Had to wait for about 5 minutes for service manager to take my car in. After that it was all great. They did the service and parts changed as the promised and had my SUV ready before the promised time.Ara Terzian is great, he took care of everything needed and called me back right away to answer my questions.Thanks for such a great customer service.

We came here for change oil and took us 3 hrs to wait. When 2 hrs came, I became impatient, and asked if we can get the car. Bob told me and my daughter it is not ready and we have to wait for another 30-45 mins. When I checked our car in the service area, that was the only time they started to do the change oil and whatever checkup they did!! Do these people know the value of time for their customers? It was a very disappointing experience for a first time Toyota customer.

We purchase a 2020 Corolla le at this locationCustomer service with the one of the helpers showing us the car was nice but the seller kept on denying telling us the total and always ignored what my mom was saying because my mom didn’t care about monthly payments and wanted to know the full price, he kept on going back and forth with the manager supposedly and we end up paying more then we had to for the car and after we got the car we never saw the seller.Our car price was 23kAnd we end up paying 36k which is a fraud

Brought my vehicle to this location due to a check engine light. They charged for a diagnostic and told me that i needed thousands of dollars of work done and said part of it was due to my engine overheating and leaking coolant. When i asked the rep why my temperature sensor wasnt showing an overheating engine he didnt have an answer for me. When i brought the car to a mechanic they never found the aforementioned leak nor any indication my car was overheating (as well as normal coolant levels??!) but they did find that this dealership had RESET my codes before i left meaning they werent able to view them and diagnose the original problem. Surprise is i’ve driven this car over 20K miles since this dealer told me my engine was overheating + leaking coolant and seen several mechanics and not a single one has seen this issue (original issue that caused the check engine light was unrelated and fixed). Fact is, this dealership is more than okay with taking advantage of you if you don’t look like you know anything about cars. This dealership not only wasted a day of my life and many hours from other mechanics but also nearly convinced me out of a couple thousand dollars. If you have a problem with your car do NOT go here, just find an independent mechanic.

From start to present my leasing experience has been amazing here! I went in having never leased a car (or gone into a dealership alone before lol..) and they were incredibly kind, patient, and didnt take advantage of me being a rookie. I had a very specific budget in mind for a down payment and monthly payments and I was shocked that they were so accommodating. Super genuine folks that just want to help you out. Whenever I go in for maintenance or checkups everyone is just so nice. If youre looking for a dealership you can TRUST, go to Toyota in Glendale!

After going to multiple dealerships in a day I can say that Toyota of Glendale had the worst customer service. I chatted online with them to see if they had the car that I was interested in they said yes and then showed me pictures of the car. A sales team member got in contact with me and set up an appointment. When I got there neither of the cars in the color I was shown were there. Looking pass that (since I had drove an hour from my home) I decided to test drive a version of the vehicle. The sales associate that I was dealing with gave me keys to a car that gas tank was empty. After walking back and forth to the office multiple times I decided to just wait next to the car for another key. I asked if another car in the color I wanted could be brought down from another area the associate said yes but it would take 48 hours. I was already becoming less thrilled with this place.Then it came time to do the numbers and although I said I would be financing from my bank they kept trying to get me to fill out a credit application to run my credit (which was not needed since I was not financing through them). The price of the car jumped up by $14,000.00 which 6,000.00 was the dealers fee, $5,500.00 was taxes, and $1,094.37 was for license and registration and $2,000.00 for features on the car that I didnt ask for but couldnt be removed. My sales associate did not want to negotiate the final price at all (which is within their rights). However, when I made it clear that I would not be purchasing this car at this price both the sale associate and manager then started an argumentative, pressure, scare tactic of how I wouldnt be able to find the car anywhere else for a better price. With all the sketchiness of this interaction I left and took my business somewhere else and was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted the next day.

Wilson has been the greatest service advisor. He has taken care of both our Priuses--2005, 2014. His advice to hang on to our 2005 was correct. He always makes time for us.

Currently on my third lease with this location. I dont even live in Glendale anymore but continue to come back here since they have the best staff! Theyll work with you to get a great deal on an affordable car, no matter your financial situation. My first two leases here, I had iffy credit and not a lot of income and was still able to walk away with a car I loved with a very affordable payment plan. Love working with Omar, hes really kind, patient and answers all my questions. Because there is such high demand for cars right now, they called me to ask about what car I was looking for after the lease ended and they were able to get me on the lot as soon as the car I wanted came in. Its a good idea to call ahead to see whats in stock due to this demand. Highly recommend this location!

Well having worked in the automotive business for many years I understand how things work. I asked for them not to waste my time however they still did. This wasn’t the only problem . I advise anyone coming here to keep an eye on their paperwork , they were adding on $7500 on top of the MSRP just because they figure they can. When asked about it I was simply told “ I can not make a deal at sticker price “ so keep your eye out for Artur and your numbers. I guess that’s why they are getting a new building .

I’ve been going to this dealership quite a while this past week I was able to turn in my lease and get a brand new RAV4 thanks to Johnny pita he was so helpful and made the deal happen we gave him a hard time but it was worth it he made it happen. The lady with the service department ruined my experience with this particular dealership. I do not usually ever write bad reviews but I called last week with a question about the certificate I needed for the recall of my Toyota Prius and she made what I was asking much more difficult and said she could not help. She was rude, quick to get off the phone and told me to call Toyota corporate so she didn’t have to deal with my question. I then called Toyota in Hollywood and the nice woman there helped me immediately and was able to fix the problem I had. Will definitely never bring my vehicle to Toyota in Glendale ever again.

Absolute fraud, dishonest and greedy. We were in there trying to refinance are vehicles and change the ownership of the loan. The two sales people there said we had to sell them are vehicle. Then they would need to resell are the vehicles back to us. Let me tell you we only owe 19k left on are vehicle. They were trying to resell us the vehicle for $35k. You all take this into consideration before purchasing, leasing or trying to refinance. Please be aware because who knows how many people have fallen for this scam. Also, this was the manager Oscar.

VERY poor communication and a very unprofessional experience. Wilson was in charge of my service. I was never updated on how long it would take to service my car. I had to call 2 days later and check and I was told it would be ready an hour after and when I showed up it wasn’t ready and I wasn’t given an estimated time on when my car would be ready.I had to rent a car last minute and that experience was horrible as well. I drive a camry and the only car they had was a truck.I went to get my AC fixed (on a new car I got 2 months ago) also the wireless charging port wasn’t working and didn’t even get fixed during my service!!!Also car wasn’t washed (other Toyota dealerships in LA county are washing cars).total time it took to fix my AC was 4 days and they didn’t even fix my wireless charging port.Also when I received my car, the part under my glove compartment wasn’t even put back by maintenance.

Okay.. i went there to fix the fuel pump of my 2012 toyota camry hybrid. And they got it fix. Im just disappointed because i asked them to check the remote key fob because it doesnt work on lock/unlocking the doors. I told the guy who always pick up the phone which i think his name is Anthony and the guy whos taking care of my car named Ara. I asked both of them to check it and they said okay but it never got fixed.

A waste of time and borderline unethical. They had me come in as a serious buyer and agreed to price both in-person and over the phone. Then at the last minute they tried to sneak in an additional $5K premium in the paperwork without mentioning it. It was a dirty, desperate move on their part. I would stay far away from this place.

Look, I dont like writing reviews like this, BUT I had a bad experience and I have to share it here because I never received a customer survey.I came here for routine maintenance last week and was pretty disappointed with the level of service provided. I had to leave my car for a couple days (bummer), but I was offered a rental car (nice!). Unfortunately, I was not told the hours of the rental car place (Hertz), which closed before I arrived after work. (Theyre open 9-5 M-F, 9-12p Saturday btw) Since the rental car agency was only open at times when I would be at work, I was unable to rent a car. I ended up taking rideshares at my own expense while my car was in the shop.I felt like while my technician was courteous, he couldnt wait to get me off the phone, and I never saw or spoke with him again after my car was ready to be picked up. I tried calling him back to tell him the rental car situation but he did not return my call, instead he sent me a text saying I could drop off the rental car at the shop. This was frustrating because I spent a lot of money here. The least they could do was acknowledge my frustration.Im giving two stars because I was able to use a 15% off discount I saw on the website, which saved me a couple hundred dollars. But I still paid through the nose to get my car serviced. My tech recently texted me saying I should be receiving a survey but something tells me they probably dont want me filling out a survey since I didnt have a great experience.I wont be back.

I bought the Rav 4 XLE today. The features are the exactly what I want. I can link to my Apple cell phone to use google map to navigate. The staffs are nice. They explained everything very clearly. Gaby and Michelle was so patient to answer me questions in email. Max explained the features of the car. Manager Artur approved a good discount. I do recommend to buy car from this dealer.

Ive been going to this toyota for a couple years for maintenance but this past experience was so positive I felt compelled to write a review. I brought my car in for service after being told it had untold problems with the tires, with the alignment, with the filters etc from another shop. Robert walked me through all of the problems and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was safe and that I left the lot happy. Car work is so intimidating, especially for people who dont know much about cars like me and are afraid of getting ripped off but he walked me through every charge and every change honestly and gave me the truth! I cant speak more highly of this experience - especially when good customer service is so hard to find (ESPECIALLY when it comes to car service). Thank you robert!

This was my best car leasing experience ever. My 2018 RAV4 lease was about to expire in February but Toyota sent an offer to upgrade early.It sounded pretty good so I called Toyota of Glendale and connected with Omar Dirky. I told Omar that given the virus, intense heat, foul air Id prefer not to visit the dealership. No problem. Omar and I worked out a deal on the phone, signed papers electronically and were done. When my new RAV4 came in Omar brought it to my house, went over the features with me and took my trade in. Easy. I cant say enough good stuff about Omar.He was pleasant, professional and very efficient. Very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Toyota of Glendale and Omar.
