Recently had my 95 c4 Corvettes windows tinted here. After a month, bubbles on all windows including the front got worse. Got a groupon for $80, paid that and an extra $350 for the upgrades of tint. 2nd car here with groupon and both times tint came out with bubbles and bad trim on windows and tint film with crooked lines and missed cuts on edges and sides. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went back to talk to owner, didnt say a word to owner, let him speak, he decided what needs to be redone, not caring 1 bit about my concerns. Told me to get lost, like it or not. Closed front door on me, then I followed him asking him why he is behaving this way. Owner then walked to his garage area where their bays are and waved his hands at me, signaling for me to get out and not face me with all this questions. Not only does their service not give warranty even if they day they do, but only what they seem they want to do, no matter how bad or the customer wanting the work to be corrected. Ive tinted my windows on other cars I have somewhere else and service was hands down great compared to this place, DONT RISK IT, PAY EXTRA SOMEWHERE ELSE! Both cars I took, one had my back seats ripped, this Corvette, they stained my upholstery with their feet full of oil. To the owner, hope you read this, i will be getting the news in phoenix involved so they can show up and ask you for your side of story. Thats your heads up owner, you do remember who I am, owner said my car is old, door rubber is coming off and more. Ask yourself, what does the age, condition of car matter with window tinting, not fair owner did not hear me out or even tried, considering I gave them another try. I will also let groupon know about this. Owner, your responsibility with customer service is at a 0, I am also an owner of my business and have many customers and i have done what the customer wanted as long as they were happy, its what your responsibility is if you own any business, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manny the owner is one of the last straightforward guys left in the service industry. He has been doing my towing packages and several lift kits along with Flowmaster exhaust. But his shinning above all is the tint packages he offers. My cars have all been tinted by this shop for the last 15 years. My car is much cooler temp wise because of the tint job from az Hitchman. I highly recommend using this shop 👌Check out the before and after pictures. Also they replaced my Cadillac converter after someone at home depot cut mine off. They replaced the cat and did it for 80% less cost compared to the Toyota dealership. Ask for Manny & tell him Bobby C sent ya for a friends and family discount.

Bought a Groupon online & got my SUVs windows tinted for a great price! Staff is very friendly & made sure I was taken care of. Just be aware they are super busy right now since summer is here, I had to schedule my appointment 3 weeks out since that is all they had available. Well worth the wait!

This is one of the worst service that I have ever had. The tinting guy didn’t clean the windows after completing tinting the windows. When I came back to the shop complaining to the owner about the cleanliness of the job and a scratch that was at the front windshield, he didn’t care to listen and walked away while I was talking to him. Bad attitude in a way that I have never seen before.

I wouldn’t recommend this window tinting company ! November of 2019 I had an appointment to get all 5 of my windows tinted. When I arrived I had to wait approximately a hour because their machine stopped working while doing a job on another vehicle. Bad start... should’ve known then!Now it’s July of 2020 and my back window is already peeling... I am the only person that drive my car and no one sits in the back. I called the company and was told they do not schedule appointments to fix the tint on your car. Instead I was told to leave my car at the shop any day from Monday-Friday and hopefully it’ll be fixed when I pick it up later that day. There are people still working (I am one of those people)... and you want them to leave their car there.. find a way to get to work and then find a way to get back to the shop and the person’s window tint still may not be fixed. The only time you can schedule an appointment is on the weekend and that’s for new tint only.Then I was told in order to speak with the owner to explain my situation.. I would have to call Monday-Friday between 8am-9am... I did that... but what do you know... the moment I call... the owner “JUST LEFT”.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP... There are way better places with quality tint and great customer service!!

PLEASE, please read this AZ Hitchman review to make an informed decision before you spend your money with this shop. It may may keep you safe from fraud, keep your vehicle from being damaged and without exaggeration..... it may save your life if they incorrectly modify your vehicle.Please take the three or four minutes to read-on and let me explain. Before I get started, you can see from my unrelated Yelp reviews that I generally only leave supportive, upbeat, five-star reviews. It takes a lot to have me leave a one star review. I waited 90 days to write this review, as a cooling off period, but now that I see others are also having similar, arguably fraudulent experiences, I may be saving someones money or even their life by leaving this review. Sort AZ Hitchmans other customer reviews by date and see that they are mainly all one star reviews, alleging fraud, abusive behavior and general incompetency. (I suspect they will harass me for leaving this review.)In full disclosure , it is important to note that I filed a complaint about AZ Hitchman with my credit card company. My credit card company thoroughly investigated the issues. They even received a written response from AZ Hitchman, which had severable provable inaccuracies. After the lengthy investigation, (backed by photos and third-party witnesses, the credit card company agreed with me on virtually every single issue. My credit card company allowed me to get the vast majority of my money back, by issuing a charge-back and debiting money paid to AZ HItchman. I am still out a vast amount of money to correct the improper installation, body work, work etc. and likely will be taking further action.Here are the issues:1) the completely wrong brake was installed by AZ Hitchman. This is an undisputed fact. The brake they installed wouldnt properly brake the towed car, putting my families safety at risk. Imagine towing a car down a steep, wet, windy, mountain pass and NO BRAKES, with your little kids in the towing vehicle! Unacceptable.2) they took the bumper off my car to mount the tow hitch, broke it, put it back on wrong and what is worse, the tried to cover up the error on my white car with what appeared to be black screws in white paint and white-out cover-up! Yes, they painted my car, (which dripped onto the tire - see photos) without my knowledge or consent, trying to hide their mistake, and then lied about it (note that the shop perimeter is littered in beer cans - see photos, so I cant help but wonder if that added to the issues?)3) when I complained about the item above, they brought my Jeep to a buddy to fix it in a shop off the books and he painted it the wrong color. It seems like he painted the bumper from paint from the off-white car next to our car and not the correct bright-white factory paint color. The paint shop that did the work, (like the brake company who made the brake), admitted that the work was sub-par and not acceptable. (The brake manufacturer and body shop are both stand-up companies and this is not fault of theirs.)4) Not only was the wrong brake installed, they put the controller right where the passenger would sit and put muddy wet boots and damage the brake controller - see photo. Even if it was the correct brake (it is not) the wiring could short out with wet or muddy boots. The manufacturer was appalled when I sent them a photo of AZ Hitchmans installations work and the factory gave me the name of another installer...where I would have to pay more money to remove AZ Hitchmans work.

When I went to pick up the vehicle the work was horrible. The tint was peeling and bubbling throughout. All the scrapping from the previous tint were left in the vehicle. The third brake light cover on the rear window was broken off and the wires left hanging and the windows, door panels and dash was left with fluid drippings, smudges and likely sweat. When I brought the vehicle back at the owners request, he looked at the issues and apologized and said that they were very busy and only had 2 tinters that day. He agreed that the job was poor and the vehicle was left a mess. I took the vehicle back, after the second day of the vehicle being there he requested third day to ensure it would be done right. After picking it up a second time, the vehicle still has the SAME issues. The tint is peeling, the he third brake light cover on the rear window remains broken off and the wires are still hanging and the windows, door panels and dash was left with fluid drippings, smudges and likely sweat. When I called the owner to address the issues, he told me he doesnt wash cars, he was done with me and hung up on me.

Happy and satisfied with my tint job. Found a great deal on Groupon. They took a little longer than they estimated but I wasn’t in a huge rush.

Had them install my nerf bars, BedRug bed liner, and bed cover. All came out great except they didn’t cut the BedRug for the factory cargo tie-downs. Minor gripe, but I’m disabled and it’s very difficult for me to do it…On a very serious note, it’s time to burn that couch. I was waiting to see if rats were going to crawl out of it.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Waited a month for an appointment, came in and was told I wasn’t on the schedule and they couldn’t fit me in for another 6 weeks. Then the employee rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders and said not his problem. Super unprofessional and could care less about your business. Great model for failure. So I will help to warn others from their unprofessional attitude.

Ive been taking our vehicles to Az Hitchman for 20 years for tint on various vehicles that weve owned. They set up an appointment, Manny got me checked in and my truck looks great. Their tint installer did an awesome job. Will be taking my wifes car there in the near future as well- I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great pricing. Thank you guys!

The company said I needed to have my car in at 8:00 am, which I did. I checked in with the owner at 8:00, he said the car would be ready in 3 to 4 hours. I only needed 2 small windows, and the back window tint removed. I left, thinking the car would be ready by noon. I received a call from the shop at 2:30 stating my car wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 or 5:00. (A different guy). I argued with this guy, stating the car should have been ready at noon. He told me “it takes time to remove the film”! I told him the car needed to be ready by 4:30 because I had an appointment at 5:00. I got at the shop at 4:20, and the same guy said it’s not ready! At this point I’m furious, he kept arguing with me it takes time! I asked him what time did they start on my car…he checked with the tint people, and didn’t start until 3:00. I had to cancel my appointment. He thentried to charge me more than I was quoted by the owner. By the end I was very disappointed with the process! Won’t give any recommendations for this company!

This business was recommended to us by Titan Fuel Tanks to do the installation of our auxiliary fuel tank in the bed of our truck.we drove 30 minutes to get there at 8am. We waited and hour and a half to get it done. they charged us $150 to basically drill 6 holes and mount the brackets. They over drilled the holes so the screws turned in the holes, we had to purchase new screws to make the tank sit firmly in the brackets. They also left the foot that was supposed to be screwed in the bottom of the tank rolling around in the bed of the truck, which we also had to install.Basically they did a terrible job. I have called them 4 times to speak with the owner Manny about the problem. He will not speak to me or retuned my calls.I would never use this business again. I also called the tank manufacturer and spoke to them as well, since they recommended them. Extremely poor customer service and workmanship, as well as overcharging for the work.

Got the Groupon for a tinting from this place. There was some difficulty with the appointment and they almost had me wait for an hour and a half, but it was worked out in the end.However they did a poor job, with every single window having some form of significant bubbling or lifting on the edges. They offered to do it over but going by other reviews, it’s just going to be the same thing again. I ignored the bad reviews for the price; my recommendation would be to not make the same mistake.Guy at the front is also a bit of a pain to talk to.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a place of business with the exception of a McDonalds once. The owner is apparently out of town and the person behind the counter was an absolute jerk! He was extremely rude, combative, and condescending. I walked out and didnt give my business. This also takes away from business that he would have gotten from my friends (2 friends) if the job was done well. I walked away and have set an appointment elsewhere.

Had the Windows tinted and they look GREAT!!! Friendly Staff, service was very efficient, husband and I had a nice lunch at the outback across the street while waiting; wasnt much longer after we were through with the meal the car was ready. Will definitely be recommending.

I just had our 2nd car tinted there and I tell you, these guys are superb! Car was done quickly, price was excellent, and quality of work looks amazing! Will definately go there next time I need tinting. PS: On my other car there were some small bubbles in the film for over a week. These bubbles will dissapear after that (most likely even sooner!) Just give it a few days 👍

-5. Bought a Groupon. Was unaware that Groupon meant using the lowest grade tint. When questioned after 2hours of waiting they had applied the tint to front windows which were filled with bubbles. I was cussed at and told “you Groupon people expect the best tent your all so cheap” he then proceeded to rip off the tent and and tell me “F” off. Never have I had a more unprofessional and trashy experience. Any business that hides the quality of work they do with Groupon users, is not forthcoming or offers upgrades shows bad business ethics. I was told my car was older and why did I care about the quality of the work. Will file a complaint with BBB next and will take this up to corporate if I need too! I had no problem paying any amount cash for a good job. Absolutely disgusting behavior in every manor!

I had them install tow mirrors and since they couldnt figure out the wiring they charged me for 3 hours of work. Instead of using the normal rates for labor times a job should take, they take their time and charge you that. Does not take 3 hours to install mirrors with no wiring work done.

Got my windshield visor tinted here. They were very nice and quick. I recommend them.

Just went to hitchman to have a class 3 trailer hitch installed and luckily I was able to take a peek at the installation while underway. I was a little put off when I saw the guy stuffing the 12v power wire into coweling running underneath the vehicle without any plastic loom or fasteners and without regard for anything sharp that the loose wire could get cut on. From there the guy ran the wire between a cv joint and the exhaust manifold without any heat wrap or fasteners (I was told there was going to be a zip tie, I suppose they intended to use one that could withstand the 600 degree exhaust manifold temp) and up into the engine bay to the battery where again the wire was just hanging above the master cylinder and underneath the air box where it was rubbing on everything sharp and finally connected to the secondary battery that runs the auto start/stop system without a fuse, shrink wrap or any die electric grease at the battery connection. I immediately brought this to the owners/managers attention and was told he’d been doing it this way for over 20 yrs and was in no mood for my sh’t- said he’d have it all torn out and I could leave. Well, if you ask me I think he did me a favor- I couldn’t imagine how they most likely would’ve butchered the rest of the job. Again, thanks hitchman for doing me the favor of kicking me out!

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We had a hitch put on July 24, 2019. A few weeks ago our car caught fire. We had it towed to the dealership and they said it was due to incorrectly wired trailer. I called the owner Manny- he said to send him an email with the dealer paperwork- which I did weeks ago and he has not reached out. After numerous attempts via phone and email we have not been contacted. Very disappointed in AZ Hitchmans integrity and quality of work. Learn from my mistake and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE who will do it right.

Had a towing hitch and 4 pin wiring pin installed, work was done on time, about 2.5 hours, and was exactly as quoted. Price was less than the competition by $50 or more, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as they answered all questions and showed me the actual materials that would be installed. First time doing business with AZ Hitchman but will take every opportunity to recommend them.

First of all, this place took about a month to get back with me, then when I finally took my truck in, leaving it there, they wrote my number down wrong. I called twice 4:30 and 5:30 pm leaving messages. They close at 5. I got a hold of Andy thru his cell at 5:30. He offered to go back to the shop so I could get my truck. He also told me about my number being wrong.As a result my truck was left there overnight. I got a ride with someone who works on Bell Rd. I walked the rest of the way (three miles, from 6:45-8am). I barely got an apology for that.The lights connection wasnt put thru the area intended. Its just dangling.Not very happy with the whole experience.Id be happy if they offered to do it right at no cost to me. Im not holding my breath.

I had them install a lift on my 4runner. They installedthe front incorrectly and when they did the coil springs in the rear, the left an upper 4 link bar bolt out. They made me buy the new bolt from Toyota and took over and hour to install it. Meanwhile I was treated like it was my problem and the manager threw a fit because I asked to be reimbursed for the bolt....which the owner said I would be. He said I had to wait for the owner to get there and he wasnt going to do it. I do not recommend this shop.

Bought a groupon for tint, took my car there, after receiving it back I noticed there were small Bits and pieces of tint all throughout my car, I didn’t think any big deal, but now the tint is bubbling about 2 months after install. The service was great, it did take them a while to remove old tint but they kept me informed!

Had windows tinted, then redone. had a hitch installed to price was a little higher than what was quoted. we are still waiting on second tinting time for drying.

WARNING DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUY! FRAUD! I purchased a flowmasters exhaust muffler, at a premium name brand price and they welded on a knock off. My receipt says flowmasters and that is NOT what I received. 0 of 5 stars. The exhaust also hit my suspension and axle when the suspension would travel. The owner is rude and not a friendly guy, stay away from hitchman.

They advertised a special and changed the price twice when I showed him the advertisement he then tried to stiff me for $100. When I corrected him he then stiffed me for $20.00 by then I was done and let him keep the 20.00, wont be back!

I have used them for Auto Tint in my new car as well as putting a fifth wheel hitch in my truck. Their price installed was $1,000 less than the quote from some of the RV dealers in the valley!

Came with my 1 year old and they put on cartoons for her to make sure she would be entertained while we waited in the lobby :) The guy that helped us was friendly and personable!

Did a great job applying tint and havent had any trouble with it, but scheduling is hit or miss. Get the first appointment of the day if you can, in and out in a couple hours. If youre the third appointment just hope the first doesnt show up after you. The owner could bump you and youll be there for 5hrs. Bad business to make people there on time wait for someone who shows up hours late!

Zero stars if I could. They riped my backseat either with the blades they used for the tint that they left in and ontop of my car or with the pressure of persons weight. Zero accountability was taken instead person gave me attitude about it telling me he didnt do when I noticed it right away when I went to put my purse in backseat. He also wet my paperwork on my door he said it was because they use water for tinting to stick because that is an excuse to leave door wet. Will never return nor recommend anyone.

Called on Saturday stated they were extremely busy, loved the honesty and they set me up with an appointment for monday and when the time came around we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Accepts Groupon witch was a plus, will be back for my other vehicle in the future.
