even mentioned, but were very logical and helped in choosing the right ring and diamond. I would highly recommend their store for any jewelry purchase as you will not find a more knowledgable and customer-driven store in Arizona!

My boyfriend met with two private jewelers, this one being the second. We were referred to Treasures by a handful of people. If i could Id rate 0 stars is not for a couple members of the staff. On April 1st 2018 my fiancee and I went to this shop. We were looking for a custom wedding ring. The owner sold us on his craftsmanship and cost. We had been quoted $2100 from another shop but with Scotts quote of $1800 it was a no brainer. The next day we recieved drawings of the ring. Uh oh...... All the stones were supposed to be square and the side stones were drawn round. No big deal. Also asked for the settings to be a bit different. Text back with these requests that day. No response. 2 weeks later after no word I reached out. Was told he was waiting on the center stone from Bangkok so he could re draw the ring to scale. Ok. Never had a ring made before so, more patients. Almost a month later still no word so I text again. Was told that the stones would be there in 2 days and we would get a new drawing then. This did actually happen. This time however we got a computer rendering. Problem was that the settings were exactly the same as the drawing, the side stones were still round, and now there are 5 on each side instead of the 3 requested. So the ring was actually more incorrect than the original drawing. We were asked at that time to come to the shop to look at the 2 options of center stone. We asked if 4:30 the next day would be ok. No response. We ended up having time around noon so we called and asked if that would be ok. We were told that 12:30 would be fine and that Scott would be there. We got to the shop and, no Scott. We were then helped by a lovely young woman and the actual designer. Very helpful, very attentive, very specific. Great! We recieved a new rendering 2 days late. It was perfect. Now to the cost. Original quote approx $1800. Now just under $4000. Why? Because apparently the owner, after quoting us $1800 went a bought a $1550 stone! Seriously? Who would do that?! And now 3 weeks from our wedding date. After wecve already waited a month and a half to get to this point. I was told Scott would call me. He did and left a message that said hi this is Scott returning your call. Returning my call? Do you even know who youre calling? Or Why? At this point I cant help but feel like this shop ate up the clock on this project in order to try to gauge us on the price. I do not believe that this is an ethical business or business owner. Id look elsewhere if I were you.

I know my review wont mean much but I wanted to let ppl know my experience. I had been going to this jeweler for a few years to replace a prong tip here or there. Everything had been fine, although there were some long waits on repairs like a week or 2, but this last time I went in for a repair on a prong tip, they apparently retipped 2 prongs I didnt even ask them to do & the scratchy prong that was snagging was left the same. I explained repeatedly the issue & they said theyd fix it. The prong tip is smaller than ever & still snags my hair & clothes. Not to mention they charged me over double what I had ever paid. I called & told them but they literally couldnt have cared less. Ive found another jeweler who told me that my ring does NOT need a new setting & that its fine, which is the contrary to what they told me at treasures several times. $50 flushed down the toilet.

Misunderstanding? Never drop jewelry on a verbal quote. Get it in writing or record the conversation. Not doing so just cost me $250.
