Horrible Customer service over priced Guns and there Restocking is fee outright robbery 30% its nuts. Do not shop here worst experience ever buying a Firearm.

This place and the staff there are awesome. They dont want to over sell you, they are very patient with people who are new to the pawn process, and also new to firearms. Ive never been somewhere that when pawning an item the staff and owner stress how important it is to come back for your stuff so you dont lose it. Its almost as if they dont want to keep what you bring in because they care. I would highly recommend visiting if you need to make a pawn or even if you are just looking for cool stuff like I often am.

If you are looking for someone that is very knowledgeable and honest, this is the place for you. They were very helpful, even though I wasnt buying firearms from them! Most other places are out to try and make sure you buy their products. Arundel Firearms and Pawn seemed to be more out to help the customer, even if it means not buying their products. I will always keep this place in mind and recommend it to anyone! Thank you for the great service!!!

I dont know anything about a buying experience involving them but do not take a firearm there to pawn or sell. The owner is not knowledgeable and will try and rip you off. Its a waste of time. There is a pawn shop roughly 2 miles away that does much better business. They are very reasons and knowledgable. I would NOT suggest doing business with this shop. Now I only had an experience with the owner so Im not sure if everyone else who works there is the same. But the best thing to do is to go to the shop a few minutes away.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I pawned two firearms back in spring 2018. They never gave me a receipt. I tried to call and get someone to help me to obtain a proper receipt that shows the date when I no longer had possession of the firearms. This would be for my own records. The staff at this place wont give me a receipt, they hang up the phone on me many times. VERY RUDE!!I will NEVER recommend this shop ot anyone. I dont trust them. And i strongly recommend to any possible future customers, dont buy anything from these people. They are racists and They look like trolls!! The only reason why I gave one star is so that I can post thisBE AWARE OF ARUNDEL PAWN AND GUNS!!!!

I went here looking for ammo for my 38 Special. I got a box of 50 wadcutters for $10, and they had some reloads for $20 too. The service was great. The guy I spoke to had no problem answering questions and did so with a casual conversation attitude instead of a Are you gonna buy something or what? attitude.

When you first show up your initial reaction is what a dump, pawnshop on one side gun store on the other side, their selection is actually pretty good a lot of handguns and a nice supply of rifles and shotguns some assault style weapons small rack of accessories cleaning / kits / rifle / bags / holsters / ammo and all of this has one major thing in common just about all of it is ridiculously overpriced , come on a used 3030 shot to hell nearing the end of its lifespan for $350 I can get a brand-new one for 400, an older style AR-15 that in any other store would go for around $1100 is marked up to almost $2000 also the gun is very used, I think the funniest one I saw there was a Savage 22LR Mark 2 that normally sells for around $110 in any other store in new condition, there is was used and marked at $215, I will say their FFL rates are okay. I am a regular at the store, you can find me there every week, I know all staff and they are the reason I go there, do not blame the stores problems on them it is not their fault, it is the store owner Phil who causes all the problems he makes the ridiculous prices. so in short I would not recommend this place to a friend on the grounds of high prices, going back to the staff they can come off as a bunch of assholes in the beginning but after you get to know them theyre actually very nice and do more to discourage you from buying something rather than pull the used car salesman on you and you end up with something you do not like.

I found exactly what I wanted here and Chris made the process for a first time buyer easy. He has a lot of patience and I never felt rushed at all.

Well I bought a pistol for$325 returned for money back they said it cost me 30%of my reg price well they have me $ 210thats not 30%30% off of$ 325 Is $ 227 , so they owe me the differences back they did the$210 off of $ 300 not $ 325 on which I gave them ! I didnt realize what I got back after Id left so Ill have to go back to see if there going to be honest or not , it could have been a mistake on there part but... We will see tomorrow if there going to RIP me off or be honest !! Oh plus they didnt give me a receipt either..hummm....???

This place is a rip off I took several items there to sell. They low balled me biiiiiiig time. If u want to get what your stuff is worth go to Pasadena gun and pawn on mountain rd they are very fair and everything I took there they literally gave me DOUBLE what this place was trying to pay. Don’t waist your time it’s dirty and run down. Pasadena gun and pawn is clean all the people are friendly and treat there customers great. U can actually go in and talk to honest down to earth people not talk to someone through dirty plexi glass and have them tell u you the things u wanta sell are pretty much worthless but they will still pay PENNIES on the dollar what it’s actually worth. Don’t go here !!! Pasadena gun and pawn is the only way to go

What a rip-off, overpriced and the worst experience ever. Shop here at your own risk, if you give them a deposit don,t expect to get it back....they make up restocking fee...it was already in stock!! Really shocked at how sleazy this place turned out to be!!!!

Worst place to due business bunch of con artist went to pick up my guns and the said there was a adicinal 100.00 balance due even had clerk sign receipt stating paid in full they would not release my gun until I paid additional 100.00 I was ripped off 🖕WayW way

Charlie is the only person that works there thats not a ass everything they sell is 50 to 100 dollars overpriced dont pawn anything thats worth any amount of cause their gonna say they lost it or some bs

This place doesn’t seem black people friendly, the vibe I got from one employee especially was suspicious I doubt I’ll do business with them again.
