I am impressed with how clean and spacious the store is. There is a great layout of the store. It is very easy to make your way through the store and if you only need to get a few things the stores layout works for you too.

Wow! I am seriously impressed with the selection and prices of this store. Between WinCo and Super Target (for other than groceries) I will never have to walk into a depressing Walmart again 🙂

You get a lot of steps in whenever you go to WinCo because the place is pretty big. I appreciate not having to stand elbow to elbow with people with their wider aisles. Prices are a bit better but I just negate that savings with lots of deli purchases (so good). I already knew about their no credit card policy and have seen that with other stores in Wisconsin before this one. Would be cool if you had one further North though

Great prices and they have a variety of bulk food products which is great. Get all of your spices and herbs here as they charge by weight so it is ridiculously cheap. You can even freshly grind your own peanut butter in store. You do have to use cash or debit though which is the only downside so just be prepared with the proper forms of payment.

Had a good shopping experience at WinCo Phil I got more for my buck got my favorite blue Bell ice cream in the small cups for a dollar less than it is at Frys you do have to bag your own items

The layout and selection of goods is all wonderful. I dont feel overwhelmed or lost when Im looking for a specific product, much like I do at Costco. Also, no paying for exclusive rights to...shop. However, the produce selection is lacking, with most of the vegetables being of poor quality. At this specific location, I received excellent customer service from a gentleman in the meats and seafood deli, going above and beyond what was required of him while helping me choose a specific fish for the dish I wanted to prepare. Overall, I had a wonderful time shopping here and plan on returning.

I love this place. It always has fresh fruits and vegetables for less than other stores. The fish is good from the fish deli and reasonably priced. The variety of fresh coffees is wonderful and you can grind them right there.Most of the rest of the items purchased is less than other stores. The rest of the items are comparably priced.

The employees were helpful when I couldnt find the flour tortillas. And when I went to check out there were no lines thats a big plus with me.

This is a great grocery store to shop in, although not all of the prices are good, but certainly some of them are highly competitive. You just have to be careful as you shop and shop elsewhere for the difference. One of the best values here is their pre-made salads; a variety of completely full salads for for $3.58.

Loved it ! I moved out the hood 3 yrs ago and stopped back in. Well organized, great prices and friendly service ! Its about 6 miles away than the 1 mile away now but, Im definitely going back ! Its justike all the rest... self checkout and bag your own if the humun cashiers are busy. Big deal right ! Ill be back !!

Product not as it should be.I have been buying the sweet and salty Sunbelt Bakery bars for years. I noticed I was getting low so I headed to the store to get more.When I opened it up this morning I noticed the wrapper was different as it had always been orange. Upon opening it up and taking a bite I knew something was wrong. Completely wrong texture and taste. There were no large pieces of nuts. It was terrible. Was there an error in packing this? Next time I buy I will open the package to be sure it is orange. I will return that as I know I will never eat these.

My husband is in love with this store since we visited today. Were moving here from El Paso. This is a great store and prices are amazing. The products are great what I like the most was the produce. My husband and kiddos fell in love with the candy and coffee section. I fell in love with the ice cream and produce. If my youngest wasnt on my phone I would of took a bunch of pictures. My favorite was how clean and organized everything was kept. LOVE IT 💘

Ive gotten dry ice from this location several times and the staff are very friendly. Just call ahead to make sure that they have some in stock before you make the drive over.

WinCo is probably the only supermarkets that’s open 24hr in the Valley. They have tons of affordable products and tons of candy and coffee selections in the back of the store. If you’re a bored young person, going here with your friends is pretty cool 😎

Very large store. Had a wide selection. Not too sure about the bulk food section.. Overall a little overwhelming. Employees were very helpful.

WinCo does not allow reusable bags for their bulk food. They do not bother figuring out how to remove the tare at their registers. We would even be willing to pay for the tare but that isnt even an option. That removes any reason for us to shop here.

This would honestly be a 5 Star if wasnt for the rudeness of Jennifer everytime she checks me out the tone she gives out is very rude today was the finale day for me because she slammed the recipe on the counter instead of just giving it to me didnt even say have a good day if I was working retail plus the lines are just getting out of hand some days are good and others are horrible I would be waiting in line for like 15 minutes sometimes just open self checkout its not hard

I love the selection. Lots of frozen foods, cereals, really anything for a growing family. Their bread selection is a little lacking though.

The self check outs are awful. The systems are too sensitive and stop the process too much. If you want us to check ourselves out, make it easier.

I am beyond impressed with this winco. I am 5 months pregnant with twins and pushing my full cart through the store was just too much for me . Im realizing my limits lol . I walk through the deli and a nice young man came over and asked if I needed help. I said no , but appreciated it. I finally got to the register , and needed a moment to breath . April ( my cashier) instantly told me to quit unloading the cart , and got someone to put my groceries on the conveyor, and bag them . She said I shouldnt over stress my body being pregnant , and they were happy to help. (I cant remember the second ladies name that helped) I then went to go push my cart to my car , but she had already called Ryan (lot attendent) over to push my cart and unload it for me . I was beyond apriciative ,because truly I was hurting and tired. I hope they get the recognition they deserve , because they ate amazing people.

I like the store and the prices. I feel really bad for the cashiers. I am a former grocery cashier. They were way understaffed for the weekend. The cashier asked the supervisor for more help, and she said I dont have anyone. He literally punched the register hard while he was ringing us up.

Hard to get to because of the construction on Bell, but not their fault. Smaller than the one off of 303 and Bell. Bakery didnt have the items we expected. Bulk items are good, but seem smaller than what Im used to. A good clean facility, but we will stick with the larger location.

I love the low prices of this stores food items. It has almost everything we shop for. Worth the drive.

My husband and I passed by this store so many times and didnt have a time to see. Finally after watching a documentary and mentioned about this store and we decided to give a try.And it was a shocker. This store had a huge selections of something that we are actually looking for. Bulk of nuts, spices, coffee, pet foods, etc.We didnt really looked up for non-food items because we are moving toward to eat less process foods and sugar.At frozen area, I was amazed how many items were available. The cashier was friendly.This store also has customer service desk and public restroom. We ended up buying cooked roasted Turkey, eggs, and baby carrots. Our intention was just to stopped by and doing a research for cheaper prices but of course they do have a good bargain prices.My only complain was they seemed dont have a fliers so easy for shopper to see what is on sale or extra saving.

Can you tell potential customers that your store doesn’t accept credit in bold, clear words somewhere or anywhere near the entrance so customers don’t spend an hour shopping only to be told their to leave their groceries at the register? I know I am brown but the cashier didn’t have to make me feel like I was going to run out of the store with the shopping cart of unpaid groceries.

I went here in the middle of the night. Its amazing theyre 24 hours. Ive never been to a WinCo before. Granted they were restocking, I wouldnt dock them for restocking in the middle of the night because thats super normal for stores. The store was clean and organized. They have a coffee bean area! And the alcohol area is well displayed. The clerks were helpful and nice👌 👍

I love the area that has serve yourself containers. Sometimes you dont need a whole pkg of some ingredient and can buy a small amount. Put it in a bag and label with code. Also candies like gummy bears, jelly bellies if you only like certain flavors. Good selection to fill pinatas too.

Pretty good selection of items at decent prices and their friendly with good customer service unlike Walmart! I think Ill be shopping here from now on.

Theyre generally in stock of everything but one issue I have with this store is that EVERY bag of flour Ive gotten from here has had flour bugs in them. Completely unopened, ripped or tampered with, as soon as I open them I see bugs all over the flour. Not sure if its a distribution issue or an issue with the store but Ive wasted so much money on flour here that Ive just had to end up throwing away

Okay, so I have to be honest. The store itself, the items that are offered, and the fact that it is 24 hours, makes it absolutely fantastic. I would have loved to have given five stars, however, customer service is a big thing for me; Ive managed in this field for 20+ years.My cashier seemed to have been having a hard night.She initially started with, Hi. Did you find everything you were looking for?To which I replied, I found more than what I was looking for. (I laugh) And Im doing all right, but Im a little off because I had forgot all kinds of stuff, but the previous store was closing. Ive never been here before, and saw it was open 24 hours on Maps, so Im quite happy now.I received a truly fake smile, and Im positive she didnt even hear me.Because I had only planned on purchasing a couple of items, I had brought my AmEx in to use. However, as I had told her, I found more than what I wanted; the options where a but overwhelming for me since it was supposed to be a quick in & out kind of trip. But I kept seeing more & more things! LoLAnyhow, I stopped her when she reached what I knew was on that card, and let her know I would still like the rest of the items in my basket, Ill just need to get a different card out of my car. I swipe my card and ask, Wheres the option for credit card?We dont accept credit.Um. Okay. Can I try it with my pin?Sure. She shrugs.I try using it as debit with the pin#, but she tells me, It says Invalid Account.All right. Ill just go ahead and get everything with my other card. But again, Ill need to run out to my car to get it.I dont get a response, so as Im putting the rest of the items from my basket onto the line, she says, So are you putting it all together, then?🤔... I thought I had just said that. Yes. Im going to run out to my car to get my other card, though. Ill be right back. When I come back in, she has everything tallied, so I use my other card. Transaction complete, receipt handed to me, I go to grab my bags.Okay, I guess I bag my own items here (I have no idea - first time visit, and as soon as my receipt was handed to me, my cashier walked away - my items were just left laying across what looked like a countertop leading to the bags). So I begin to bag my items (Im a bit OCD about it), and as I go to reach for the items closer to the register, along the countertop... Here comes my cashier out of nowhere, and she comes between myself and the register (thats perfectly fine, BTW), and pushes something that moves the belt in that end to move the items down, and walks away again. Awesome! But I missed where she pushed, and Im not stepping anywhere near her register again, so I just lean and stretch over the end.😲Ha ha! My body hits something on the end of the countertop that moved the belt! Well, well, well! 😅 A giant (probably 4x4😏) square is right there saying Press Here and its for the belt to move! SMHLoL 🤦🏾‍♀️😆I finish bagging my items just as the cashier comes over to assist the next customer who has placed his items on the line. I turn to leave.If Im being honest, I really wanted to turn and tell the cashier to have a good night, but I was just so disappointed with being ignored, abandoned, and not advised of how things went, that I just decided to leave without saying anything. For me, it was a heavy feeling. Im a pretty friendly & courteous person.Once I got into my car, I realized that through all of the stuff I was grabbing, Id forgotten gallons of water. I thought about it for about 30 seconds, and decided it wasnt even worth attempting to see if there was another register open to purchase the water at. Because if there wasnt... Yeah, Im good on that. I just wanted to leave.Ill try again & see who I get on my next night off. But again -- loved the STORE, and all of its wonderful options, though.😊Thats why theyll get a 2nd chance.😉Ill even update my review afterwards.

Winco in Glendale is a super great store. Its big and very clean. I feel it better than the Surprise Winco.

I love this store. At the entrance, they had fuzzy slipper socks in great colors. Not something you find at a grocery store as a rule. I bought 3. The receivers of these absolutely loved them. Their prices on most things are considerably less than the chain stores.

Great store has everything you could ever want. Bulk cereal, dried fruits, and nuts. Organic hunny and all kinds of gluten free flour.

Huge! Disappointed in the flower selection for Mothers Day. 98% of the flower bouquets were dying. One of the bouquets had moldy roses....how does that even happen? And these dead flowers were way overpriced and all the same kind... I do appreciate the fact that they are open 24 hours. This is the only grocery store that is open 24 hours. Whatever that ear peircing- migraine inducing high pitched ringing is that happens every 5 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. I feel so bad for the workers that have to put up with that everyday. I would quit over it.

I dig the place. Its warehouse-like with a generic, no-frills aesthetic, which I appreciate. Theres quite a bit of variety without too much redundancy, a substantial bulk foods area, and prices often as good or better than some of my favorite Costco deals, usually without the need to purchase in such quantity to get that good price.Sometimes Im surprised by some of the products they stock, so Ive learned not to jump to conclusions when assuming what they may or may not have.Added bonus is its an employee owned company.

I find WinCo to be quite pleasant to be in the employees there are real friendly and always willing to help. And todays economy they have great prices with a good quality of food. Thank you WinCo and all your employees

So so so glad Winco is 24 hours!! Forgot some last minute items for this past Easter Holiday and had to run here when all other grocers were closed. It was 11pm on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly busy, but not too too bad considering what it could have been. The line did move quick however and the associate was very friendly. I literally came here for baby tomatoes for our salad, but since they have so many good deals and sales, I walked out with so much more than that! Thank you Winco! See you next time 🥳

I had great customer service at WinCo this evening. Tammy from customer service helped me out today. This is only my second visit to this store and Im impressed. Tammy went far and beyond to help me out today. She went to the aisle to see if there was an item number and sure enough it being discontinued. We return to the desk and continue to call another WinCo to see if they had the product I was looking for. Sadly their other store customer service did not answer the phone over there. But while helping me she was multitasking helping other people out. Tammy is an amazing employee. Please pat her on the back for this great customer service she provided. I feel weird reviewing a grocery store but I love this Winco. Theres another Winco closer to me but I go to this one instead. The produce is fresh, thats mostly why. Great squashes & apples. Its a 1-stop shop for me, almond milk & frozen fruit & the bulk section is awesome!! Dont miss the bulk section!! Dates, almonds, fresh cashew butter, rice, gluten free oats, bulk spices, wow! Ive had mixed luck with canned and bottled goods but the staff are understanding and Ive never had trouble returning anything. The women who work here are fabulous!!! All of them, seriously, service desk & checkout & the whole floor. Keep in mind its a grocery store, this is not Wegmans, but it is a well-kept & fairly-priced grocery store and I had to leave this review before I move apartments and have to go somewhere else for my stuff, sadly!

This is the cleanest store I have ever shopped in. Add that to the low prices, fresh meat and produce, and the 24 hour availability, its a no-brainer.

I went to this Winco location on 59th Ave and Bell to buy groceries. I get up to the register and didn’t have my wallet. I thought it might be in the car. The cashier Darrell said he will leave my items there while I go to my car. I went to my car and it wasn’t in there. So I called my husband and he said he will bring my wallet. So I went back in and told Darrell I will put my items back in the cart because my husband is going to be awhile. I seen a cashier Jillian and ask her if I can put my items to the side until my husband gets there. She said sure. When my husband got there with my wallet I went back in to pay for my items. She had bagged my groceries and put it in the freezer to keep them cold. This is awesome customer service. Both cashiers deserve Recognition for a job well done. They both went above and beyond. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of your customers.
