After going to four motorcycle shops in one day I wish I had came to Glen Burnie Motorsports first. All I can say is WOW and Thank You. This place has great energy as soon as you walk through the door . They have a fully stocked show room with a HUGE VARIETY OF MOTORCYCLES ATVS AND SIDE BY SIDES. the sales people and finance folks are amazing. I will be returning to do business here in the near future. Also my brother is truly happy about his purchase.

This dealership is absolutely awful!!! Took my 2006 Honda Zoomer in for service in October 2020 and asked for a full service and a few other known minor things to be addressed to ensure that it was safe to ride on the road. I explained to them that it was imported from Japan and was stored outside for a while and would need to be thoroughly looked over so unknown issues could be addressed to allow for registration in Maryland. They identified a few other mechanical issues that I approved for repair without question. However, even after all this and having it in their shop for almost an ENTIRE YEAR, my bike still has problems and cannot pass the Maryland state inspection! Simple things like the lights not working correctly and a major problem with the shocks. I have wasted an entire year and almost $1000 at this completely inept dealership and am still unable to register my bike so I can ride it. Dont bother calling because you will be left on hold for long periods of time and will never be able to get anyone from management to take the call anyway. The only thing I want from this dealership at this point is my money back. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Nice place to come check out a new bike or gear... I cant say anything about the sales team because I saw 3 and they were helping customers. I was there just looking and none of them approached me, and I was fine with that, like I said I was just looking, kinda window shopping for a small scooter, that would give me a change in riding my ultra classic HD

Overall a great experience. Billy the sales person was awesome. I waited a bit, but man, the place was busy, so no foul there. I went out on Saturday 8/22 and committed to purchasing a 2020 Hayabusa from them. I returned on Tuesday 8/25 to pick it up and everything went smoothly. I was buying out of state since I live in PA, and couldnt find one locally that I liked. I had never done that before. Wayne the finance manager explained everything to my satisfaction, got all the paperwork in order. They had everything done and ready to go on time and went over the operation and did a safety check on the bike before I left for home. Billy even suggested taking the bike to a parking lot near the place to get a feel of the bike before I took it out in the interstate for the long ride home, which I did. I have been riding since I was 10yo, but getting the feel of a powerful bike like this one was a great idea, and it shows that they care beyond just the sale. The MSRP on the bike, I was $14,799 and I got it for $12,399, so I feel I got it at a fair price. Anyway, its a great motorcycle, and great place to buy one, and a great experience. Thank you.

Update: received my tags 6 months after purchasing bike. Be ready to buy multiple temp tags if financing.7/14: Sales team was great. Place was clean and stocked.However, the external agency they use for out of state title/tags/registration sucks. I know this is not their fault but as a business it may be a good idea to seek another agency, or start giving the customer the title to do leg work. Its not that hard to go to DMV, pay taxes, add lien, and mail title out to the financed bank. Temp tags expired late May. It is now mid July. My bike loan will be converted to a high interest personal loan by if the agency does not send the title by August.I am writing this review because I am having a bad experience receiving my tags and registration. Because I’m out of state they use a 3rd party titling service that has been taking forever. I financed/purchased my bike in April. Temporary tags expired in May. It is now July, and i have yet to receive my plates and registration. Moreover, my bank NFCU keeps calling me to send the title over to them or they will change my loan to a high interest personal loan. If your out of state, expect longer wait times, even while purchasing bike in store, i had to wait 4-5 hours for the dealership to receive a call from their out of state tax estimation services before they could start the purchasing process.

Not one person that worked there said hello, can I help you, or even have a nice day. I even had to initiate the conversation with the salesman. I might have been in my work clothes but I was still a customer. The store was really clean and they did have the parts I was looking for, but if youre expecting service with a smile you wont get it.

I bought my one and only motorcycle here. These guys were the best at getting me on the right wheels. They also were great at fixing my ride after my only mishap in 6 years of riding! I am glad to see they are still there with a lot of inventory posy covid!

Purchased an ATV from them. Extremely easy to work with. Called in the morning and by the time I got there, they had everything ready. Couldn’t have been a more seamless experience!

Place might be good for sales but their service department is terrible. Dropped a wheel off for a tube replacement on a Thursday and waited at the service counter for 15 minutes before someone from parts called me over. The said they should be able to squeeze it in sometime in the next 2-3 days. 5 days later, I’m taking it to a dealership that isn’t managed by a bunch of teenagers.

We have purchased several off road vehicles. The experience is always good. Generally there is a nice selection of off and on road choices. They have a nice wall of helmets choose from as well.

Purchased my first bike from Wayne, and he was great! I am from out of state and he was very responsive over the phone and super helpful via text leading up to and after my purchase.He showed me a-z how to operate and all of the features the drz had to offer and loaded that bad boy up for me and learned me the right way to tie down a bike to haul it!I will definitely recommend Wayne and Glen Burnie Motorsports to my friends when they start to get jealous of my shiny new bike!

Drive up from DE and bought a 2021 suzuki gsxr 750 for my wife’s Birthday the service was awesome @wayne he went above and beyond.

I drove two hours to purchase my new Z900 from this shop and it was definitely worth it. Store is stocked well in my opinion and plenty of staff to cover everything. Dan is the man, he helped me through the entire sale. I came alone and brought a trailer to bring the bike home and he also took the time after the sale to help me load and tie down/secure the bike properly, I was unsure of how to go about it and he was a big help. Wayne in the finance/sale department was also very good and the process was very quick and smooth. Overall very happy with the service here.

Just picked up a KRX 1000. Salesman Wayne was awesome. Very helpful and willing to do what he could to make the deal happen. He has even answered many of my questions even days after the purchase. I dropped my bike off and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. It turned out to be 8 weeks. Not once did anyone call me to update me on the status of my bike even after I called several times and was told I would receive a call back. Once my problem was diagnosed I went in and paid my bill, however that wasnt even what was wrong with my bike. I was told that I wasnt responsible for that part because that wasnt the problem which was a relief to me. They then told me that I never paid for the 1st service to begin with but wouldnt or couldnt run the cameras back in order to show that I paid in full already. They finally fixed my bike but I was charged an additional price for that service. Ill NOT ride before I take my bike back there due to horrible customer service!!

Wayne is extremely helpful and friendly on every visit. Bought two vehicles through him without any issue since he is knowledgeable and quick with paperwork. Will be returning for future purchases and services

Purchased my first ATV here last weekend (2021 Honda Forman Rubicon) and my salesman “Dan The Man” was very helpful. Dan took the time to go over all of the features on the machine and reviewed all the warranties the dealership offered, as well as helping me out with helmets and gloves. I have never purchased a bike from here, but DO NOT EVER take your dirt bike or 4-wheeler in for service. My 4-wheeler needed basic maintance was running fine. They said it would take 3 weeks, it took 6months, during that time I called multiple times a week and was told something different every time. After they told me they fixed the bike and replaced a part in the carb, they then told me they didnt replace anything and they cant fix my 4-wheeler. They totally broke the 4-wheeler. It will not even kick start now. To make it worst they were nasty and took no responsibility. Worst service I have ever had anywhere in my life. Do NOT get serviced here.

For us being out of state buyers, the experience was super great! When we got there we met up with Billy the salesman. Went straight to the bike, looked it over and traded a few stories. The paperwork was already to be signed in the office. Signed then drive at glen burnie! I would give 5 stars but their casual wear is very limited. We wanted to buy a few shirts, hats, hoodies etc from a very little selection. I will call them again if our local shops dont have the bike we want

Awesome parts guy went above and beyond!

While being 4hrs away from home I caught an unplagable flat. I limped it to the closest motorcycle shop that sold tires which happened to be Glen Burnie Motorsports. They were pretty backed up when I arrived. They told me that it would probably be a week before they could get me in. Having no other transportation they were able to slide me in and change both tires for me. They saved me a lot of headache. I highly recommend them.

Was looking for a Suzuki DR650, preferably used. Only one I could find was a 2015 for $4000 firm. Started looking at new DR650s in or near Delaware and everyone wanted list price.Contacted Billy Barnett at Glen Burnie Motorsports and he quoted me a great price, well worth the drive down. 5 minutes on the phone, got my info and a $250 deposit. Drove down and completed the purchase. Even helped me load it on the rear hitch carrier, which I was not expecting. Then offered a drink for the road trip back.Great service and will definitely consider them in the future.

I am not impressed. I got there about 40 minutes before closing time. One person said hi but no one approached me to help answer any questions or engage with me at all. I was there to shop so I walked around the show room. As I was going toward the exit, a gentleman asked if I had any questions; so, I asked questions I had saved up from my browsing. He helped, but it seemed as though he was anxious to walk away...which he did while I was contemplating a specific bike. He had not introduced himself, which I felt was odd. He also side stepped a question about military incentives by implying their prices negated that need...but, after reviewing their website later, there are incentives available. I simply did not feel welcomed there--first impressions often mean a lot for a business.

Flew from Oregon to Baltimore in order to do a 6,600 cross country ride back home. Wayne Floyd was exceptional with making arrangements for the purchase of a new Goldwing. The entire process was extremely smooth including the purchase, communication, bike preparation and orientation. Great bike and great service! I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review to warn people of the deficiencies of this business.It started in the parking lot when I was accosted by a group of people loitering and wreaking of weed. When I could safely get away from them and got inside I basically had to beg a sales person to admit I was there. Finally met the sales person I spoke on the phone with just a few hours earlier. He couldn’t even start my bike to get it appraised. Couldn’t look me in the eye and just seemed as though he couldn’t be bothered. Not the salesman’s fault but I was offered a pathetic trade value and the bike I intended to buy was priced $1000.00+/- more than it was online. Bait and switch! I mostly stood around waiting for the salesman to reappear and avoid my questions and continue to inform me they were closing in 90 minutes and rushing me along.Glen Burnie Motorsports lost a quick and easy cash sale today. I will never spend money here and I hope you don’t either.

We received excellent service from Wayne and Billy. We went in with the intention of buying 1 ATV and left with 2. They answered our questions and left us alone, no pressure whatsoever. When we came back to buy some accessories and maintenance parts, the young ladies at the service counter were extremely friendly and helpful. Picked up my new Goldwing from Glen Burnie Motorsports on February 6th. Nice toy but, a chilly ride home. The heated seats, grips and adjustable windscreen made it a lot nicer.The dealer made the process painless. There was no pressure, no games, everyone and everything was up front, honest and what I had expected. The salesman Billy and the sales manager Wayne were more than helpful when it came to any of my questions. Wayne also made sure that he explained all of the features of the Goldwing once it was prepped, and invited me to ask questions.I left Glen Burnie Motorsports a happy and satisfied customer. I researched the Goldwing before the purchase and knew what I was buying, but I learned a lot from Wayne. I also searched two other dealers in the area. I know now that I made the right decision.Spring will be here soon, and the Goldwing and I will bond even more. Sent the Application on Thursday night (When they were already closed so I dont count this as a day of me waiting to hear back), Talked to Dan over the phone on Friday to set up the pick up and paperwork, and the Bike was ready for pick up on Saturday. Considering how business are operating due to this pandemic, (on that topic, They’re taking precautions, they all wear masks, and they will bring all the paperwork you have to fill up to your car to avoid gatherings in the showroom which I thought was great) I feel like that was Extremely fast. Signing the paperwork and loading the bike up (Which they also helped me with) literally took about 20 Mins. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new bike.

This is my second time coming to this location. Sad to say, my experience went from a 3 star to a 0 star. On the website it’s a 09 R6, that looks super nice, for $5,500. I drove to the store to take a look with the intention to purchase. So, your Sears approach worked. I was approached by an older man after I passed him several times. I did share my reason for stopping by, then he proceeded by pointing outside.I ask if he can bring the key to show me the bike. he looked puzzled about my request. My first impression false advertising, The bike has been down, Scratches on the right side, not well taking care of, crack fairing, turn signal missing, chain rusted and a few other things. The plus is it has low miles and has new tires. I wanted to make a deal with him and he was like someone is buying it. I was very disappointed of that comment, First, it shows 30 days posting on the website and no notification of sale pending, and secondly, you are wasting my time, if someone is in the process of buying this machine put a piece of paper on it and stated “in the process to be purchase, Third, Put it in the back and fix what’s wrong with it, Body parts owners have so many issues not being seen on the roads.My objective for the machine was for a track bike, if you where wondering my interest, Mr/ Mrs. Owner, I wanted to save you time, labor and money and give you an offer. but, I just continue my quest, It was to good to be true.But, let me share my thoughts with you today, Mr/Mrs Business owner or Manager, Your dealer reputation it’s in jeopardy. Train your sales team to be knowledgeable, and please coach them on what not to say or do say, IE: I don’t know, I think so or maybe, friendly hello and a friendly thank you for stopping bye, quality product, turn key.As a previous District Trainer, and General Manager, I did appreciated all feedbacks, good or bad. It made me a phenomenal Customer Experience Manager, I wanted to talk to someone and express my thoughts, that’s the reason I came back inside, but everyone was busy, a gentleman by the door on the phone answering questions, previously he was taking to the new owner of the blue R1 and the other gentleman was just finished closing a deal in the office.I do wish you the best of luck to your business.

If I had the option to give this dealership 0 stars I would! The lack of customer service & follow up with PAID customers is unbelievable. I called nearly every week for 5 months for a payment to be released to me with min. follow up and barely any call backs EVER. I had to call corporate and step in just for the ineffective individuals to do their jobs. I will never buy another item from this store again.

I was looking for a starter dirt bike for my son but the prices are not listed online, instead you have to fill out a request form to get a price quote. After 2 hours I called because I never received a call back and that’s when the gentleman answered sounded annoyed and said there’s too many calls coming in are you looking for sales? I stated yes and he said someone will give you a call back and that’s when I said ok because I left my information online and he said great someone will contact you shortly. 3 hours later I called and the same guy answered and I was trying to ask if they had a certain dirt bike available and that’s when he cut me off saying all our inventory is online. Wow customer service is horrible. And to think I was willing to travel to purchase this gift for my son!

I traded a motorcycle on an ATV this morning. Very smooth transaction. Decent trade in value and excellent atv pricing.

I have a 2014 DRZ400SM that has a full exhaust and airbox modifications. I had jetted the bike myself with recommendation from various sources and the bike never felt right. After the winter I tried again and things just kept getting worse! After visits to several local shops they all said that they would give it a try but it is just trial and error. It was suffering from detonation and pinging issues and I am sure if would have blown up sooner rather that later. Finally I found Glen Burnie Motorsports who could put it on the Dyno and figure out what was going on. I talked to Kenny and dropped off my bike to see if it could be resolved. I took a few weeks but the Service crew took care of all of the issues and improved the performance. My bike runs great and I am glad that all of my issues have been resolved! Fair pricing but unfortunately limited parts. I like the ability to walk into a store and get parts immediately, but unfortunately the industry has been changing over the years.

I bought my bike at GBM for a good price. Ive had all of the service knocked out quickly. They installed a ton of aftermarket parts at the lowest rates Ive seen the parts available for, and they have done all of this with a level of diligence that is uncommon in the service industry of this day and age.

Bought my 2020 Yamaha XSR there. They had the bike. I had the money. We traded, both happy, nuff said.

I wish I could give them no star , but they are very RUDE , bad customer service and are just there for there own kind it seems like , Ive Ben there twice and I didnt get greeted I didnt get no customer service help , its just nasty and not a place that people should want to spend money at

I have never had a bad experience or a bad thing to say about Glen Burnie Motorsports. The service department has always been fair and Ive even received discounts on some items but today was a little different. I have always had my motorcycle serviced there even though I purchased it at another dealership. My bike had a slow oil leak due to issues with the washer. I believe that fault lies with the mechanic who last serviced my bike last at Glen Bernie Motorsports. That was not taken into consideration and I had to pay for that service or someone elses error in not making sure everything was good. Trust me, I understand everyone has to get paid for their services but there was no meeting in the middle with this.Also, my bike came out to me dusty or covered in pollen. I asked to get it rinsed off or wiped down. I was just given a rag to wipe it off myself. That has never ever happened before.I appreciate that my bike will no longer leak oil but I am displeased with the service I received today. It will make me think twice about spending my money there again.Gina Hagans

My salesman Dan and the staff of entire dealership were extremely helpful. Fast and easy sales transaction and were very fair with my trade in value. Will definitely deal with again on my next purchase.

Best experience/customer service I have ever gotten from vehicle sales persons. Dan the man was very helpful and attentive to my questions. The gentleman working in the parts department(matt?)was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and recommended a riding jacket and helmet that would be best for a new rider like me. The customer service was so good that I almost purchased the bike and gear I wanted even without my license. Im definitely coming back here to purchase my first bike.

Poor customer service did not acknowledge me or my wife were there to get two bikes completely ignored us as a black couple walk from one end to the other not one word took my business to Petes cycle much better service.

Thanks for the explanation. Thats all he had to do but didnt. I felt I was given the run around because I never even received a call back to confirm it was in stock. Then to say I could only get it after I apologized to him just made it worse. If he wouldve been upfront from the beginning this wouldve been avoided and my son would have his bike.

I was in contact with a sales rep on a Wednesday. I was told to put all of my info into a link on their dealer page to see if I would be approved for financing, and to call back. I did that the same day and called the dealership back. Sales rep then told me that he would send everything to the finance rep and he would call back. I wound up calling back Wednesday evening before they closed, and was told that he would have to call back. I called again Thursday multiple times and he still said he would have to check with their finance person and get back to me. Called again Friday multiple times at that point a woman answered and I asked for any sales rep gave her my number..... still nothing. So I gave up and contacted Ellicott City Motor Sports, told them that I had been in contact with Glen Burnie and that they processed my credit through Kawasakis financial company so they wouldnt have to run my credit a second time. Much to my surprise, Kawasaki never recieved any of my credit information. So I was basically starting from scratch after being told everything was sent to finance at Glen Burnie. I couldnt imagine the terrible service I would receive if I actually went through purchasing a bike through GB. I would much rather pay a higher price for better service. Sales rep from Ellicott city had everything processed by the end of the day Friday and I was approved for my new bike.Response to manager:I contacted Billy on Wednesday regarding the exact bike I wanted and he gave me a price for what the bike would be out the door. He said there was no reason to schedule an appointment to come in since I knew what I wanted, until I filled out the credit application. From there I filled out the credit application the same day because I was happy with the price. I would have never filled out the credit application unless I knew which bike I wanted. I called back to inform him I filled it out and he told me my credit score. From there he told me he had to give the information to the finance person and every time I called back after he said he would speak with the finance person and call me back, which he never did..

Ive been going to this establishment for a couple years now, these folks are the very best, the friendliest , and most knowledgeable in the area. Every time I go in for a part, service, or even just information I NEVER leave disappointed. I trust these folks with my baby without doubt or question. I have had another dealer in the area that I went to, and well, I wont do that again. From the Parts Department to the Service Department, I have no complaints. Great job folks, please keep it going ! I have recommended them to several of my friends because I can trust this place to honest, fair, and thorough in what ever needed.

They do not try to earn your business, do not return phone calls or follow up, do not respond through email when information is sent. They do not offer veterans discounts on large bike purchases, they will not give you an honest trade value near kbb.

I got my first bike today yay me! All the employee was very nice. Making sure I was being taking care off.. And before i leave with my bike they make sure to explain step by step how the bike works..

Such a wonderful experience here. I found the bike I was looking for online, called in, and got to Dan. Dan was great, communicative, and delivered on everything he said he would. Pickup was a snap and all around was a no BS experience which is highly unusual of any dealership today. I will be back in the near future for another bike! Keep it up guys!

First time hearing about this place from a colleague. I was extremely pleased with the store layout and customer service I received starting from my initial call to inquire about what Id seen online. I came in to check out the used inventory. I informed the sales rep Im on a budget. Without hassling me for anything else but what I informed him I wanted, Dan The Man assisted me and many others with ease on what seemed to be a crazy, busy Sat. Wayne processed my purchase without issues and I was riding out on my new 2014 Honda CTX700N. Plan on returning for other bike events and future service and sales!
