I had my 2014 Ram 2500 repaired by Shawn and his guys and I will say with having to deal with covin19 and slower then normal delivery time and Shawn being short staffed due to the covin the did a outstanding job. I highly recommend Diesel HQ with no hesitation at all, I know I would take my Ram any place else. That go above and beyond for there customers.

Diesel Headquarters is the first and only shop you will need to take your truck; whether it has a Powerstroke, Cummins, or Duramax under the hood. I have brought my truck here for several major repairs now. Shawn has always been honest in his diagnostics and ensures that you know exactly what parts are needed to get the job done correctly. This includes taking the time to explain how any failures occurred, and show you anything that needs to be updated/replaced while they are making the repairs in order to prevent extra labor costs and part failures in the future. The crew has always done terrific work, and they make sure that the job is done right the first time. Furthermore, pricing has always been extremely fair for both parts and labor, and the work is done in a timely manner.

I had an appointment this morning at 9 a.m. to have my engine oil cooler repaired and several other repairs I said outside the shop for almost 30 minutes with nobody there lost all confidence if you cant even be on time to open your own shop then I cant trust you to have my truck fixed correctly or promptly

This shop ended up costing us about $7000.00 to have transmission fixed after they fooled with it and left out a part. Tried to settle amiably but he was foul, threatening and rude. Taking him to Small Claims.
