Great selection of shoes, inventory for sizes a Lil low. Staffing on a Friday at a Mall location could have been better.

Im giving this place five stars based on how easy my experience was today, being that this was a last minute errand and I had my hands full with three little ones 😁 I didnt walk out disappointed. Joey was amazing in accommodating me and going out his way to find the better deal for me, and thank you a million to Yaslenia for communicating with her team to help assist with my situation🙌😃Thank you guys

Employees just standing around talking. Instead of helping. I stood by cash register waiting to make purchase for around 8 min.. Also limited stock. Both my daughters asked for around 4-5 different shoes in their size and they did not have any.

Its Foot Locker people, staff all over you asking if you need anything, questions etc.

The New shoe wait in line thing feels like a sham, especially since it goes through the app. Also whenever you call to ask about drops people are rude or answer before you can even ask your full question. I was getting drops all the time before they went to the app. Since the change Ive only got 1 drop in the past year and thats spending points on head starts

Terrible customer service at this location . Had reservations cancelled for a release just for them to tell me they didnt get shipment on time and call back every day for FCFS . So i did just that for about a week just for them to tell me that the shipment came in the day after the release. Sounds fishy to me like they are backdooring these sought after releases.

My sales represent was Dalin, he is the worst. I was in the process of purchasing 160 dollar sneakers for my daughter and he did not even want to measure her foot? I told him that my expectation in making this kind of purchase include customer service. His affect was blunted and it seemed to me that he could have mental health issues or he is inebriated. Regardless he is rude and. Completely unprofessional. I plan to contact corporate because I believe I was targeted by this individual, plus I bought the sneakers regardless because they have a nice woman named “Jennifer” that was helpful. I saved the receipt and on Monday my assistant will take the needed actions. Dalin tried to ruin my day, by not knowing that measuring people’s/children feet is part of your job description.

Very overrated and over priced shoes.

Wrong phone number listed on site or they are not answering. ordered shoes to be picked up at the location. It has been 12 days and I cant even get a hold of them to know whats going on with my order. Ill have to walk in later today to see whats going on. Dont buy from here most if their merch you can find in other stores at the mall itself.

Footlocker is great. The people working there are always helpful and get it. Prices are what you would expect if you look online for the standard in advance. Nothing I could complain about. Theyre always my first choice.

Prices are usually not to shabby for js. But you have to remember those are pretty expensive shoes regardless. But the employees are usually friendly and helpful.

My husband and i came here to purchase shoes for our 4 kids and any parent of multiple children knows its a long tiring process. Theres a lot of trying on, putting back and indecisiveness but Ive got to give the award to Devin. He was patient, nice and quick with checking the back for the sizes we needed. Hes the OOONNNLLLYYY reason i gave 5 stars instead of 4 because they didnt have anything we wanted in a size 7.5 but apparently thats a size not many stores carry because we had no luck next door a Champs either. I dont understand that because people come in all shapes and sizes. Anyway Id definitely recommend this Foot Locker (House of Hoops) location for their great customer service and varieties of new arrivals. Just bought Beluga 2.0- they look like this. I am completely sure an employee tried them on (unless adidas production control employees tried it). Inside sticker was out of place and that is just not what you want when you’re buying a pair of shoes that are “limited”. Cashier made me repeat my VIP number 3 times before she didn’t take it down because she couldn’t hear me. I give them two stars. One for having my shoe. and one for giving it to me.

Good selection but more expensive than Id like to pay..

I visited foot locker in arrowhead mall this afternoon and experienced the worst customer service ever at a foot locker. There were multiple sales people and not one asked me if I needed assistance. I asked one of the sales associates if they could measure my sons foot but he was unable to locate the measuring device. He didnt even try and find one, he just walked off. After waiting for someone else to assist, I just left the store and went to finish line where I received the customer service I deserved and spent my money there.

None of my size available in about 15-20 shoes....everyone is in disarray. Nobodies watching anything. Employees flirting with customers instead of helping people!!! No professionalism.....and this is an hr before closing on a weekday so store is not packed at all

It honestly depends on whos working that day. I wish I knew the name of the guy that helped us today. We went in lookimg for a specific shoe(black &gold tubular adidas) which unfortunately werent in stock. We sent him back about 6 times and he went back with no attitude every time he helped my daughter leave with a new pair of good shoes 👌 thank you!!!

Ive went to this store for years, but recently its gone downhill. Pushy floor associates along with careless ones and they never answer the phone. When you do get someone on the phone theyre usually short with you or seem to have an attitude.

Wish I could half star this place. 5-6 sales associates and not one greets you. So instead of buying there I tried ordering shoes and doing pick up but they never filled the order and calling customer care called the store twice and nobody picked up so had to cancel he order and shop elsewhere. What a joke of a place.

Employee was a rude idiot towards my son I had to talk to a manager but upon doing that he took over the sale and made things right...

Worst store! called the day before if what time theyll open tomorrow and they said its going to be 9am but when i went there 8:30am to buy the nmd tricolor they said its sold out because they were opened 8am. So stupid misleading information!!!
