Doors still locked at 3:25PM claiming out to lunch... isnt lunch normally 12-2PM? 🤔

In the past 10+ years, I have never had an issue with this store until recently. I have been here twice this week & the doors have been locked. Unlike the other reviews mentioning an out to lunch sign, I have not seen one?

Went by store yesterday to find the door locked and a sign saying out to lunch. This was after 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Really!!! Regardless of time, it was just unprofessional, and if Sally Beauty is promoting that type of behavior then I just need to find an alternative provider for hair care products!!!

Kept trying to call to see if they had a certain product I was looking for. They picked up & immediately hung up. Went to the store asked if they carried it & didn’t respond she stood there on her phone. Never ever had that kind of horrible service. Willow lawn now I’d give 5 stars. They are helpful quick to ask if you need help. Short pump location is horrible.

I have been by this store at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks. They are ALWAYS closed for lunch, it can be 1pm or 3:30 or even 4 pm. I have never seen anything like this. When I was working full time lunch was 1/2 hour.

1015 stores still closed.@10Am employee left and close door stated sorry I have to go to the bank. What type business is this on 8/21/21check your camera. You know exactly what your workers are doing .Poor business service.not knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. The store was closed during business hours and no time when she leaves or when she would return. Waited over an hour.

Instead of helping me find the product I was inquiring about the cashier checked me out then checked out the rest of the customers. Then, used her phone to voice search the product, and proceed to tell me she doesnt think they carry it because it google didnt show the results.

Too expensive for bleach

The employee stocking the shelves and cashiering me out was not wearing a mask.

Sallys is pretty standard from one location to the next. So I found what I came for and was on my way quickly.

Well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help.

Staff was incredibly rude to me and my brother as well as impatient. They gave us a lot of unneccessary attitude. Would not recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t ever bring your kids into this store... even if they behave themselves. Rude staff! I’ll be sure to go somewhere else next time.

Staff was unbelievably rude!! Have never been treated so poorly in a Sallys.One of the asvisors snapped Are you serious?! We are busy! At me with an empty store!

The person who was taking care of this place expende more than 30 minutes on taking care of one customer it was so frustrating she even didnt know what she was doing seriously this is why I just recommended the one in wistar.

They are not open!

How they dont know when is a sale going on rude.

Completely ignored my employees when I tried to ask a question.
