They need to work on their customer service skills. It wasnt many people in the store and yet most of the employees seemed irritated with helping people. I went in to scan some documents to email. When I walked in they had two machines available (so I thought). I went to one machine and it wasnt working, and no sign place on it. Then I went to the next machine and at the last screen, a blue error message pops up. The message says error, please restart. I was like omg. The machine already charged my card. So naturally, I go up front to get assistance and the white guy at the counter was very nonchalant about the issue. He goes over to the machine and restarts the copy machine, then tells us we wont be double charged and to wait until it comes back on. When it comes back on, the machine asked us for more money?? So, I go back to the counter and he seemed irritated with me asking for help . And repeated what he said last time. At this point I am frustrated because I just need to email some documents to my job and Im getting no help. So I go to another cashier, a black young lady,and she sent over someone to help and made sure there were not any extra charges on my card.The point of this review is that the whole point of a service business such as this is to help people.

I get my artwork printed here and never had any issues. The staff is knowledgeable on what I want and very patient. Thanks!

The staff at this store are fantastic and the equipment helped me get my big scan done and sent out. I accidentally scanned to jpeg files when I meant to scan to PDF. It was a $36 charge! Without hesitation, the manager credited my card for the amount and I scanned instead to PDF. Great customer service.

FedEx, might wanna have continued customer service training taken place with the employees at this location. To be specific With RJ. Rude, and the most attitude Ive ever received from a person who is in customer service... Poor experience today. Hopefully corporate will invest in customer experience.

When I say last week I received amazing service from the worker there at the glen burnie location name Eric.He was friendly ,helpful, easy going and the best hands down that made me feel so welcome at the fed ex glen burnie location.I had to share this experience that made my day last week on a Friday afternoon.

Fedex is the most unreliable shipping company. They lose your package and don’t even show any remorse. Package was supposed to have been shipped for over a month and it’s stuck on picked up. What does that even mean?

I was in a rush and to send a urgent overnight documents to Nyc , Looking for a post office or Ups but came across Fedex and Ms Sheba the assistant manager , helped me in a timely manner and with a great smile . I highly recommend the Customer satisfaction and the service you expect is beyond excellent.

Looking desperately for a place to print, scan and send very important documents (after been mistreated in the Brookling park library) and I got help for a very very nice and helpful lady (I didn’t ask her name but she has a very curvy long her) even though I got a lot of questions and I didn’t know to used the stuff she went out of her way to help me!Thank you so much for the great service!

Staff was very helpful, cared about customers, literally running around the store when only 4 people were there, made all of us feel like a priority. Quick transactions and knowledgeable about their products and offerings.

I went to have my couple of things done..I met a young girl DIAMOND./ RJ MANAGER.She/he with great interest was maintaining CDC /guidelines for every customer AT the same time she was polite with EXCELLENT customer skills..She helped me to get all my things done this SHOWS professionally she is the best..OVERALL SHE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE BEST.

Had trouble finding the store based on Google Maps not accounting for new construction in the area. Called the store and Brian provided clearer instructions. He then managed to handle 6 customers swiftly and with grace in the 20 minutes that I was there all by himself. Props to Brian!

Ok...let me just say I am a pretty patient person...I understand that a bit of life is waiting. That being said...the wait time at this FedEx location was absolutely ridiculous. I waited for almost an hour before I was able to attempt to send my package overnight. It was a Sunday and overnight does not really mean overnight starting on Sunday it means it would get there on Tuesday. I was disappointed but had to do what was necessary to get my package delivered. Cody, who was the only person working, started my transaction. It would cost me $38.50. When I told him that I needed to add an apartment number on the delivery address, instead of writing it on the package, he had to cancel my order and give me a refund. He then redid my order...it literally took him 1 minute...but, this time the price - for the same package, and same delivery address, and method - increased to $54.80. I didnt understand why the price changed that much in that short period of time. Neither did Cody...🙄 I asked him if there was a manager who could help me tomorrow and he said that the manager couldnt change the price either. So...after an hour long wait and a lot of unnecessary frustration I never sent my package. If I could give this place negative stars, theyd get a -1.

Easy customer service

Needed 2 banners printed in a pinch. Brian was super helpful and more than accommodating! I sent the banners and they were all set to be picked up by my coworkers in under an hour and a half. Very professional and great communication.

Ive dropped by here three times in the last couple of weeks. Theyve been great for holding deliveries, shipping items, and doing passport photos. Brians been great to work with and was very helpful and professional each visit.

The staff here is knowledgeable and very friendly. They actually ask about my needs personally and remember facts about their customers every time they service returns and go the extra mike to give top service. With a wide selection of paper, products and services, I love going in and out of this fedex - even with an occasional wait!

Simple and speedy drop off. Nice, open and clean facility. Extremely friendly staff. No complaints here. This will definitely make me consider FedEx next time I need to ship something

I have used this FedEx Office location twice now for Online Printing orders and they are THE BEST. My order is usually completed within just an hour or two and I always get a phone call alerting me it is ready. The staff is super helpful and always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend this location!

I needed help determine materials and print job for an upcoming freelance project. The time Shannon and Daisha took with me to help me understand materials, process, time to completion and make a sound decision regarding pricing options was exemplary. Im a VERY self-service oriented person, but in this instance both representatives made me feel comfortable with my selections and full understanding of my purchase. Wholeheartedly recommend this location and these two superstars.

Took nearly 10 minutes for them to give me receipts for just 2 dropoffs. The employees were rude and completely unhelpful with any questions. Just go to the UPS a couple minutes further down the road if customer service is important to you

Charles Street Location: Extremely slow service. I was passed over three times by the same clerk. I asked for another clerk and she quickly went to the back after serving the customer before me. Thumbs down. Will not return again.

Codys customer service could use some attention. After i inserted my usb drive to print and completeting my prints i asked him a question. His first response was to tell me that i inserted the usb into the wrong slot. This after i had already completed my print job. Then he printed something incorrectly and instead of offerring me the mistake (i could have used the prints) at a discount he said i will just shred them. I suggest going to UPS store in Millersville unless you need something on a Sunday. They are easily half the price and a lot friendlier.

Extremely SLOW internet ! DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING FEDEX COMPUTER OR PRINT SERVICE at this location,There is a UPS location down the road 2 mins away.. I was behind the computer 20 minutes trying to print I-94 . It turns out people have been having problems for the last 2 weeks yet they still let people go through this frustration and loose money! I use FedEx or UPS regularly pass 7 years this location has horrible service , in my case I didnt get the services I needed and they didnt refund money even after accepted the problem they have been having .

Understaffed, long lines & wait times every time we come in. Lost packages due to clerical errors by staff. Bad experience for our family business.

Horrible ! Terrible attention I went with my suitcases and I could not send them, because I did not have ID of the city or rather the country, if you go on vacation and want to send Fedex here, forget it! First you have to get an ID from the city where you are visiting, at least in the United States you will not be able to, unless you have a US ID 😡to be able to send !!!
