Best post office ever ! He’s so nice and prices are great!

The gentleman helping me was very helpful. I just lost my fiancee and I was in need of downloading forms from my phone. With my nerves so rattled, I couldnt figure out how to use my phone.He was very compassionate and help with the forms I needed. Thank you so much.

I’ve been using postal and more for about 2 years now for all my shipping needs and my mail box!Robyn and DJ are an awesome duo to work with! They’re both very helpful!I’ll be the first to admit they’re not the cheapest to mail stuff out but for literally pennies more, it saves me time from going to FedEx, UPS, post office etc. plus it’s supporting small business!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They go out of their way to assist you in shipping your goods. Nice selection of boxes to choose from. I highly recommend them over the UPS or FedEx Shipping stores. They are more on a personal level for customer service.

First and last time!! I was the only customer in the store and i was completely ignored. The woman at the counter was arguing with someone from a bank and didn’t even acknowledge me while I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. I grabbed my box and left.

Ive been a customer of Postal and More for several years. I have always had a good experience and I appreciate their professionalism and most of all their excellent customer service. There is never anything to large or too small that they that they cant handle nor a problem they cant fix. There are so many other stores that offer the same services but few that can make you feel like a friend more than a customer.... especially DJ.

Personalized service. They actually remember who you are. The texts when a package arrives to my PO Box is great. Ive been with them since I moved here six years ago. I wouldnt change a thing. Yes, independent stores will cost more than the USPS but you are paying for convenience. My time is worth money and this is money well spent.

I went in just to mail a check. DJ the gentleman that helped me told me my options as far as what was cheaper etc. Long story short they only do debit/credit cards in purchases over 5$ and i only had 60 cents. He happily covered the rest. I owe him 30 cents next time Im by, but I just wanted to share his helpful and happy enthusiasm as well as knowledgeable information. I always experience the most amazing customer service here. The owner and DJ are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. I do all of my shipping for both person and business here. I love going to Postal & More during the holidays because I always find that best stocking stuffers and decorations for around the house for the winter. They are a great small business to support!!!

I recently had legal documents notarized and was greatly pleased with the service. The owner is very knowledgeable in this area. Knowing how busy businesses are and how smaller ones are not able to stay open as long as major businesses, I called ahead to confirm what services they could perform, hours, and when was a good time to come. Planning ahead always helps and it is always a good idea to call if you need something in a hurry. If they cant assist me, instead of getting mad, I ask for a referral.

I used Postal & More for the first time a few weeks ago to send a package to Ireland. I mail packages outside of the US on a fairly regular basis, so have used most of the services available out there. The folks at Postal & More were great, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Im getting ready to mail a package to Ireland again in the next week, and will be going back to Postal & More!

This place offers dhl but cant tell you the rate because the guy can only figure lbs. Hahaha. This was a joke

I came in February 5, 2018 to mail a USPS Priority Package to Kentucky. They entered the info in the computer, (noticing that as they entered information like package size, weight, destination, etc., noticing there were 3 options, $13.xx, $21.xx and an other once they entered all the info), and told me it was around $21. I asked why it was so expensive, saying that it should be only about $13.50 with the Post Office, even showing a receipt. They say something about not being subsidized, which I understand,m but at a cost of almost $8!! I asked about how as they entered info, it narrowed down the choices to fit the package, & wondered why they would try to charge me over $21, when I saw an option that says $13 and change. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I try to support small businesses, but I also have to save money!

Great one stop shop. I mailed a package, faxed a document, checked a lottery ticket, bought envelopes, and bought a plushie gift all in the same shop. Even the BIRDS are flying in from all over to get some of these tacos.

Just returned from Postal & More. It was my first time in the store and I will not be returning. I had to purchase 2 stamps and asked if they take debit, but instead of telling me there is a fee for using debit cards for purchases under whatever amount (she didnt say), she insulted me and said Well, THAT SUCKS, but OKAY. Your generation has no idea what cash is. I told her Im actually 34 years old and I have used plenty of cash, while laughing because I couldnt believe she said this. It was very passive aggressive. I could have paid the fee, no problem. But apparently she just wanted to insult someone. She then said, For such a small transaction, its like youre getting the stamps for free. Its 2016, hardly anybody uses cash anymore, we all have debit cards if we have bank accounts, and she didnt even ask me to pay the fee. There were no signs anywhere that I saw (and I was looking around the store) that said anything about a fee. If you want someone to pay it, just tell them, otherwise just let them go somewhere else instead of insulting them. Being passive aggressive is THE WORST! What a drag. I am so disappointed because the store is SO much closer to my place than the actual post office. :(I gave them 2 stars because they have a lot of services available in the store, but -1 for insulting me, -1 for being passive aggressive, -1 for not telling me about the fee.

They are never opened.I tried to go there to mail on Saturday, but always closed for some reason, they even close before their actual closing time.You end up going to some other places.Completely waste of time to go there even its close to your place.
