I found hard-to-find parts in stock here for my air conditioner and heater. I recommend Dancool to others looking for a local vendor. Handicap entrance. Barstools to sit on. English and Armenian spoken here. I saved a lot of money by shopping here. Ask for Hummel. Good luck!

I have patronize this location several times by sending my brother to purchase parts for my HVAC at home not because they have good pricing or service they dont but because it is close to my home and what I thought convenient. I have GREAT REGRET for ever spending any money at this establishment. Today I went in myself to purchase a new unit and Jack who probably should not be working there anymore, was not only RUDE from the onset but also bluntly discriminated against me for being a woman and basically denied me the right to be in this establishment. I will make sure to let as many people know of my awful experience with this company today! No other employee at this location even attempted to step in and help this bad unjust situation!!! Theres no room for bad establishments like this...if we as consumers just probe a little further well find that there are plenty of other businesses that have what we need with much better pricing and service and who most importantly DO NOT DISCRIMINATE!!! Our support and hard earned money should go to the establishments that deserve to be in business and treat everyone with respect not companies like Dancool in Glendale, CA!!!

This place is far faraway that it was before.They have nothing in stock.You have to wait at least two days to get it.I was looking for a single TY fitting and Im still waiting for it.Since they changed management everything got worst.I will probably look gor another supplier.Thanks Dancool...

If youre not Arminian dont waste your time they wont help you also they most likely wont have anything you need hardly have anything on stock
