This is probably the first time I go to an Auto Repair shop and I don’t feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. I took my car for a wheel stud replacement and I paid $55. I got estimates from 10 different shops in the Richmond area. They were asking for $90-350. They’ve got a new very loyal customer. Honesty, fairness, great customer service and quality. Those are the ingredients for a very successful business!!

I know the owner, he is a very nice guy. He is always nice to us when we need our car to be fixed. He will not charge you for something unless you need it. You dont have to worry about prices because he does great work and he is not very expensive. Also there are no mean employees because his kids work there, I think it is cool that it is a family business. And that is why i stick to Morris Auto Care
