The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable on all their products and related products. Didnt know the exact measurements of the piece I needed, but once I described what I needed to the gentleman who was helping me, he knew right away and showed me the replacement part. Exactly what I needed. But his customer service is one of the best Ive seen. The store had different customers and he treated everyone of us the same way. Friendly and professional. Didnt matter how you looked. This is rare now days. Thank you for the great service on every visit to the store.

The men who own it are amazing wonderful people. The father held something for me and i was a day late getting it but his son took care of me when i went to grab it and he not only still had the item on hold even though i was late a day, he told me about his church which i really needed and appreciated that. I will always remember him for the heartfelt genuine conversation we had. Love you guys

Dont be shy to ask questions; they can handle it! It feels nice to walk in there and have them know me by my first name and have my cigarettes already on the counter. This is by far the best smoke shop in Phoenix. The owner is wonderful and it is family owned and operated.He always has the best price in cigarettes and lighters. As far as everything else he has the perfect variety of products all at great prices.The owner I am sorry I do not know his first name is incredibly hard working but he takes pride in his store and rightfully so.He always greets you like you are a friend not a customer, he is genuinely happy to see you.The store is always clean and the other family members that work in the store are all very much of the same character as the owner.I live this shop and I will drive a few extra miles if need be to get to him very worth it.

I just bought Marlboro black 100 and they were only $6.99. And as I’m leaving they had the same piece of glass I had but a friend broke it a year ago. And for a great price as well. I literally never thought I’d get a replacement. The gentleman at the counter was extremely sweet, professional and openly shared a personal experience making me feel welcomed. It’s a bit far from my place and makes me wish I lived close by. But I’ll be back, and soon for 420!

Five stars for sure. Went in to buy batteries for my vape but unfortuantely they were not good (this is common with the manufacturing vape batteries) not to worry i called and the awesome associate (i wish i would have gotten his name) immediately gave me a new set of batteries no question asked. These batteries worked and were already half charged. I will be going back to them to buy more vape accessories. Great service, customer oriented, amazing prices (saved $7 on batteries that would have been $25 elsewhere), and good set up. Excited to try their flavors of juice. Thanks guys you rock!!!!

Disappointed in the store. Been going there since we moved to the area. Last week got our usual tobacco and tubes. Go to use the tubes they taste and smell of incense or perfume. I go up and tell them. Get told to sit them in the sun a couple hours. Well that didnt work so now that money wasted. Sorry to say we probably wont be back.
