Gave them 2AWG wire for amps. They installed 4AWG. Mounting brackets used fell apart holding 6in speakers. Screwed crossover to rubber rain guard for windows inside door. Cut holes in doors for tweeters and they not centered. Overall sloppy install. Still not sure how I bring the 2AWG wire and 4 is installed... hmmmm*** (Added after owner AZ Sound comments) ***Added photos to show order for wire and pictures from your own installer that were from video he made.Looks clear to be Arizona Sound to me.

Swapped out a subwoofer. Installer was helpful and quickly got the job done. Sounds good. Ill probably get my new deck put in here as the price is more reasonable.

They hooked me up I needed a stereo installed in my truck right away because Im taking a road trip to see my sick grandfather and I didnt have one. They treated me right and even installed it in a rush at almost closing time to help me out. I will definitely be back to upgrade my speakers and any other audio needs. Paid nearly 300 $ for them to install my stereo and they broke my dashcam,and a cheap clipboard nevertheless they never said a word to me ,I discovered this after I left,and worst of all they wired my stereo wrong and it doesnt work at all now,and to top it off they are closed on Tuesdays so now Im at Audio Xpress,where I should have gone before Also a box of antique turquoise jewelry vanished from my vehicle,this aint over by far

If you are on a budget this place seems great because they charge the least. Problem is they dont know what they are doing so you will be paying for them to not fix anything. But it wont cost too much....

This is the place to go for all your car audio needs. It is family owned prices are reasonable and the installation is top notch. I have had them do several installs, most recently a new bluetooth Kenwood stereo, backup camera and wired it to my steering wheel controls and my existing amp and sub woofer that they had done previously for me. When I was checking out they discounted the price on what was already a very reasonable quote. They also rent U hauls at that location. Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

I would recommend ARIZONA SOUND CAR AUDIO to anybody looking to upgrade their car audio system. The people there are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, about their products. I don’t think the audio in my car ever sounded as good as it does now.

Ive been shopping with him for over 20 years if you go somewhere and the prices are cheaper he will match the price or even give you a better deal. The owners at AZ Sound were so helpful after a neighbor had botched astereo installation.Q pulled the stereo and worked his magic and turned what had been a mess of an installation into an amazing experience for me. He even found out that the prior owner of the vehicle had left a backup camera installed which I had no idea and my neighbor was so inexperienced he never noticed during his attempt at an installation.Q had to reconnect all of the wires and even had to splice cables that the neighbor had cut for some reason.Great Job and I will definitely return.I had never been here before and I was relieved and proud of the way they treated a senior female customer.I had a double Din Pioneer DVD, Bluetooth unit with Steering Wheel Controlsand extra Accessory Jack port installed in the side panel, and Rear back up camera (that had been installed by the prior owner) adjusted and connected.Everything looked Professional and if looked as if it was factory except for the marks made by my neighbor.Ill never had an amateur touch my car again. The techs trouble shot the problem and had it fixed and running within 30min. Came to store because I was having problem with my set up. It was tough to find a shop to work on my car. They did it with no problem, they were able to distinguish the problem within an hour. The whole family are super friendly and knew what they are doing. Which is hard to find these days!

Unbelievable I went to install Bluetooth on my car and the guy in the front (he was black in case you see him) basically pushed me out the store telling me it couldn’t be done!!! Like are you serious instead of talking to me and finding my problem he did not want to help me. Don’t go here it is a waste of time

We bought an older system that had been hooked up probably forever. The display would not work when we hooked it up at home. Nothing else was hooked up, just the power and nothing. We went back the next open day of the shop and tried to tell them what happened and were accused of hooking up speakers incorrect. He was insisting that we did something to it. No money back. The system was old and he probably knew it was going to short out when he unhooked it from his wall and was the insistent that there was no warranty. He could have given us a speaker we would have been ok with it.

Great rates for flat rate labor $$. I had purchased a new factory ACDelco stereo for my G6 from an online retailer that unlocks and programs the stereo to the factory VIN number.After watching a few YouTube videos for installation specifically in my car; I figured it would take me 4-6 hours to install it. Mainly because GM in their infinite wisdom designed it so that the left, center and right sections of the dash/console had to be disconnected and/or detached to replace the stereo.A close friend referred me to Arizona Sound and they installed the new stereo in about 45 minutes (originally estimated would take 60-90 minutes). Superb quality installation. Appears as if it had been installed at the factory.A couple other places I had contacted wouldnt install it since I didnt buy it from them and others quoted dealership labor rates since I purchased the stereo elsewhere.

Came in with no appointment, they took my car in immediately. Checked it out, stated they believed the amp was bad but wanted to check to make sure. The amp was out of warranty that i purchased from them over a year ago so I anticipated them calling with a price for a new one which I was ok with. Come to find out they upgraded my amp free of charge and I only had to pay shipping on a restock item for them. That’s 5 star customer service. Great people over here....I went in looking for a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. After listening to some sample speakers ended up getting some 6X9’s in the door. Install was nice and easy. I saved hundreds by not buying a deck and other components. Now it sounds amazing couldn’t be happier!

After being told by a gentleman on the phone from audio express to come in and then was told they can’t do what I explained needed done after a hour drive. I drove down the street to Arizona Sound and the moment I walked in the store I thought no way they can do what I need done today. They had about 8 customers and 1 guy helping us. To my surprise I was helped within 5 minutes. They got my request done above my expectations today. Not 1 person walked out the door unhappy. I recommend this business to all. Knowledge, customer service, speedy installation, friendly staff are exercised.

Ive been to this place about 4 different times for both of my cars and I must say they did a good job except the last time. There was an issue that was caused by a new staff member who no longer works there and it required some fixing by the dealership. AZ sounds did step in and went down to exam the issue and assured me they would have this correct. I was a little nervous but I must say they stepped up and resolved the issue without a hassle and I will of course use them in the future. No hassle, they know their stuff, and fair prices.

Visited these guys a who or so ago to have a new stereo installed in a car is just gotten running. Cameron was very helpful and, despite the electrical issues with the car (previous owner cut/removed) he was able to install the stereo and test it. Worked perfectly!He also provided me a card for an electrical guy to go see about fixing the electrical issues.Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable all-around service. Never felt rushed or pressured. I know youve seen the place on Bell rd as you drive to and from work. So if youre looking for an install or just have questions, stop in and see them, these guys do it right.

Scam they make pay upfront then tell you they cant do the job or it will cost more they , charge me stated off at 75$ then went up to 125$ which I paid when I came to get my car the work was not done and told me it will cost 700$ more when I said no! They kept my money and didnt do the job that was asked ! Stay away unless you just want to give your money away! I WANT A REFUND!

Previously, I went to six car receiver and speaker installation shops and this one was top notch. The store may not be fancy or very large but there were many choices to be had and new equipment coming in the next day. Both Lucy and Cam were personable and worked with me.The pricing was as low or lower than the other shops I visited. On top of that they had Hertz speakers. They were on sale and had a 93 db sensitivity, which made me feel better about not paying for an amp to get more bass. In my case, they installed the same day in less than an hour and a half.I suggest that you check this place out before making a final decision on where to purchase.

I went into Arizona Sound. Was getting an entirely brand new system for my 2001 Tacoma. 12in MTX subwoofer, MTX amp, Hertz high-end, Dynamat, electrical system. The whole deal. They were extremely knowledgeable, very professional. The installation was perfection. Clean, no issues. They even helped me with my door panel and a few other small issues since I was rebuilding my truck. I greatly recommend Arizona Sound to meet your needs for excellent audio work.

This place is awesome! Spent a lot of time helping me figure out what was a great fit for subs for my 18 dodge charger. Would highly recommend them. Bought 2 Rockford Fosgate P2D2-12s in a ported box and I already had a punch p500bd1 amp. Cam was great.

Had a new system put in my truck. Prices were better than local competitors and any online prices I could find. Staff was very knowledgeable about equipment and recommendations. They were very honest as well even advising me I did not need certain equipment I came into the store asking for. I did have a slight hiccup with the installation but AZ Sound corrected it immediately. I feel they dont just sell you a product and youre on your own. They follow up with you to make sure youre satisfied and are there to support you with your purchase. Im going in again this week for a security system and will use their establishment in the future for other mobile audio needs.

First impressions count...I’m just going to write how my experience went there. Im looking around this little shop for a bass set up for my coupe. A guy asked if I needed help (which I was unsure if he worked there). He insisted we go look at my car that’s when I introduce MYSELF. “Jamaica” gave me some lousy handshake and didn’t even look me in the eye. I wouldn’t trust this guy with my car after that. We go back and I’m asking about sealed sub boxes and all they have is one sealed for a single 12. I wanted 2 10s in a sealed. Basically their products were not going to work in my vehicle. I kinda backed off but they kept insisting I get another box and lay it down on its back... -_- I tried to find something that would fit and I ended getting a quote for some lousy set up that was cheap and very sketchy in my opinion considering that the lady behind the desk took less than 5 minutes to pair up a box, subs and amp. It’s like she just threw a few products together and called it a day??? They left me feeling like they were not giving me much of a deal and ended up feeling like that was a waste of time lol. I know now that is NOT A PLACE FOR AUDIO

Great local shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought an amp wiring kit and high to low converter for my wifes car and 2 Rockfordfosgate P3 shallow mounts for my truck. Prices were cheaper than Amazon and the staff was so friendly. Not to mention it was a local shop and I didnt have to support large store like best buy or frys. 10/10 would reccomend for anyone looking for quality audio equipment or installs.

These guys are GREAT! I was sure my amp was bad. I was told by another Shop my amp was blown and they tried to sell me a $200 amp w/ $40 Install. I wanted a second opinion so...I stopped by AZ Sound. Cameron (I assume he is the owner) recomended that they troubleshoot the issue. They did, and my amp was fine. (I suck at car stereo installs) and an hour later I was thumpin down the road for 50 bucks. The lady at the front counter was very knowlageble and courteous and their equipment prices are pretty decent. CHEERS! AZ Sound.

I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE ITEMS I PURCHASED HERE SINCE DAY ONE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOU PAY THEY CAN CARELESS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PRODUCTS.

I came to the store after getting stuck partway through installing a new stereo in my car. I thought I needed an adapter, but the employees showed me that I actually had the parts I needed and walked me through how to finish the installation. I didnt end up needing to buy anything, but if I ever do I would come here.

When I needed a dash kit for a Honda Ridgeline this was the only place in the valley that was open and had one in stock. The staff was super nice to top it off.

Well I went in for a little bit of audio help and walked out with a DVD player but was not told that it only takes iPhone 4 plug in...omg really?! and they didnt even have an adapter so I had to go find one somewhere else. I didnt know that until they already installed it and overall I just felt like they had some out of date new equipment and they just made it work with adapters and crap. Not to mention now I have a really fat annoying cord and adapter that just cluttering up my vehicle floor. Everything works fine and they installed it correctly I just felt like I got sold some stuff that was probably nowhere near what I would choose if I knew about it before i had it installed and researched other options. And to be honest Im not sure I needed a new XM radio anyways… They said what I had was too old and could not be adapted to the new systems so I had to buy a new XM radio also… But after the whole cord fiasco and shadiness I dont know if I believe that anymore. Found a new place called audio techniks down the street and they had some really nice vehicles getting really professional work done in them and Ive been using them ever sence. Happy. Just wanted to let people know what happen with me
