This was a great experience, I walked in and Candice essentially listened to what I wanted and literally the first dress she pulled for me was the winner. Highly recommend Lovella Bridal and if you get Candice, consider yourself lucky, she’s got a great eye and is very professional and kind. She also helped me into all my dresses when I asked her to and took photos for me, so that made it really easy and efficient to try on the dresses. Totally felt relaxed and comfortable with her. There was also a really nice woman there with red hair I didn’t get her name but basically everyone there seems super friendly and professional. The atmosphere is also fantastic and I love the fashion illustrations they have on the walls. When I went back in to buy the dress later, Laura helped me and she was absolutely great.

I had such a great experience picking out my dress at Lovella in Glendale! I had my 1st appt at a different store and left that appointment feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. I was really nervous to go to my Lovella appointment thinking I would have all those same feelings again… but it was completely the opposite. Amy from Lovella made me feel so comfortable and heard. She took the time to educate me on the styles and she really paid attention to was I was looking for. I found myself having fun with the entire experience. Great reviews, beautiful location to pick out a wedding dress, and great location for a fun dress shopping day with your loved ones. From start to finish, I had a great experience at Lovella Bridal. I did my research in advance and had a general idea of the style of dress I wanted, the budget I wanted to spend, and considered the wedding venue location/setting and the events throughout the day when picking out my wedding dress. I was first helped by Jenna during my first visit and she was absolutely a perfect fit as my stylist. She made me feel comfortable right away, did not pressure me into any dresses and made great suggestions on the type of dress to try on based on my inspiration photos and a description of what type of dress I was looking for and felt comfortable in.The process was very organized and after I tried on about 5-6 dresses, I went back to my original one that I fell in love with right away. Jenna still recommended I try on other dresses to make sure I was absolutely sure, and Im glad that she did because I was able to negate any doubts and felt confident about my choice. She was very informative, patient, and overall it felt like shopping with a friend. My best friend was with me during my initial visit and she also had a great experience. It felt private, not rushed, and most importantly, FUN. Because of this experience I decided to do my alterations at Lovella Bridal as well. My measurements were taken and the order was in, I shopped about 9 months before my wedding date.A few months later after the dress arrived at the shop, Lovella contacted me and gave me a clear guideline and timeline on what to expect until my wedding day. We had 2 more fittings in-between for alterations and with my wedding shoes, and then a final one the week of the wedding to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Each time we visited Lovella we took advantage of the location and had a luncheon at the Brand at Americana (since we were coming from Orange County - almost 2 hours one way with traffic). It was THAT WORTH IT to get my dress at Lovella because the value, service, and expertise was unmatched.The week of the wedding, during my final visit, they even recorded the bustle on my phone for me to give to my bridesmaids, and provided tons of tips making me feel at ease. Trust the Lovella stylists with your wedding dress, its an important decision and Lovella is experienced, professional, and genuine throughout the whole process!

Everyone at Lovella is super friendly. Angie is a miracle worker, she truly knows what will look best on every bride. I went in thinking I would end up going to several stores but my search began and ended at Lovella. Angie put me in a style that I didn’t think I would love but ended up being so perfect for me. I absolutely loved shopping at Lovella!! Aimee was super sweet and enthusiastic and so great to work with. I was ten minutes late due to the typical LA traffic and parking and she worked my friend to start a room and pulled a couple dresses in my style so I wouldn’t lose time. There was plenty of room for each bride and her group so it was a personal experience rather than being cramped next to other brides trying on their dresses. I ended up finding my dress and I’m so happy!

I was very particular with what bridal stores I shopped at because I wanted my first experiences of dress shopping to be amazing. I went to Lovella before, a few years back, when my friend was getting married and I’ll just say there was a reason why I went back. :) My first appt ever was actually somewhere else the day before and if I can be honest, it just couldn’t even compare to here. The vibe was different. The store is amazing (aesthetically pleasing), very clean and the team is great too. I was paired with an amazing stylist - Vanessa. She was GREAT. She was so sweet, listened to what I wanted and asked for and she delivered! Every dress she picked out for me was exactly what I was envisioning. She made it so hard to choose (in a good way) because the dresses were all so gorgeous. But she definitely helped me during this difficult process. She made me think about things and asked me questions to help me reflect on what I (emphasis on I ) wanted. I said “Yes to the dress” that day and I really had no intention on doing so, but I guess when you know, you know. I’m grateful that this was my experience! Thank you Lovella and thank you Vanessa!!

They have so many beautiful dresses and because it’s so hard to choose, they have a consultant who works directly with you to help narrow it down. I worked with Shannon and she was amazing! All along, I knew exactly what I wanted , so I wasn’t going to settle for anything else. My wedding was less than a month away and I still didn’t have dress. I showed up without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. NAYRI was my stylist, and let me tell you she is AMAZING! I explained what I wanted and she listened. Nothing short of amazing . The shop was big and had plenty of room, you didn’t feel squished in with another bride . It was very sophisticated and employees were welcoming . Aimee assisted me during my appointment and she was simply the best ! She was up beat and pulled only the best dresses - she was so personable and truly helped make this a special day . I am a plus size bride and it was really special that I actually fit in dresses since they had such a variety of plus size dresses. I chose Martin Thornburg her really knows how to dress a woman :) .The shop was located centrally in town with plenty of parking . They help you stay within budget - not pushy for sales . Highly recommend ! So happy I saw the TIK TOK’s of this shop - I flew from Northern California just to be there ! Worth it !

I love this store so much! If youre like me and had no idea where to shop, look no further. The women here are so polite, professional and nice. And the dress selection is so extensive, theres a gown here for everyone.I worked with Shannon, she was 5 stars wonderful. She helped me get really specific and narrow down to a small selection of dresses, and then I kid you not, let me keep trying on two dresses for at least 15 minutes back and forth. I dont know how she has that kind of patience. She didnt push me into any style, or offer an opinion. She asked me what I did and didnt like, and brought selections based on that. The best customer service.And when I STILL couldnt decide, they squeezed me back in for a quick appointment in the afternoon with my MOH, again Shannon helped me try the two on a few more times. It was all worth it as I finally made a decision Im 110% happy with. Felt amazing to say yes to the dress here!

Lovella definitely has the best selection of dresses of all the stores I went to trying to find a dress! I LOVED their selection. I was not in love w/their service but i found my dress there so i have a soft spot for them. Definitely recommend going but recommend girls be firm on what they want. Julia was great! The entire experience was great! I really appreciate her making everything about me and my opinions. My mom tried to make me try on a dress that I did not want, and Julia knew exactly how to address the issue. She did not attempt to up sell me and she was very respectful for my vision and my budget. Two years ago I went in to Lovella to find my wedding dress. It was the first bridal I visited and I didn’t expect to find the dress, but I did. However, 3 months before my wedding I discovered I was to marry an untrustworthy man. We called off the wedding and the Lovella team understood my situation and were very supportive on my decision to give my dress away. They made that closure and transition very easy for me and my family. The Lovella team was so patient and understanding that I knew if I ever was to say yes to the dress again, I would return to them. I can’t speak highly enough about Lovella Bridal & Julia my stylist! Not only was the showroom beautiful but had a cozy comfortable feeling just like my wedding dress! The whole experience from walking in and meeting Julia to feeling like a dream in The Dress was everything I was hoping for. A few years ago my cousin found her wedding dress here and that made it extra special! If I can give Lovella Bridal NO STARS, I would. This place offers poor customer service and lacks personal experience. Once they get you thru the door and make money off of you, they dont care about you anymore. So I found Lovella bridal just browsing on tik tok. And I’m soooo happy I did. I’ve been browsing for wedding gowns since I was a little girl, and nothing ever felt like it would be my perfect dress. Walking in I was a little concerned as I would be too picky. My consultant Valerie was amazing. She knew exactly what a girl wants. Tiny waist, bust prepped up, and to look magical. She pulled my dream dress the third one she brought. Third times a charm I guess. It was a gorgeous Leah da Gloria gown that is exclusive to Lovella as i shortly learned after visiting plenty “ famous” salons in Beverly Hills which none of carried anything even close to what Lovella has to offer. Also all other consultant would just become arrogant and annoyed when I wasn’t liking anything they pulled for me. Stunning location, easy parking, wonderful experience. The first time I went I had a group of 6 and she made me feel so comfortable in every gown she picked out for me. She definitely listened to my wants but also added in her own expertise without making me feel bad. I came back for a second appointment to make sure my dress was the one and the person I talked to on the phone to make the appointment was so helpful as well. The 2nd appointment was so thorough and at the end they gave me so much time to take pictures with the “i said yes to the dress” sign. Can’t wait to return to pick up my gown in April!! After going to many bridal shops, Lovella stands a notch above the rest. They have an amazing selection of gowns that are of higher quality than other shops. Not only that, but they never try to push for a dress that is outside of your dollar range. I ended up going with a dress that was on the more affordable end! I also got my alterations done there which I cant recommend enough. They did an amazing job and were patient as we went through 4 rounds of changes. I got numerous comments from guests about my dress and it really is a spectacular experience there.

I went to a few places to find my wedding dress and Lovella was by far the best experience I had. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and they understood what I was looking for. I’m unbelievably happy with my dress and I highly recommend Lovella bridal!

As the husband of a patron of this facility, the experience was purely transactional. We were one of the unfortunate couples to have our wedding overturned by Covid. With family members and my wife whom are immunocompromised it is no longer a responsible choice to proceed with a wedding ceremony. Thus, well be wed by a justice of the peace. We presented these facts to Lovella and requested a variety of accomodations due to the difference in resources for the dress to be resold. All to which they leaned on their contract and offered no alternative. Good customer service recognizes the circumstances of the consumer and attempts to reconcile to the best benefit of both parties, even if its not the ideal benefit of the consumer. Lovella Bridals actions proves they only care about their bottom line. The false compassion when we arrived to pick up the dress (2 weeks following our missed wedding) was icing on the cake. Instead of making the conscious effort not to aggravate us further, my wife had to relive the entire experience with a service member whom was unfamiliar with the background story. Talk about a second turn of the knife... Poorly managed, irresponsible and predatory... I, in turn, had to console my wife again for her missed wedding. Id encourage you to have better consumer awareness than we did. We made a mistake purchasing here.

Julia is amazing! I went into the shop with an extremely low budget and she handled it so gracefully! I told her what I was looking for and she brought me about 4 dresses and asked if any one of them caught my eye. Immediately I found my dress! It was absolutely beautiful and below my budget. I have to admit I was nervous going into the store because I didn’t think I could afford to get a gorgeous dress because I had basically been thrown out of several stores because they did not think I belonged there. but Julia really did her best and I left with my dream gown! Lovella was my third stop to find my dream dress many of my friends, and relatives kept telling me to go here, and Im so glad I did!My mom and I were greeted, our temperature was taken, and we were offered water. We later walked over to the next room and waited for our stylist. I sat down and looked at all the dresses, one particular one had my eye, but I couldnt see the full details, but I had a feeling that was the dress. :)My stylist was Nayri she was so sweet, and super patient, and we clicked right away! I showed her a few styles that I had tried on and what stood out to me the most.She pulled the dress that I really fell in LOVE with and once I stepped into it I knew it was the one! Nayri encouraged me to try on few more dresses, and I was all for it. Your wedding day is an important day so try on as many styles as you can. This way you get to see what looks the best on you and how you feel in each styleI tried on many styles from fitted, to more of a ball gown, but these styles were not for me.After trying on other styles Nayri had me get into the dress that I fell in love with, she completed the look by adding on the veil, and OMG I was so happy, because I found my dress!! I was able to facetime my mother in law, sister in law, and my best friend.It was a special moment for all of us even though given the circumstances with COVID19. I was still able to share this moment with them.Thank you Lovella Bridal for making this experience so positive! Cant wait for the big day :)

We visited this place few days ago and did not feel that experience like the bride should with family.Our attendee was not very good. Did not let us participate in anything as far as picking dresses we like or did a good job of getting herself dresses we liked. They sure lost a sale by doing it their way. Also selections were not that good but overpriced. I will not recommend this place.

I love the staff here, they made my experience so easy and fun while I was dress shopping. I almost gave up on finding the perfect dress till i came here. Also got some accessories to go along with. Highly recommend this place. However, its annoying as I had to fly back to California to pick up my dress since they do not ship.... But I guess its worth it for a special occasion such as your wedding right?!

A dream come true! Great experience! Amazing workers. I dreamed of coming here before I was engaged and completely forgot about it when I got engaged. Tried on dresses in NY and in Arkansas and felt like I was missing something. Went to my Pinterest and remembered Lovella and booked a flight to visit. I also went to other bridal boutiques in Cali. This was my second stop. I came in wanting to try a set designer but the specific part I wanted came only in dresses $9k + so I settled and tried on ones in my budget of $5k. I really wasn’t falling in love so my mom and I decided I should try on the more expensive one. This one was what I wanted and had saved in my Pinterest. I tired it on and it looked great on me but I still felt something was missing as it wasn’t exactly the color i wanted. My mom looked at it and told me it wasn’t all that. As I walked back to the fitting room my mom asked me to come back and QUE the water works!!! She was sold but I needed to make sure and rule everything else out. I visited another shop and nothing compared. Then I decided to go back before I left for NY and wanted to try one the $12k dress because it was the color I wanted. I tried it on but it just wasn’t right. I guess I started to get discouraged because I assumed I’d cry when I found my dress. Then I decided to try on the one my mom loved and once I slipped back into.. I knew! It was the one. Julia was great she made me feel so comfortable and felt like she knew me for years. The second visit she was off and someone else helped and she was equally amazing! So I cried and found my dress.. double my budget but I have no regrets or what ifs! Thank you Lovella 💕

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!If youre the type of bride that thinks she need to visit more than 1 bridal store (like me), make sure Lovella is your LAST stop because I guarantee you will find your dream dress here!The salon is so beautiful! From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by the staff and your consultant. They really make you feel special and give you their undivided attention. The consultant asks who everyone is, and I do introductions. My consultant was Toni, and she was AMAZING!!Were all seated in Tonis section, and I show her the dresses I printed out of the styles I liked. Then Toni and I go to my dressing room where Im already from the start given a Lovella goodie bag. Nice touch! Im also given a black silky kimono robe to wear.Toni made me feel sooo comfortable! Words cant even express! For every dress I tried on, she asked me how I felt in the dress, what I liked or didnt like about each dress.The first dress she brought in was AMAZING! She truly listened to what I was saying and what I was looking for. What I liked and didnt like. I think I tried on 4 dresses total. One of them was a ball gown just for fun, so really I only tried on 3 contenders.Turns out, the first wedding dress was THE ONE! Its a beautiful Martina Liana dress!! Thats how good Toni is. She found my dream dress on the first try!Lovella was my first bridal stop, but I wish it had been my last because I completely regret going to Panache Pasadena afterward. I felt like I had to go to more than one bridal salon because I thought it wasnt possible to find the one on the first go around. However, I couldnt get the Martina Liana dress out of my head. Side note, Panache was AWFUL! I wrote a review there. Do NOT go to Panache.Toni and Lovella bridal give you the BEST experience ever! I went back to Lovella two days later to get my dream dress - the very first dress I tried on.

I had THEE BEST experience here. I began my wedding dress shopping 6/22/19. For 2 months, back to back appts trying to find my dress. I was getting to the point where I was just going to pick one to just be done with it. It was getting frustrating, as many shops didnt carry my size, either way small or waaayy too big that I couldnt appreciate the dress. Someone from a Facebook group recommended this store. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. The stylist I was scheduled with was Marlene! SERIOUSLY THE BEST! I really appreciated that she spoke Spanish, my family is Spanish speaking & we were all able to just communicate & joke around. As soon as I explained what I was looking for, Marlene immediately was able bring my vision to life. The FIRST dress she brought out was THE ONE for me. I was able to say yes to my dress yesterday, with no hesitation, without settling & Im forever grateful for the costumer service. For not pressuring me into something just to make a sale. Made this part of the process FUN! I cant wait for my soon to be husband see me walk down the aisle!

If you have a budget don’t go to this place, they won’t respect it, I didn’t agree to a veil and overskirt and the sales rep added with out my consent. After I talked to the manager she told me to get the money from somewhere else and that if life was giving me lemons I had to learn to make lemonade, that the items Julia picked for me are gorgeous. My point is what part of I don’t want to do business with you guys don’t you get? She said that the reason why they make you sign a contract is because Bridals will be changing minds a week or two after and I never change mine I dint wanted those items and I called immediately ones I saw my receipt which was never showed up to me at the store. Really bad sales practice. The initials and signature they have on the sales receipt are not mine, this is how bad this place is good thing is that today I was able to get an attorney and I will report them to the business baurea brcause am not loosing $6000.00 just because they don’t listen to their customers.

We stopped by to look at dresses yesterday without an appointment and simply asked if it was ok to take a look at some dresses. The saleslady allowed us to but rushed us the entire time even though we werent being demanding in any way. She noted 4 times that it was best to make an appointment and to go online. I get it but why be so rude? Why not take the opportunity to make a good first impression for people who happen to be in the neighborhood? We wouldve been happy to return with an appointment had they left a good first impression. Even though they were closing in 45 minutes, we stayed 10 minutes due to her attitude.

Worst customer service!!!! The person who helped my fiancé was not even trying to help her, all he was doing was giving her dresses that she didnt ask for. The employee didnt even give my fiancé an option to choose the dresses. Very rude employees!
