We went to Best Buy to buy our kitchen appliances and we had the best salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He also gave us a great deal and explained everything to us. I don’t remember his name but he really knew all about every appliance and gave us all the info we needed to decide which ones we wanted. He had great customer service and was very funny. We wish all customer service was this wonderful.

Went to the store for Geek Squad. I had a download for Microsoft for over a year and couldnt get it done (you know with COVID-19) couldnt go to the store. Found me a Dustin and he is very good at his job!! Thanks Dustin 😚

I’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review. This location has gone downhill. The customer service is horrible and unacceptable. There is a shortage of staff and merchandise. It would be in the best interest of corporate and/or the area manager to make an unannounced visit to this location. I’m sure you would not be happy with the appearance of the lackluster appearance. To start, there is a shortage of employees to assist customers on the floor. I had to walk throughout the store to find an associate. After several minutes, I approached a member as he was speaking with another couple. His name was Patrick.I overheard his conversation. They were unhappy & walked away frustrated because they were unable to purchase a phone.I asked to see the IPhone 13, because they had none on display. Patrick stated the reason for the vacant display shelves was because they were stolen. In addition, the selection from other carriers were limited as well. Most disturbing, Patrick stated customers couldn’t purchase phones at this time because there was staff member on-site to complete the activation process!! In a matter of minutes, this store lost 2 customers because of the lack of employees. I’m sure they are losing business based on this experience alone. For those who are reading this review, don’t waste your time at this location. The one at Arundel Mills is cleaner, staff is welcoming, customer service & availability of products is 100% better. If you are unable to visit that location, there is an AT&T in the same parking lot. I hope this review heightens their awareness & changes are implemented immediately. If not, I can see this location closing.

Had to walk in for my curbside. Told them two orders, only pulled one. Gave my confirmation email, stated I need id. Walked back in said sorry I can confirm another way ughhhWay is such a hurry, tried saving time since I had little ones.This didnt happen

It was highly upset they only had 3 associates. The wait time for someone to help was 45 minutes. Online shopping would have been faster however I prefer physically touching and seeing what I buying. Diangelo was very pleasant and helpful.

Went to the Glen Burnie Best Buy to pickup a single item online order. There was only one person working checkout and order pickup, while four employees (managers?) chatted by the entry/exit. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for the checkout person to finish checking before he came over to the order pickup. Took a totally of 20 minutes to pickup the online order and I was the only one picking up. Seems like Best Buy has fewer staff than in the past. The need to ramp back up in order to provide better service.

Had an absolutely amazing experience. One worker in particular, Toni, was so helpful and friendly when we were picking out our TV and will be coming back for Tonis help when we set up other electronics. Highly recommend for Toni alone!

This store has been an excellent option for picking up computer parts locally as opposed to ordering online. Their pricing is competitive to the likes of online storefronts, and a new thing they seem to be doing is striking deals with certain brands to have exclusive models of products to sell cheaper at the store. Curbside pickup is always fun too, I tend to make a joke out of the vehicle I am parked in and it typically leads to some laughs between myself and the staffer running me out my goods!

Honestly, not a great experience. We were not helped even after asking for assistance, though people coming in to buy more expensive products were helped almost immediately after they came in and said what they were looking for. I guess thats what happens with an understaffed and dying brand? Certainly not a great way to keep customers.

Ive never had a problem getting an employee to help me find what I came in for and also suggest buying a display model rather than waiting to have a new one delivered. The display models come with the same warranty as a brand-new in the box item and usually you can save a pretty good chunk of money buying display because the will knock off 25.00 or more from the brand new in the box items

Our was rough getting help at the store as we were shopping for replacement TVs. The television displays were in disarray and it was tough to figure out what we were looking at. Decided to go home and delay the purchase until I did more research.We did have luck finding wireless ear buds for my daughter though, at a reasonable price.With archived like this, Im not sure they will be able to survive against the Amazons of the world.

It makes me so very sad to make a review like this. Years ago I loved Best Buy. It was a place I would go for good information from sales people that knew their business and to see actual products that could meet my needs. Today I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. It was non existent. I asked for a product and was show a section that did not have what I was looking for. Yet when I walked around.... I found one of the items I was looking for. Not everything, but 1 item which is better than none. I dont always like going on line to by technology, but perhaps that is the best thg thing for me to do.

Great employees to help you and make sure you are staying safe. They provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. I went in for a DVI cable thinking that was what I needed but Alec from Computers made sure I left with the correct cable which was a Display Port Cable. He had me get pictures of my PC to make sure everything would connect and even had members of the Geek Squad check so that I had no issues.

There were not many associates but one found me as I started to search. He found the inexpensive touchscreen chromebook in the stockroom and checked me out. He mentioned a service contract but there was no hard sell. My whole visit was less than 10 minutes.

The selection and price of my item leaves something to be desired. The customer service made up for everything! A gentleman CARRYING a 50 inch TV actually stopped to ask if I needed help. Then Dante made me laugh and offered a free battery if the remote to my item doesnt have one. Come for the products, stay and/or return for the customer service.

We went into Best buy to see if they had a desktop cell phone holder. Asking them at the front door... they did not! But I go there for many things especially printers miscellaneous electrical equipment that I use do the fact that most times they know what theyre doing and keeps it simple. Good place to shop. All the covid rules are in place.

I have always love love loved going to Best Buy’s because the store is marketed so well and laid out so open that it always makes me want to buy stuff!!! Another thing I’ve always loved is how welcoming the store workers and geeks would make you feel. However, I was best customer attheCollege Park, MD location. This one felt a lot different. I walked through the doors, no welcome by the door checker. There were three persons at the front, I guess the welcome team and they didn’t “see me” because they were engaged in social talk.I went to look for speakers and several store personnel walked by without offering to assist. I eventually asked for help and they grudgingly offhand suggestions for me to check out myself.Checkout was not as warm either. I think I’ll go to another site next time to spend my money.

If there was an option for zero stars thats what I would give, I will never shop at a Best Buy Store again! This is the second time Ive purchased electronics that were damaged and they have refused to replace or refund even with a warranty. We recently purchased a 65inch TV and had curbside pickup to which an employee put the TV in our vehicle. We had just purchased a new house and were waiting for a entertainment center to be deliered before opening the TV. When the box was opened there was a huge crack so we went in store to return because there was some dust that easily wiped off not scratches or any other physical damage to the back of the TV we were accused of mounting the TV and dropping it because the box had no damage. We hadnt even used the TV as the power cord and remote were still in sealed plastic. They treated the situation like a fragile item cant become damaged while in a box with no damage, OK how many items come through the mail or are shipped with no visible damage to the packaging yet still break. Obviously something is going on with the way Best Buy ships or handles items. I purchased an IPad 3yrs ago and upon opening the screen was cracked and they refused to assist this was returned the next day. Ith the TV they tried to say we had 3-4 days ( so which is it 3 or 4?) to return when the receipt says 30days. Blaming a customer to get out of issuing a exchange is wrong, its not like we wanted money back just a replacement.

The experience I had was horrible. First the store had like 3 employees so finding help was impossible. Then the person who I ask was the guard at the front who literally said it should be in 1of those isles over there somewhere and walked away. And the prices were way overpriced. So in my opinion if you need to get something from here at least go online and or wait for the item to go on sale.

Had to return an item which was a kids head set which wired had broke the 1st day gotten it. They took it back and we replaced it with same item as wire probably had defect issue. Great service with new employees they started hiring as pandemic reduces. Thx gentlemen

Very knowledgeable about the latest GoPro 9 Max, helped make the decision much easier even though the price has skyrocketed since my last GoPro 3 model. The video clarity is unreal even in high action moments, like white water rafting, and the stabilization feature really steady the shots which makes viewing more enjoyable.

Shelves sort of had stuff on them in a Soviet Poland behind the iron curtain kind of way. Maybe it wasn’t that grim and 3 stars is the right number. I don’t like Amazon; it feels like they are hiding a gotcha. This felt like right place to look, wrong place to buy. Still don’t we need some brick and mortar electronics places? They had about 4 of the device I needed one of. 20 years ago there would have been 20 or more pick from. These days I don’t like either.

Azmein was amazing. His customer service skills are impeccable. Walked in with my mom whos month old $500 Samsung phone wouldnt charge or respond to any buttons. Walked out spending another $400 on a Samsung Note20 Ultra and was tickled pink. I kept messing around with him and with being the only employee at cell phones, and waiting customers, he was a trooper. My hats off to him.

Needed a charging cable for an older Samsung notebook computer. This model has a different end than the newer models. Looked in a dept store near me but they didnt have it. Looked in a Best Buy in Glen Burnie but couldnt find it there either. Decided to ask somebody and that individual knew exactly what I needed and where it was located in the store. What luck. Went in for a computer and printer for my son. Met by a very knowledgeable salesman. Believe his name was Eric. Allowed us to look computers alone without hassle. Then showed us printers and explained the auto delivery of ink which was a nice concept. Unfortunately when purchasing the printer I didnt think about the fact I have a MAC and there are certain printers that are not compatible with it. Its okay though. My son was more important but hes all set up and ready to study

Curb side pick up is a row of parking spots with special markings. Took only a few minutes from parking and pulling up the email. It was very painless and allows for some later pickups. I hope this helps keep the business flowing during these hard times. Update; went inside for a pickup and it was good experience also.

Best Buys have become a joke since COVID hit with skeleton crews and no one to help. This place was especially bad tonight. Im currently waiting in line and theres no one up front to check out. Theres one person up front and shes doing store pickups. Supposedly there are other registers open for checkout throughout the store, but when I walked around they all got pulled away from their register to help customers so theres practically no one to check people out unless you wander the store and hope to find a register with an employee at it. 8 waiting customers all walked away at once to go on a scavenger hung to find a checkout that was open.1 star for tonight, 2 stars because its not usually this bad.
