Excellent customer service. I was greeted at the door and my sales associate Catherine showed and explained the various types of mattresses and foundation options. The sale that’s currently running is wonderful! My mattress comes with a 10 year warranty. This will be my first time with an adjustable base which is something I didn’t think I could afford to buy out of pocket without years of financing. I’m thrilled!

Randi was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and was very pleasant with my mother. My boyfriend and I went in because my mattress is 20+ years old and killing me. John welcomed us right away and answered all my questions. Stopped last Sunday. One salesman was waiting on a customer. The other salesman said hed be right with us. We walked around and tried some beds for 20 minutes while the salesman continued to text on his phone. My husband finally interrupted his texting and asked him 2 questions which, it turns out, he gave wrong answers. We left, went across the street to Mattress Warehouse where the sales people were incredibly helpful and we bought our new bed. I guess a $4,900 sale was mor as important as texting to Mattress Firm.

Good sales but they do not offer hideaway beds

My husband & I purchased a king mattress over the weekend with Jordan and it was scheduled to be delivered next day. When the delivery the next day, it did come in wrong and only a twin box spring was delivered. I called the store after we refused the wrong delivery with the warehouse. The saleswoman, Jeanette was very helpful and assured the correct king mattress and two twin box springs would be delivered the next day. She took off our delivery fee and VIP service fee due to the inconvenience. One thing to note, that the delivery on both days was delivered before our scheduled time. That was good the first day since it was only 30 mins prior and we were home but on the second day we were out and received a notification from our ring camera in our front yard of movement and then received a notification of our ring doorbell, 2.5 hours prior to our scheduled time. Our experience was good with the store and we understood that the delivery was made in error with the warehouse, but were happy with the outcome of a comfy new bed.

After shopping and price comparing between a few of the local and larger chain stores I ended up at mattress firm on Thursday. The service, expertise and general pride of sale I expierenced with George Pelosi was superb. He was so intuitive and tended my every need. I was truly blind, I had no idea buying a mattress would be so complex but George broke everything down for me and helped me find the perfect bed for me, without hostility or the feeling that he just wanted to sell me something; He was genuine and did not only show me the expensive beds, I truly appreciate his dedication to his craft. We went over everything together and not once did I get an ounce of fatigue from him. He is truly the face and personality a company needs to succeed. My bed was delivered two days later with no surprises or hick ups. I am extremely happy with my experience and will recommend George to all I know and will follow him if he so chooses to leave his current location.

If I had reviewed this place or company when I first got my mattress I wouldve given it 4 or 5 stars. But we just found out that whoever was explaining our paper work lied about how long we could pay interest free. Hed say ohh you have x amount of months and if you pay x amount every month youll have it paid fully before interest even starts! And it all added up so we signed the papers and left. Come to find out that he was exaggerating that timeline and we got hit with $1000 in interest charges all at once and now 30% interest every month. Paying it off in full and then NEVER buying from them again. Will go to somewhere thats way less ridiculous and sneaky.

My fiancé and I went around on Labor Day weekend matress shopping, to several different store. Many of the store we shopped at had pushy sales people who wouldnt give you space but at mattress firm they were awesome. A woman named Terry was so helpful with information and gave us time to decide since we are indesisive. She found us the perfect matresss and we have been sleeping on it for three weeks, my sleep has been amazing and my lower back never felt greater.
