In an age where nobody seems to be concerned with good customer service, Frank at Deckhand, is all about the customer having a great experience. Ive worked with every camera rental house in in Los Angeles over the past 30 years and now I only rent from Deckhand, youll never find anyone else as helpful and friendly and reasonably priced

Frank and Joe are so friendly! I never rented camera equipment before. I was looking for a tripod and the price for what I was looking for was great. I went in for my set pick up time and I came across a different one I liked more in person and Joe was so kind to switch it. Luckily it was same price as the previous one I ordered! Joe was very professional and left me with no questions about the process, very straightforward. And the return of the tripod was just as smooth. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be returning.

If I could give zero starts I would. They decided to change the rental policy after I already paid a deposit, without prior notice, when I called to find a solution they were not at all helpful and it didnt seem to bother them that There site isnt updated. First and Last time
