Very helpful staff. But they are so short handed of employees. Depending on the time of day, you have a short wait or a very long one. The manager Luie tries so much to help everyone that you end up spending more time in the store. Forget about calling the store when they are busy, the phone will ring and ring and ring. Then after the phone rings, rings, rings, you get put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. They need more staff.

I got my part here a few days earlier no problem and today (want to be manager) name KEN well not look it up for me even I had the old part Im front of him I assume he did not have the knowledge to get customers what they want. Just brush me off and said I dont have the part for you.

Go to this place for all our part needs the staff is very knowledgeable I know the manager first hand by name on a name by name basis go there a lot order all the parts for work the staff is very friendly they will go to the moon and back to try and help you find the part you are looking for ears they got a open up theyre book to try and find a part thats not in their system they will do just that always go above and beyond for their customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service

I come here when no else has what I need. It would be nice if the closer auto parts stores had a better selection of parts I too often need fo my old truck. Prices arent too bad as well.

I went to store to return item that bought at another Napa an store manager denied a credit refund even do I have receipt an pay with credit card staying had no money’s should returned to store where I bought item humm even that location is part corporation very unwelcome had no customer services skills I’ll nevertheless went out door to another Napa store had no problems corporate needs to oversee this power strip managers they think own store bad customer services I’ll never buy from Napa there’s so many options like rock auto,autozone,orallys ,penny-pincher so on.

If you arent in a hurry best place to come youll stand in line for at least 30min before they can help you 1 attendant is on the computer the other is on the phone and to retrieve parts add another 5 to 10 min on top of that.

I didnt get the part that i needed but the guy was so nice and did the best to figure out how get the right way to fit an universal heater connector with my car but finally he told me that another Napa location had it. I was so happy because i saved $75 and this part completed my heater hoses and it cost only $6. Thanks Napa.

The guys that work at this one have no idea what theyre doing. I went in there to get a couple of belts and it took them three to four minutes to even get to the counter they were off somewhere else. and then when they finally got to the counter they started answering the phone calls instead of helping a customer that was right in front of that another 5-6 minutes goes bye nobody even asked me what I needed I walked out and Ill never go back to that one again. the third guy that works there was out in the parking lot changing batteries for some lady in her car instead of taking care of the customers in the store.

I had to stand in line for over 45 min. I am 73 with foot problems, they need chairs to sit on if,they dont want to lose customers. I wont go back.

Great place have everything you need If not they can get it like at each split lickety split Google has trouble with spelling or listing anyways a great place to find anything you need. All the staff are very helpful They even smile when theyve been on their feet all day.

This is a very busy Napa. What bothered me was the assistant manager started helping me and he answered the phone. He then proceeded to leave me waiting while he handled the person on the phone. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for him to finish assisting me with my order. Any business that puts phone calls ahead of customers who drove to their store for merchandise sucks at understanding which customers are more valuable.

Clean well lit store,employees treat you with respect a great place to find auto parts that are hard to find..

Hung up on me while I was in the middle of speaking after leaving me on hold forever. Definitely wont be buying from NAPA again

Super once you get to the counter.They always seem to be so busy with commercial phone calls if nothing else so a wait is inevitable. Still, good place for all parts needed from motorcycles to heavy duty truck semis etc...5 stars of I can get in and out of there in less than 10 minutes ever.

This store has amazing industrial decor. A little under staffed at the time but good customer service. I did have to go elsewhere for my part but would return in the future for my automotive parts needs.

This Napa location is by far one of the best. I shop many auto parts stores and thus one always has the part I need and for much less the there competitors. The only thing I dont like is you call and they give you a price and when you show up to pick it up its a different price.

Brian in the machine shop here is a complete idiot. We took a head with a valve leak to Brian to have him go through and repair the leak. The next day and $40 later he said our head was ready to go. We took our head to our mechanic and had it installed. Turns out, our head had the same problem as it had before we took it to the machine shop. Upon returning to the machine shop to have our issue corrected, Brian insisted that he was right and our mechanic was wrong when the problem is obvious. Never again will we take our business here, and our mechanic will not be doing business with them either. Thanks Napa.

Love the looks of the store but...after dealing with staff and management I will never return again. Thanks to their lack of knowledge and inability to return the wrong parts this store ended up costing me 3 days time and lots of money lost! They refused to make it right after I showed them all that went wrong and the wrong parts they sold me and the manager was rude and insulting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE!!!!! Hire new manager and retrain your staff to take care of your customers then I will reconsider. Napa has never done me wrong until this store. Go elsewhere and dont bother wasting your time and money!!!!

Why would anyone want to purchase from nappa? They dont read check engine codes at all. Half of the time they will give you the wrong part then charge you a restocking fee when you return it. Every time I have decided to give my business to nappa I have regretted it but not once with anyone else and i have purchased from everyone else including online companies.

Smaller NAPA store but usually have the part your looking for. Large parking lot with plenty of handicap parking. Some of the counter people are a little rough around the edges.
