Worst store ever. Purchased 2 gift cards at this location for $100 and neither were loaded with any funds. When I returned to the store to have it corrected, the store manager, Brandon, played completely stupid and said there was no way for him to correct it. I was given a Staples number to call which I called from the parking lot. That contact told me to have it corrected at the store. 5 days later, it still has not been corrected and Im out $100. Seems like quite the scam. Charge the customer, dont load the gift cards, then pocket the money. Ive had to open an investigation with Staples corporate and it is still not resolved. This is fraud!

This Staples has their team together when I go there they help me with everything and smile on their faces. We all have a rough day but when I go to this store I feel at home. So, thank you Glassboro NJ at Staples for the good service to the people.

Very easy to print stuff! I printed everything quickly and without issue. It was only $0.15 per page, not bad! The store is also clean and the staff are friendly.

Always have a GREAT EXPERIENCE AT STAPLES. I swear a year ago I was there every other day scanning pages and pages of documents for my mortgage company. I was getting on my own nerves seriously, yet they were so patient and understanding. Staples is the Best if you need anything office supplies.

Most awful service I ever had.They rushing, discriminating and harassing customers.Sales manager Dave rude and unprofessional, asian employee Jhu so scared to loose her job that pretending she blind and deaf when man was harassing woman inside store...shame...no wander why this store all the time empty

Conveniently located in the college town shopping center. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Among other things, they have a decent selection of electronics (computers, monitors, laptops, phones, accessories, etc). There are often great discounts both in-store and online. Also, its not usually crowded so its easy to get employee assistance and checkout is fast.

Support this store if you want retail to continue for these important items.Service is super attentive here, was really impressed. There selection is shocking. The prices are competitive with wherever else you would buy the items.

I’ve had not one but 2 poor experiences here in the last couple of months due to the same black male employee at the printing and ups drop off area. I was printing at the kiosk and wanted to use a gift card for my $30+ printing order. The machine asks for a credit card to obviously avoid running out of the store with unpaid prints but when I was done my ordered and all i received was a receipt, I asked if there was any way i could use the gift card using the scan code on my receipt and this worker reversed the question back on you to make it seem like you’re asking something extreme. His reply “didn’t you pay with your credit card on the machine?” yes i paid with a credit card but i wanted to use a gift card. tells me there’s no way to do that. didn’t offer to try or ask another employee for help. just wanted me to leave. well i had no trouble going to the deptford store and having this done. pure laziness and poor customer service.

Honestly was great! It seems to always be quiet in there. I needed to make my photo Christmas cards...last minute! A young man by the name of Josh was attentive, patient and kind, that always stands out!!!

In 2010 I bought my laptop there, and today is 2015, still amazed how the laptop still alive staple is the best place to get a computer that operating for a long term.I will buy again once it inoperative.Other than that. It has been great store, clean and friendly staff.

Most unhelpful associate in the printing area. This used to be my go to store for printing but not anymore.

Very very very poor customer service. I was told I could not make a purchase bc register shut down at 9 and they couldn’t ring me out. Completely illogical. They were not all shut down, employees simply wanted to lock up and go home instead of complete a purchase at 9:03. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time here. I wish 0 Stars was an option.

A young lady took her time to assist me and as a customer I appreciate that.

Dont get me wrong; when it comes to cute notebooks and journals with fancy pens, Staples is the place to be but when it comes down to it, they are extremely expensive. The only time I really go is during their back to school sales where things are $0.25 or $0.50. Yet, its always so clean and organized.

Courteous, helpful staff. Jason helped as far as he could. Other tech comes in later. Good up to this point.

I was here for school shopping with family and we where paying the other person then Beverly was rude to a family of 2 couldnt smile she was having a shade over the 10 year old little girl i felt bad she just stared at her rudely i dont like her and when i passed by she looked like she was going to hit me im sorry but she was so disrespectful to them but everything else was good they had everything and this place was perfect
