Whole lot of empty shelves cant find a Flint for my Zippo lighter to save my life. Are used to keep them stocked right by the register is along with the Zippo fluid or Rossignol lighter fluid. When you ask management or the cashier is they have no clue like a Zippo lighter is something foreign to them

I am disappointed in the customer service I received today. After trying to call the store, I drove to the store to ask a question regarding my curb-side pick-up. The two women at customer service did not make any effort to help me and were rude. I understand that many stores are working very hard and are understaffed but it would have been nice for them to call a manager or tell me how I could check if the order was ready. I was collecting a lot of food for a food drive on behalf of multiple people and had to cancel my order after 9 hours of waiting and not being able to get connected to anyone on the phone or helped within the store. I easily could have shopped on my own but received notifications earlier in the day that the shoppers were gathering my items and didnt want people to have spent time putting together a large order just for me to cancel. I used the online chat feature and the employees on there also could not get a hold of the store either.

It’s a great location when you need things in a hurry… probably the nicest checkout clerks Walmart has!

Dudes working at the electronic section are usually clueless about anything you ask them. In fact theres hardly anyone there to assist you with any info. Plus the reorganized the aisle and everything, looks better but I preferred the old one.

It is a super store. Large selections of anything you need. Stocked up on some essentials. The store was clean and organized.

This Walmart gets five stars.You know why? Ill tell you why. First of all it provides good people watching. Isnt excellent people watching what you go to Walmart for in the first place? Its what I go there for. You got all walks of life trolling around this joint. The second is that the staff here is actually pretty good. Its my Walmart of choice and I suggest you make it yours. Screw that other Walmart on the other side of town that ones for birds.

I purchased two of the exact same humming bird feeders online for curbside pickup. I picked them up and when I got home, I discovered that the bottom of one feeder was missing. How is it possible for even the dumbest employee not to notice that the two feeders did not look alike? This mistake rests solely on the shoulders of the store manager! When I went back to the store, I found the bottom sitting on the front of the shelf.

Every time I have come to pick up a mobile order from this store I have run into colossal issues. They keep changing the method, it used to be Halfway decent but now they have you call a number that no one answers and make you wait where no one is just saying they paged someone. No one there has any idea what’s going on and they take turns telling you to go from one place to another with no one actually helping whatsoever. I would avoid picking up from this store at all costs.

Plenty of parking. All carts cleaned and waiting. Greetings at the door. Monday was busy with lots of restocking. Wish the garden center was more open. Got everything on my list except large size of Lysol laundry sanitizer and 409 refill cleaner. Why all small sizes?

I visit the pharmacy frequently for insulin. Staff is very helpful when items are out of stock and when to expect them. Alternatives are offered if you need something now.

Its a standard Walmart, but it could use some more organization. The section with cat toys, collars, catnip, etc REALLY needs help.Overall a nice place to shop. I especially like that they have an aisle dedicated to clearance; it helps me find deals on items I didnt know I needed.

My experience started out poorly because of the greeter. Im aware its your job to ensure everyones safety, but when I let you know my child is in fact not yet 2 years old, you do not need to continue to tell me that when he is 2, that he needs to wear a mask. Im wearing a mask, so clearly Im not oblivious to the laws. Im also not ignorant to the rules and safety of our communitys well-being. My child is too young to understand he has to wear a mask. Im aware of whats required and the stipulations to these requirements. If I could get my child to wear the mask now, trust me, I would. Worry about the parents who dont care about the way their children act in the store and disrupt everyone elses shopping and please save your judgment for those more deserving.

Clean and organized. One of the nicer wal-mart stores I have found in the area. Employees are attentive and helpful.

This is a vibrant well laid out Walmart which is well stocked and has employees that are willing to help customers. They have a number of condiments and other food items that cater to people with special dietary needs and preferences. There are non GMO, keto products, gluten free, lactose free, and wild caught canned and frozen fish types at very reasonable prices. The grass fed only ground beef and ground lamb are sold here and are also cheaper than grain fed beef sold at regular grocery stores. I wish they offered more fashionable clothing at good prices but you can find your basics and your undergarments and socks for less than other department stores. The household cleaning products are a savings here also.

So... it’s Wal-Mart. I already go into the situation expecting nothing, so 3 stars is gold in my book. This is definitely one of the better, cleaner stores I have been too. As usual there’s a lot that’s left to be desired, but again- it’s Wal-Mart. The bar isn’t set that high to begin with. I’m just glad this one is clean, produce is fresh, clothes are not all over the floor, the optical staff are AMAZING, and the pharmacy staff (although rude and slightly temperamental at best) are not idiots.

Went here to do a store pickup from an online order. I received the store pickup item (a small electronic device) and went home. Once I got home I discovered that someone had opened the box and stole the electronic device from the box then resealed the box. So I drove all the way over here to get a nice empty box. It was busy, but there were plenty of associates to help.Unfortunately, associates at a lot of businesses, the associates hide and walk away from customers. The last thing that they want to do is to interact with their customers.Its a hard thing to fix in any business. Even the best employees have had a bad, or a long day and just want to be done with the day.I perfectly understand their situation.I worked at a hospital for 18 years, and the good doctors told me that the worst thing a doctor would do was to avoid the family of a sick person.They said that If something goes wrong or bad, the family should be told as soon as possible. They said that the docs that get sued, usually upset the family by avoiding them, and then upset them more by not telling them the truth as soon as possible.Even the best of doctors make mistakes sometimes. If you tell the family the truth right away, most folks understand, probably because they themselves have made mistakes in whatever business that they do.Sorry to be so long with my perspective, but the doctor that I learned the most from was a plastic surgeon for about 40 years and had never been sued.

Took my son here for his Covid Vaccine. Very well organized.

I come here at least once a week, as do many other handicapped people..could it be possible to supply us with another couple electric carts please. So many of us stand(if possible) up front like vouchers fighting over carts..there is another local chain store that is smaller in size, only carries groceries, not to mention their facilities are also much smaller in size. Im sure there is an unacceptable amount of sales lost just from us getting frustrated and going where we know we can find more carts.. Ill keep my eyes open to see if this gets anywhere.

The do it yourself check out lanes are plentiful but if you need any assistance, good luck flagging down the one person chosen to oversee them!

Well, this place was located conveniently to the hotel I was staying at. With that being said, I found this location to be in a very nice area. Apparently everyone here likes to 🐟 fish, because they were quite low on fishing 🎣 equipment. All in all, I had a pleasant experience.

No managers can ever be found when you need answers. Very sad display of retail.

I don’t know why, but this location is just slacking lol. I had to get a hold of three different employees to get a SIM card and at the end walked out without one because instead of asking for help they just disappeared and left me hanging there.

I havent actually been inside the store since the first COVID shelter in place. I go to this location for grocery pick-up. The associates are always courteous and informative. The longest Ive waited for an order is, perhaps, 5 minutes.

I found what I was looking for. Prices are great but the store looks like it needs a little more organizing. I looks like the store needs more checkout counters at least when I went there.

Shopping was good customers sever is good until you check at 4 :45 pm on a Friday night there was just one cashier lane open had to wat in line for 20minutes other people went to the service desk to ask for more lane to open up after I checked out and 4 other people push there cart to the desk and left some of others cart and meet and froze stuff in then

Store is well stocked and clean but they always only have 1 register open then scramble to open a 2nd when theres a really long line.

I went there today to pick up paper towels that I accidentally marked for pick up instead of delivery. The email said I was supposed to come into the store but I didnt know that because I usually have things delivered and I didnt read it carefully. An associate came out to tell me this and then saw my kids in the back. She asked me to pull up to the front so that she can carry my things out to make it easier on me. She was so kind. I wish I got her name.

Just another Walmart where you can buy anything like grocery, electronics, clothes etc. Its having self checkout which is convenient. However it lacks in Asian food items.

Stopped to get towels for my cats on the way to the vet. In and out with no problems.Vastly different experience than the super center closer to my place.

A larger Walmart than Bolingbrook for sure. They carry alot however Jewel or Petes better for larger cuts of meat.

Very clean store and usually has a good selection of products, depending on the current state of COVID. But throughout the pandemic, they have restocked quickly which is greatly appreciated. Staff is so/so depending on who you talk to--just like any customer service employee.
