Great hard working group of guys here. Team is shrinking like everywhere, so hard to find good workers anymore. What they do is hard specialized work so I can’t ding them for it taking a little longer than the golden days. Everywhere takes longer! Be patient and understanding :)

The wawa air pressure machine ripped out my valve seal on my rear driver side tire. As soon as I walked in they said they could help me, had me pull my car around back and had me out in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service and friendly advice, be on the look out for mechanics trying to make a quick buck, but not these guys.

I caught my first flat tire on my first vehicle! 😔.. I knew i couldnt go more than a day or two without my car so i called around looking for a tire n install.. Most places i called wanted close to 200$ for an install and one tire! and lord knows i cant afford that right now. The last place i called was firestone on delsea drive. I talked to tyler who was very polite, informative and patient as i explained what i needed..cost was much cheaper and he scheduled my apt right away n also doubled checked to make sure they had the tire, since my car is an older..unique model. When i arrived tyler informed me of a 30$ discount offer if i applied for the store credit card which took 5mins and about a complimentary fluid check they would do for me as well! I was so thankful and happy..they did a great job..fast and efficent and kept me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend! I will be going back to them if anything is needed on my car! And WILL the mechanic was so nice and did a fantastic job. Much appreciated!

I came in with a 97 ram 1500 for a alignment i put on new front tires has new balljoints tie rods control arms and they didnt pull the truck up on the alignment rack the pull it in a bay half way they didnt test drive my car or jack up my truck with a floor jack and 10 mims later try to sale me parts for it and i work at that shop back in 2003 and i still work on cars for a living and iam ase certified mechanic.My shop alignment rack is temporarily out of commission. They dont do theyre job right. I told them from the start that I use to work there and that Im still in the business., yet they still tried to sell me things I dont need.

I brought a tire in for a plug because I noticed a screw in it...it was not flat or losing air. I removed the tire myself and brought it in and specifically asked for a plug. I was not quoted a price but assumed the service provided would be the service requested. I did not request a stem or balancing or a patch. If additional services were required (and they were not) I should have been called. The tire was not flat it was fully inflated. The bill uses the word flat. 3x in the charges justifying the use of a patch and the need for a stem and balancing. I questioned why I was paying 37.00 for a plug. The tech told me because it was patched it costs about $20.00 more.

Was only impressed with the help of the two gentleman in charge today 9/15/2020. They helped and pointed out a few things that were not made aware to me during my first visit , and even fixed a part free of charge. They recommended some useful tips and body shops.Even with a warranty and their fault for a sh*tty (done in February 2020 by same place different people) I had to pay for two new tires.

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9AM today. Left my truck with them for over 7hrs and later returned to pick it up only to learn they didnt even touch it. Not a single phone call, nothing to rectify it. All I got was ehh were sorry didnt get to it. Pathetic and unexcusable!

7:15 A.M. go to leave for work and getting a low tire pressure warning, I work in the city didn’t want for risk a trip over the bridge and 95 with a bad tire so called Firestone, Tyler advised me to bring it over ASAP, got there around 8, they had me out in about an hour and repaired my tire, and found another nail in the other, reasonably priced and got me in and out and on my way to work

They fixed both my tires that were leaking air. It only cost $37 after I signed up for their credit card. They did the job and didn’t try to up sell me. Honest people!

Tom the tire manager went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. We first went to Pepboys and they were rude and unhelpful so we stopped at Firestone. Best customer service we’ve ever had and Tom was great!

Took vehicle I around 115 pm 12-14-19 . The associate told my wife today would be better because I have less people working tomorrow. They close at 6 pm . 4 tires to be installed. At 515pm we show up and the car is still where we parked, three associates where standing there not doing anything. I go in and get the car for the night. Go back on 12-15-19 and I was told less people so it wouldnt be ready until later this afternoon close at 5 pm.. At the same time another customer was told he had to reschedule his appointment . Very bad management of great Company.I made an appointment at Pep Boys and they were happy for the business.

Been going here for years. Started out just getting tires, But found their work to be great when it came to oil changes and any other problem that may pop up with your automobile. I was also amazed that they can service a wide array of vehicles, even the exotics. Great prices, good honest service.

Scheduled an appointment for 1000 am for brake service. Called 11:30 saying that no brake service needed to done. I requested other service to be done, and when my truck was completed to please call. I received a phone call @ 500 saying it was complete. 7 hrs to do a brake bleed and coolant bleed As I picked up my truck, they had said its in the system to pick it up at end e business day. I had said when the job was finished to please call. I received a phone call 7 hrs later and when I picked up my truck, they had it in the system to pick up @ end of business day. Which I never agreed to. NEVER will I be going to another Firestone service center again

This location is top-notch. Ive worked with a few of the managers & techs here over time, but Tom is just a very professional, overall good guy. His crew does excellent work, & while I don;t know who actually worked on my vehicle this time around, service is always done professionally, done right the first time, & the people I com into contact with are very pleasant & professional. Pricing is reasonable, they dont rip you off, & they get the work done when they say it will be done. Highly recommended.

Last month, I made an emergency appointment with them for my car, turns out to be power steering leaking. The price is reasonable for size of the job. After the repair they had done for over a month. I am proud to say that they did AMAZING job on my steering wheel. I don’t know how I can emphasize the highest honor of recommendation but it’s the best place they can take care of your car like their own. The prices are reasonable. Don’t be so cheap! Parts are expensive, and so is labor. They deserve the well done vacation if they have that for their employees!

My husbands car had a slow leak in the rear passenger side tire. I have been using his car since mine is currently being worked on, so we need his car to function properly! He called Firestone in Glassboro and spoke to Tom to ask if they could patch it up for me before I went to work. They were able to fit me in and the job took about an hour. Since the tires were under warranty there was no fee. Turned out to be a rusty bolt! I just wanted to say how much I appreciate them accommodating me so quickly and getting me in and out and on my way to work. Thanks Tom and the staff of Firestone for a job well done! Hubs usually goes to the Audubon location but we will be coming here more often!

I stopped going to Pep Boys long ago Ive had many cars over the years service did many different places Firestone Tire and Auto Center are the best non Factory authorized service centers I stopped going to pepboys long ago because they use cheap parts and I get tired of going back to have a job redone. The people at Firestone are always friendly regardless of which branch you go to, the service is reasonably priced and efficient.

As a woman, I always feel like automotive repair companies are taking advantage of me. I usually try to get two opinions on major things. The second opinion is always Firestone and always cheaper than the dealer. I want to thank Cody for being so kind every time I come there. All the guys are nice. They take their time to explain what needs to be done and Ive even gone to them and been told I did not need service that the dealer swore was necessary. KUDOS to YOU GUYS!

Ive been to to this Firestone location a vaious times and would recommend them. They have always helped me schedule appointments that dont conflict with our work schedule. I really appreciate their knowledge on what needs to get done now versus what can wait until the next visit. I find their pricing to be fair and have never had to return to fix something again. Tom and Tyler have always been great.

I was very satisfied with the service i recieved from Firestone in Glassboro. I had a flat tire and they fixed it for free because I had the road hazard insurance... I am so happy I bought the insurance it is well worth it!

Dropped my car here first thing in the morning and was told theyd look at it at 10:30. No calls. Called at 12:30, were getting ready to pull it in in a few minutes. 2:30, were pulling it in right now. They wound up not getting to it until 4:30 to tell me an hour later its a part they cant get until the next day, when they probably could have gotten it the same day had they held their promises. I cancelled my whole plans for the day over this place, because I live over an hour away. People who work there are fresh out of high school and all I saw them do is fool around. Stay away from these scumbags.

Never had a problem with Firestone. Granted some of the techs are young, but they have diagnosed and fixed numerous problems with my vehicle. The prices are a little high but the quality that comes along with their repairs are unmatched. Ive had major engine problems diagnosed that other shops couldnt figure out. Tire repairs are super quick and usually have a couple of options to save ya some cash.

Honest, efficient, friendly. I made an appointment first thing in the morning in the interest of getting in and out. I told them I have a slow leak and described my tire. They offered a comparable tire $80 less than dealer. When I dropped it off at 7:00 AM they asked if its ok to have it done by 8:30 AM. At 8:20 AM they called and said there was a shard of metal and they patched the tire for one-fifth of the estimated cost. Again: honest.

Staff up front is very attentive but not so sure about the mechanics. Service can sometimes be a little slow. Didnt check my fluids.

Former employee at this location. I would not recommend ever going here the shop manager tom doesnt even know how to check oil and will sell you parts you dont need. The techs dont follow through on correct repair procedures like using correct torque on jobs and bleeding brakes. They will do the bare minimum to get you out the door even if there are safety concerns. Theres plenty of decent shops within a quarter mile of there so take your car there. There back room where they keep the tires is flooded and the will sell you these damaged tires no problem. I got in the business to help people not to fill my pockets illegitimately so just consider my advice.

Bought set Firestone Destination LE 2 SL my 2nd set got over 66,000 mile on last set. Great all season and light off road, this set has road hazard life of tires. Glassboro Firestone store great just all Firestone stores can not do alignment on my truck.

Stopped in to have my tire pressure checked and they were professional and checked the tires and added air without any charge.

Today I drove a half hour out of my way to try a Firestone tire center and happily I found not only one of the most polite staff but an award-winning center.It was hard for me explain what was going on with my car but I had an idea and I was able to convey the idea to one of the service writers and he assured me he would find the problem and guess what he did.Not only did he find the problem but he confirmed my original thought that I had bent rims.Due to the fact that I had the problem before and had it repaired it was easy to identify i just needed it confirmed taking it to a Firestone tire center was one of the best things that Ive ever did .I met a great staff that was more than happy to help me with no appointment as long as a had a little time.The mechanics at this particular service center knew at a glance exactly what the problem was identified it to me and confirmed that I was correct and advised me on what they could do to just make it feel a little better but told me upfront that more than likely they would only be able to make it a little better.Bent rims are understandably something they dont do and Im ok with that.My real problem is that I took it to my local Firestone and told them what happened and all they did was point out a bad review that I gave them due to a problem that I had at their store and offer to help me out charging me $50 to rebalance four of my tires and that only made the problem worse ( how dont you see bent rims) when I told them to look for them.Sometimes employees of big-name companies make those big-name companies look bad but on the other hand there are some people that genuinely care and represent there product and take their customer care very serious and the proof is in the pudding Im counting on their wall as Im writing this review they have six awards of recognition for outstanding customer service and thats proof youre in the right place.Its hard to compliment one person when the team as a whole did a great job. Oh and at no charge and never once complained that they were handling another centers problem and I respect them for that because they stepped up and represented Firestone.
