We visited the Arrowhead location on 2 separate occasions, months apart, meeting with Albert both time. He was extremely helpful and informative. Very honest and does not try to upsell. He is truly concerned about the customers needs. There was a slight price difference from our first visit, and he honored that quote. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new mattress! Last night was our first night on the new mattress and it was perfect!

I have had my Amerisleep Mattress for a few years now and I love it. However, I recently broke the zipper on the cover. I hopped on their website and that is when Albert started assisting me. We exchanged a couple emails, spoke to each other by phone, and I was able to get a new mattress cover ordered. Doing business with Albert was a pleasure. He was very friendly and the conversations we had were very informative.

After being bombarded by mattress salesman for a good portion of the day at a few different mattress stores, my significant other and I were just about done with in-store shopping and were tempted to take our search online, but we decided to make one more stop at Amerisleep because of a review that we had read online about the AS3 mattress. Oh boy, let me tell ya, I could not be happier that we made that final stop and finally ended our search. We were greeted by Albert about 20 minutes before they closed but that did not seem to bother him one bit. Albert was extremely knowledgeable on all of the beds and which ones may be preferred for people of our height, weight, and sleep orientation. After a good 20-30 minutes of trying the different beds, we decided on the AS3 and ordered a couple pillows as well (which were amazing). Our entire experience inside the store was nothing less of a pleasant one and were both very excited to get our bed. If there was a 7 star option, I would give this place one. 7/7 would recommend!

I have had the best experience with Amerisleep and with the level of customer service I received from Adelbert. I suffer from severe back pain, which surgeries have not resolved so I recently decided to purchase the AS3 mattress. Unfortunately, due to my back issues, I had to return the mattress after my sleep trial. I honestly expected it to be a battle but Adelbert made the process simple, clear, and hassle free. I first purchased an Amerisleep Liberty (now AS3) mattress in 2012. Ive been very satisfied with it, but all good mattresses eventually wear out. We love our Amerisleep mattress. Shipping was faster than first quoted and arrived in perfect condition. We have had our Amerisleep for almost 5 months and are very satisfied with the temperature, cost and hardness. The mattress remains cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We purchased the medium support and it is very comfortable, not to soft or hard, which is why we hate to get out of bed in the morning. My husband and I have been searching for a mattress for Months! In the past we had a Tempurpedic that got body dents and we had to get another one via the warranty. It was a queen and we decided about 4 years ago to upgrade to a King. We wanted to save money so we bought a $500 mattress on Amazon. When we first got it... it was amazing. Then within 3 years it had softened so much that we are having serious pain in our shoulder and hips from the pressure of the foundation foam. We were struggling to decide between a $4000 mattress that would last longer and have a better warranty or another $500 mattress that we would need to replace in another 3-4 years. We dont want to have to purchase and throw away a mattress every few years. That is so wasteful. But we are worried to spend $4k and have to deal with warranty claims again. So we went back to the drawing board and considered the mid-range mattresses (Amerisleep, Wink, etc.). I reviewed EVERYTHING from the warranty, trial period, return fees, where it was made, etc.I messaged Amerisleep online and spoke with Albert both times. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was even willing to talk to me about my current foundation and if it would be covered under warranty. That meant a lot because other companies wouldnt confirm anything, they would just refer to the wording of their warranty which was confusing. I even spoke with Albert on the phone and there was no pressure or rushing me to buy. Albert suggested I work with him directly so I could have him as my personal contact through the whole process. That way if I had any questions or concerns I could call him directly. There was some miscommunication with Albert and he went out of his way to make it right. I appreciate finding a salesperson who stands by his word.We decided on Amerisleep AS5 and called to purchase on Tuesday. Albert was not in the showroom at the time so I spoke with Ron who was also super helpful. I asked him to have Albert call me when he returned.Albert called me and we talked through my order. I asked him if I could send him some information via email and if he would reply. He agreed. I wrote down his email and forgot to email him. I just got an email from him following up with me and seeing if I still needed the information. How wonderful to get that email today. I felt well taken care of.UPDATE: We have had the bed for 2 weeks now and so far so good! My husband loves it. His shoulder pain was lessened starting the first night, and I believe is gone now. The AS5 is nice and soft. It cushions under your body and feels like its giving you a little hug. It does run a little hot, but that is normal for memory foam beds and worth the tradeoff for the comfort. It is LESS hot then the cheapo mattress I had from China. We dont miss the body dents on the last mattress at all... now we can cuddle in the middle again without rolling away from each other.When we got the bed the box was open, but i expected that since it is 100 lbs and Ive seen other reviews mention how the shipper doesnt handle them well. Luckily there didnt seem to be any damage to the bed itself due to excellent packaging. I took photos of the damaged box and mattress inside.I have included the following photos in my review: damage to shipping box, opening of mattress, unrolled mattress on bed frame, mattress expanding after a couple minutes, mattress completely expanded after 8 hours.When we were shopping we hated the reviews because they were all from people who had just purchased the beds. We wanted more reviews that were a few years old but rarely found them. My plan is to update this review every so often - as I wish more people had done that for me :).

I was attracted to this pillow they had displayed. I have purchased a ton of memory foam pillows is the past that seemed like they were great the time. But ended up being too thick and hurt my neck or the heat up to much at night. This pillows that they have at This store are amazing and half as think and more comfortable than all the money I have waisted on other memory foam pillows. I actually purchased my AS3 Amerisleep mattress on-line and had it delivered to my home within about a week. My previous mattress was old and, as a 70 year old, I was experiencing probably 20 minutes of back pain each and every morning. - I no longer toss and turn. I find that I sleep on my back much more of the time. The back pain is very largely alleviated and quite short lived. I am supported and sometimes feel that I am floating. - When delivered I found the box too heavy to lift and carry significant distance but I easily walked it into position before un-boxing and positioning the product. The mattress needs about 8 hours to properly inflate before lying on it. - I have used mine for 2 months now and I happily recommend it to you. - God bless...

Amazing bed! I went with the AS3 and I couldnt be happier. I did a lot of research and checked all of the reviews when it was time to get a new bed. I went with Amerisleep since it was on multiple websites listed as #1 and many others in the top 3. Bed showed up in less than a week and set up was a breeze. You open the box, lay the vacuumed sealed mattress where you want it and cut open the plastic. Thats all. It is extremely comfortable and the best bed I have ever had. I even bought the waterproof cover to keep it from staining. Everything is really high quality.

We purchased 4 mattresses for our family and are very happy with our choices. It is a leap of courage to purchase a mattress online, untested. However, Amerisleeps 100-night risk-free trial gave us peace of mind to give it a try. The mattresses did not disappoint. The customer representative was able to recommend the right firmness for each of our family members based on our weight and sleeping styles. The mattresses provide good support and an impression of hugging, which is comforting. We are 4 months in and sleeping well!

When I started having back pain and was wondering why, I realized our mattress was 30 years old!! We did have a memory foam topper that helped but it was definitely time for a new one! I was very skeptical of buying a mattress that i could not try out before purchase. The company stated that there was a nice trial period and that I could get a refund if i wasnt happy. I decided to believe them as the hundreds of reviews that i read backed this up.I did a lot of research before I bought the AS3 . After 30 days, i knew it was not the mattress for me. It was too firm although most of the customers preferred that model. I called Amerisleep and told them it was not what I was hoping for and they were very helpful in exchanging it for the AS4. I am much happier, love the mattress and Amerisleep made it a good experience.I did have a bit of a problem finding a donation site for the AS3. I was told there was no place to donate in our area and that they would keep trying. I could also donate to a charity of my choice. I had the same problem. No one wanted the mattress. We were traveling out of state for Thanksgiving and taking a U Haul with furniture for our kids. I called Amerisleep and asked if I could haul it with us and donate there as the population was much larger. They said yes, and the AS3 has a new home and the AS4 is perfect for us!Thank you Amerisleep for our new mattress and making the whole experience painless!

Our AS3 mattress was a little firm. A comfort mattress pad with an extra layer of foam was perfect. Customer service was a bit slow to respond to emails but once it was sent to a representative communication was great. Madeline was awesome and helped out. Super happy with the mattress and the service received.

Its been 2 months so far and its the best mattress Ive ever had. Im 70 and as a side sleeper, my previous mattress of several years was crushing my shoulders. This one doesnt. My son has gone thru 2 other brands of memory foam mattresses and after only a short time had to get rid of or return them. I have had none of the problems with this mattress that he had. This Amerisleep mattress is a keeper.

Could not have had a better experience at this store! On our first visit, we were given space and allowed to try out all of the beds on our own, without being hassled or harassed by employees. They greeted us, but allowed us to explore on our own and when we had questions they answered them and then gave us our space to talk and shop. On our second visit to the showroom, we had comparison questions to other brands on the market and everyone was open and honest about their opinions and provided great customer service. On our third visit, we finally made a decision and chose the AS4 model. Checkout was easy and delivery arrived as promised! We even got two free memory pillows included with our mattress! If you are looking at other brands like Tuft & Needle, Casper, etc, be sure to give Amerisleep a chance! They wont let you down.

The Amerisleep AS5 mattress is perhaps the coziest most comfortable mattress that I have ever owned. I bought this mattress from the nearest outlet store in the Arrowhead Towne Center mall. I was helped out by both Ron and Tabita, who did very well by me in a number of different ways including honoring a sale that was expiring a few days before I was able to make my purchase and trying to find ways to save me money through the different services and features Amerisleep offers. Very friendly, good service, great product. Would definitely recommend.

Tabita was amazing to work with. Very nice, very knowledgeable. Also I never thought, Id buy anything other than just the mattress but once she showed me the functions of the adjustable bed, I was sold. Im so glad she took the time to show me the adjustable bed . Ron, the manager was also there and very nice to work with.

Glad we went into the store came from California to check out the beds Ron is very helpful. the bed we thought we were going to buy, after he pointed out the differences in them was not the one we ended up buying. Were much more confident with our decision now.

I walked in to the store and was warmly greeted by Tabita, she was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She took time answering all of my questions, explained how each feature worked while I tested out the AS3 with Amerisleep adjustable bed. Great mattress! We love firm matte teases and this is a great one that gives support but is still comfortable. Our old spring mattress had us waking up exhausted!

Walter was our salesman and he was awesome. He went above and beyond in helping us. We got the split king and had a problem with my husband’s mattress. Walter came to our house and saw the problem. We decided to go with the king mattress and when it came, he came over and set it up for us, making sure everything was good. Thanks Walter!

We werent looking to buy today but Albert was still helpful , friendly, and very informative. We loved the experience and plan to come back when we are ready to buy.
