We were on the market for a new mattress and decided to shop local. Mattress Firm on Glen Allen is only a short drive from more home, so we decided to see what they had. The salesman Ken was very helpful as he started asking us different questions regarding our likes and dislikes about our present mattress. After which he showed is several brands and comfort levels of mattresses. He allowed us to test drive all of them. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the aspects of the construction and durability of each mattress. With all the information we had, we decided to purchase the one we felt was best suited for us

My order was incomplete and rather than communicate with me and give me the opportunity to reschedule when everything I purchased was in hand, they brought an incomplete order to my house and now I have to devote another day to their delivery system.DONT WASTE MY TIME...

I wanted some sheets for my Purple bed and I couldn’t fine none that stretch and cool to sleep on. So I had to come back to Mattress Firm to get the Purple sheets but I wanted to try the new ones. The old ones got lint balls on them and they were uncomfortable to sleep on, so I’m trying the new ones they are expensive, but I need them! I’m hoping that these sheets are better!The sales person there was very nice and polite. Thank you 😊

I wanted to replace my mattress within a day of getting it but I was told I should wait the 7to 14 day break in period .I have done that and I still do not like this mattress and would like a refund .

We are really happy with Kriss our salesman. He walked us through the process and helped us feel good about our purchase. We had a little issue with what was delivered but he came in on his day off and got the issue fixed and delivery was made the next day. Delivery process was easy fast and very pleasant. Visited Matress Firm Glen Allen East store on 3/5. The salesman (Scott) was nice but did not sell us what we wanted. We specifically asked for a matress in a box so we could carry it home ourselves same day. He mentioned that they didnt have any still in the box, so I asked if he could check with another store. Scott told us that the other store had two available and they would hold it for us. Since we had already started the paperwork with Scott, we paid him as he suggested. That way we could quickly pickup the mattress at the next store. We drove 16 miles to the second store (Matress Firm Clearance on Laburnum Richmond VA) only to find out that the salesman, Stan, told Scott that he did not have any in the box. Ultimately, Stan helped us out and gave us a great deal on another matress in a box and he apologized for the inconvenience. We feel that Scott mislead us in order to get a sale.

I was looking online to see if the mattress that I recently purchased was on sale on Black Friday, and it was. So I tried calling Mattress Firm over the phone to do the price match as it was still within the 120 days of purchasing, and then the automated message told me to use the chat feature. The chat feature told me to submit a form or go into a store to do the price match in person. I went in person & I waited at least 20 minutes for the sales person to get to me as he was the only person working in the store & it was busy because it was Black Friday. He took down my information around 1:30p & gave me a call back at approximately 4:00p to assist me. The price match process was seamless and he was extremely helpful, but getting to what I was asking for made me jump through a lot of hoops. But, I saved $210!

Second trip after looking at a few competitors. The salesperson was polite and showed me a similar style that was a better fit. Discounted the delivery, and reminded me of the 120 price guarantee. Overall, a great, experience, assuming no issues with delivery. 🤣

When I called to ask a question about a mattress the woman who answered the phone, Tammy, was VERY helpful!! I wanted to order two mattresses and she ordered them for me on her end so I would get them delivered faster and all I had to do was pay. I had planned to order a new mattress at some point later in the year and randomly popped into the store to sample a few mattresses and conduct more research. I had no intention of buying immediately. I really wanted to pick a few favorite brands, do more research, and shop around. However, the salesperson, Oderick, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Today I moved 10 hours away from home just to find out that my mattress I ordered would NOT be waiting for me at my new apartment. Super unfortunate. I called around to a ton of stores trying to find a “mattress in a box” and thankfully got ahold of Tammy! She immediately offered to help me out and even called multiple stores in Richmond AND the surrounding area to find the mattress I was looking for. Once found, she had the mattress held for me and guided me through the payment/pickup process. She truly was my saving grace today!! I cannot rave about her enough!!

We worked with Tony this morning to find a new mattress. He was wonderful - knowledgeable and personable but not pushy at all. We loved the color coding for mattress firmness - that made it so super easy to find what we liked and compare our options. I have to be honest, I was dreading this experience based on the last time I tried to buy a mattress, but Tony made this not only painless but a pleasant experience overall!

Purchased the mattress on black Friday. They then set up for delivery on Sunday. As soon as the guys left I sat on the mattress and one of the legs broke off on the adjustable base. I then called the office and they told me they would be right back to fix it. 15 min later the delivery guys tell me they cant fix it and would only come back to take the base which I wasnt going to sleep on the floor until a new one was on the way. I then call back the store and they tell me their district manager Oneil would give me a call the next morning when the opened. 2pm arrives and no call comes in. I call the store and speak with a different rep who which tells me he will email him because he doesnt have his number. About 2 hours goes by and the two calls me back saying he doesnt know anything about the situation and that he cant do anything but reset it up and cant talk to me. After some serious convincing Oneil finally aggred to call me. I speak with Oniel around 6pm that Monday and he tells me once they release the ticket we can put it in and they will call to set up delivery and we will discuss any kind of compensation after it is set up. Well Wednesday rolls around and they call me to set it up and tell me Oneil will call back to discuss compensation. I called Oneil several of times and left multiple text and guess who never returned any phone calls....this guy. Tuesday comes around and I get a phone call from a survey company and express my diapleasurement with a robot and not even 1 hour after that one of the reps calls and says the compensation has gone through for $150. After paying over $2200 For a mattress having to deal with all of this lack of communication on their part, $2200 now $2050 is definitely not worth all the hassle and I couldnt recommend them in the future.
