The whole experience was easy and well explained. They were on time. The reps I dealt with on the phone were very professional and helpful. The tow truck driver was pleasant and communicated every step of the way. I recommend. I also received a fair price for my vehicle.

Made it very easy to sell my old car. Made the appointment Monday night and my car was being loaded on a tow truck Wednesday morning. Signed my title over and we were done once I was handed a check on the spot

The entire process was really quick and took little effort on my part. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get rid of their car quickly! If I ever have a need I will be using them again.

They gave me 2 appointments and didnt show up for either one, when they finally.came they destroyed the yard where the car was and left it like that. The driver who was supposed to come, told a blatant lie,said he talked to someone who they never a number for.

Very good they came when they were supposed to & removed my van with no problems. Paid on the spot!

Do not recommend gave one price over the phone then a different one in person waste of time

I was told everyday for 6 days a tow truck driver was coming to get my car and they never showed up. 3 of these days I was told the driver was on his way and he never showed up. Then I was told I was being given an extra $30 on top of what I was already offered because of the inconvenience then when the driver finally did show up the extra $30 was not on the check. I will never use this company again nor the tow truck company they use. The entire experience was terrible. It was even put in the system that the driver tried to call me one of the days that he didnt show up which actually never happened.

My experience was easy breezy I couldnt ask for anything better The gentleman showed up to the car I gave him the title he gave me a check Then he hooked the truck up and he was gone painless loved it.

Very bad service, the worst of what we have seen, they are rude and abusive to deal with the tow trucks, they spend two hours talking outside without moving and you have to wait up to 5 hours to load a single car. The ispana who is in the office who speaks English and Spanish is very efficient friendly she attends you quickly, thank you very much for her services but it is useless if the porters are lazy they spend their time talking to each other outside in the forklifts, terrible service and if you want to ask for your car they do not listen to you they tell you I have no time aggressively rude
