Placed the order then needed a correction. I emailed them the correction and was called the next day stating the correction would be made. The barrel was received the very next day. It took 3 days from placing, making the correction to receiving the wonderful Christmas gift for our grandson-in-law.Fantastic service.Thank you

I have purchased two engraved barrels from AOB in the last 4 months, both with rush processing. Both barrels arrived very quickly and in pristine condition/appearance.After the curing process, one of the barrels sealed perfectly but the other was still leaking. AOB honored the warranty period and were quick to assist and send a new barrel.Product: 10/10. Customer Service: 10/10. Highly recommend!

Let me just say...wow!!! This company is amazing and I will be ordering 3-4 more in the next 30 days for my holiday gifts. I ordered one on Saturday and received it by early Wednesday. I got the 5L(gallon) and added on the engraved bottle. It looks just like the pictures. The size is perfect for nice counter top discussion piece. The packaging was pretty legit, it’s almost impossible to break in shipping with the amount of paper stuffed around everything and the carton the bottle was packaged in. I really love great service and honest marketing. Happy customer!

Dont deal with these folks! I would give them no stars if I could. Ky, the owner will not return your calls for defective barrels! They deal with issues by ignoring them. Barrels cracked and leaked, metal banding rusted. Forget this company!
