This is absolutely my favorite location and store to go to. Its entirely to hard to walk out empty handed. Its well stocked and organized with pleasant staff.

I was very impressed with the selection of just about everything you need for your home, it was well stocked up had a very cool array of seasonal items BUT a lot of the stuff seemed way over priced and while looking for help finding what I was looking for I couldnt find a single employee then I went to the front to check out and it was no clear place to know where to stand, the cashier treated me like I was keeping her from doing anything else that was more important than her job. I know kids are just about obsessed with their phone but can I at least get a hi or something. Anyway I think its a good store for me its a bit overpriced but the quality of the merchandise is very good and there are an excellent stock.

A lot of cute stuff you can find at this store. I love my scarf metal and wooden hangers. Great deals. Also I bought 2 storage baskets for putting in winter accessories, umbrella, cosmetic case and everything fits perfectly leaving room for more. Also the 2 baskets were under 30 dollars. I am thinking of going back for stuff for a cheese and small plates party.

Not a bad place to go for decor, but they start Christmas in September. Theyd phased out almost all Halloween and October isnt until Friday. Eesh.

I only Browsed in the store. The products were very nice. The prices were a little high on most things. I will go back to shop. Nice store

Whew!!! I was overwhelmed with the variety of decor. There is literally something here for everyone. They have decorations for any room in your house & in multiple colors. Your crazy if you walk out empty handed!!!

Arrived before my online order was ready, my bad. But rather than being helpful, I received attitude. Particularly rude was Pat, the manager. Was able to fill my own order from the shelves but not any assistance from the store. Also, had new employee working the register alone. The employee needed to call the manager for assistance multiple times. Each time the manager quickly provided assistance and then left them unsupervised again. Most unpleasant start to my day.

Nice place to shop but they do not have large selections like Home Goods. But the selections they have are nice. They have nice sales like the outdoor globe bulbs were about 60 percent off. They have excellent customer. Overall I still love to shop there.

Definitely has a lot to furnish a home with. I even found a new lunch bag and water bottle

Such an amazing find!I didnt know this store existed until I saw people talking about it on YouTube and googled to see if their was one near me!I am in shock and awe of this place.I keep telling people the mass amounts of pillows they have in every color!!!!

I love this place. I been to it many times and still get excited as soon as I walk into the front door. Its clean, huge, with a huge selection of different household decorations. You name it, they have it. Guess thats why they call it At Home. I found several things that I couldnt find no where else for the house there. If you cant find it here, you wont be able to find it.They have about 30 full isle of just summer stuff. Two and three times more stuff than other stores. Five of them isle are just cushions for your outdoor furniture.Yes some items might be priced a little high. But most are pretty decent.And the customer service is great there. Anyone who says that dont like it has to be nuts.

At Home is a wonderful shopping experience. It is completely unique. I love the store.

We call it Home Goods on steroids! Very much like a Home Goods since its from the same parent company. Honestly, if you cant find what youre looking for here, then you dont need it. They seem to have everything you can think of for your home, inside and out. The prices are very good, and the Clearance items are an even better deal.

At home has a treasure trove of items for your home. They have so much variety with gives buyers great options.

Good selection, reasonable prices for the products that we needed, and a friendly check out staff. We did not need assistance, but if we did, I am not sure if there were many employees to get assistance from on the floor.The only real complaint is that much of the store smells quitePerfumy which may be an issue to those with allergic sensitivities.

My experience in this place was very disappointed 😞I was waiting in line and 1 cashier was in the front end. The was other one stoking. On the shield around the register and didnt have courtesy to see if I need anything. I left the store didnt buy anything. Beautiful place but poor service

It was only one cashier which didnt seem fair. There was absolutely no one there to help or ask questions. Very deserted. I wanted to buy a mattress but couldnt find anyone. I prefer to drive further to crofton location better customer service.

Expensive and really dont have much. The store is FULL but the item are Way too expensive. Rather go elsewhere to find a deal

I am not impressed with this store! I traveled from Middle River, MD to purchase Christmas Tree Skirts that were on their website for purchase only in-store. The Cashier called an associate to help me, but the items were not available! Apparently, the stock was not updated!I checked with the Cashier to get the Manager’s contact information. It was not posted within the store, and she said all that she knows is her name is Wanda?At Home, please help us to help you, update your stock online to avoid reviews such as this!!

Store layout was overwhelming, some items was hard to get to. Disorganized, however the bathroom was very clean and tidy.

Awesome place! Its like a brandname (mostly) homegoods store. I love the outdoor selection and kitchen wares are nice but they dont have much for plates and such. Cashier was friendly.

Ive been to the At Home store a few times now.Its a Big store with a lot of nice things.The pricing could be a little lower, but overall, a good shopping experience every time.Will go again.Would Recomend.

Not as clean or organized as the Crofton location. Everything is just thrown on shelves. Apparently you cannot exchange stuff because they are using a old system according to the cashier. Weirdest policy ever.

The prices are higher than any other stores, if you want to buy a gift with a specific brand, first check Homegoods, Homesense, Marshals and TJmax and then go with this store. But if you look for outdoor furniture, you can find good deals here.

I love this store. They have lots and lots to choose from when decorating your home inside and out especially for the holidays, or regular days, sad days, happy days or boring days lol. You wont leave empty handed. Todays trip consisted of me buying throw pillows but i ended up buying lots of picture frames for a picture wall.

The store has a lot of variety items to pick from. The store for the most part is very organized. And you can find unique items. Now on the Dow side they are super expensive and they rarely have sales or coupons. And it hard to find an associate to help on the floor. Most of the items in the store can be found online so if your willing to wait then I wouldn’t buy from the store I would purchase online.

Dishonest pricing policies and the manager, instead of correcting their bogus clearance section argued with me and implied that a customer had marked the items down in an attempt t get a discount. Unbelievable. Train your employees better. What a joke.

The hiring manager wasnt all that professional.BUTI love the customer service here a whole lot. They have great communication when it comes to people they are unfamiliar with. They are on top of neatness and presentation within the store, I mean it’s just the whole nine yards when you walk in. However and this is this case a lot of the time but you may have friendly associates but very rude and uptight higher power. I was supposed to have my interview today at 10am however I could not make it. I know my social security by heart but I had misplaced the card in my room but fount it around late 11am but called at mid 10 to tell him (John or Joe) my situation. I also have a little boy who is only 8 months that I have to look after. I’m 19 years old still pursuing college and working with a child at the same time. I’m sure they’re are many other people in the same situation. I am coming from the Home Depot. I have all my license for all machinery, I can operate all computer task, work every department but I just needs at job that was closer with out having to spend 200 dollars every two weeks on lyfts. Again I need that extra money for my child. I’m a time like this with all these germs and viruses going around I need to make sure I have a third leg so when things hit the fan I have money for him and I. Lastly you missed out on a good associate. And the funniest part about it is that I was already hired at Lowe’s making more than what you he offers anyways and Lowe’s is slightly closer. I just was taught never to settle for one application put in as many as you can. So, again to conclude this, Joe or John. I hope you can depart from you snobbish attitude and learn to be more lenient with people that haven’t even been given a reasonable chance and not even knowing their situation. Yet you cut me off when I tried to explain further. The hiring manager at Lowe’s said “Hey if you run late or are running late to a meeting clock in or even a orientation, then it’s okay! (WE ARE ALL HUMANS WITH RESPONSIBILITIES), we can always schedule for another day we are completely understandable.” I think that’s how it’s supposed to go because I’ve never had anyone tell me “ Well no at this point we are going to go separate ways, you should have been on time and called sooner” I will say sure that’s letting people know you that you business is strict and organized but they’re plenty of top dollars businesses that are way more lenient then that and heave to other situations but it’s fine. When I went in the store at home I was surprised. It was very clean and nicely presented. I thought it was the type of store like roses where they buy burn out merchandise or merchandise from stores that are going out of business. So I will be returning there to try to shop again. I suggest you check it out as well.

At Home is FABULOUS!!!!! I wish there was a store closer to me. I drive from Hartford County to shop there. HUGE selection of home and decorative items at reasonable prices.

First time there and I was in love.... Everything you will need for ur house

I had no idea they put an at home in Glen Burnie. I had heard of the store but never actually been to one. Well I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are all the home goods great and can fit any style, the prices were also fantastic. We also went a couple weeks before Christmas and we got a huge amount of decorations, lights, throws, pillows, indoor decorations, etc. Will definitely be back to get things for the house.

WoW I Love this place

I would say I absolutely love this new location, because I love this store, but the people at this location overcharged me and every time I try to get in contact with a representative, they send me to a mailbox that is FULL! I do not live nearby, so I dont the time to be driving back and forth, so here I am writing this review so at least this does not happen to anyone else.My husband and I visited this new location on November 10th. I bought a C11 Christmas tree ($129.99), a Christmas skirt ($39.99), three sets of lights ($75), a red tree topper ($12.99), a Chevron elf butt ($19.99) and a garland that was supposed to cost 14.99.However, instead of charging for the garland, the lady at the register rang up the elf twice hoping I wouldnt notice.. I was in a rush, so I did not take the time to look at my receipt (which I clearly shouldve done), but on my way home, I pulled out the receipt to go through my purchase and thats when I realized she charged me twice for the elf from the peppermint jazz collection!Like I said, Ive tried calling their store and their 1-800 number and have gotten no answer.. buyers, beware and check your receipts VERY WELL. These people will try to overcharge you for something you are not buying. Dont wait till you leave the store to look at that receipt. Hopefully this review will help another buyer and prevent these people from doing this again.I will not be returning to this store. What a shame

So many things to see! Theres some of everything, and at different price points so it never feels too expensive. Its huge though, like the size of a Walmart, or Home Depot, so wear comfortable shoes. And make sure you have time to peruse, because it will take awhile to see everything. My kids are older, so bringing them isnt an issue. Also not an issue if theyre cart-sized but in between? Youll want to mind them closely- there are A LOT of tippable and/or breakable items at a level where little hands can reach. The staff is helpful, although a bit hard to find at times, but overall I enjoy every experience here and walk out feeling excited about something Ive purchased.

I’ve tried ordering from this store for delivery during Covid-19 a few times. My orders kept getting canceled. I received emails that the item(s) were no longer available. I see 16 of one item and 10 of the other item I ordered online. I give it 2 stars because when they were open to the public I could normally find what I needed.

I ordered an item online to be picked up in the store. Drove an hour to the At Home to be given the wrong item twice. Then to find out the item wasnt even in the store. The cashier claimed they sent an email to me advising my item was no longer available and if I wanted a substitution. I never received and email and showed the cashier all my emails from At home. The cashier just said I do not know what happen. I said to her so thats it?!?! She continued to bag my items. I said so I drove all this way for nothing? She showed no sympathy. That trip was a waste of my time and I will not be shopping at this At home anymore. Customer service is just horrible nowadays.
