The young man who helped me today went over and beyond with his expertise and knowledge in purchasing my paints I needed.

Very pleased with the May 2 purchase from the Glasgow Sherwin-Williams store. Called the order in, sales associate helped with needed items and made a recommended change due to an outage of an item I wanted. The replacement was satisfactory and fit the need. Sometimes its impossible to find help in the big box stores, appreciate the personal touch you get at a dedicated paint store. Will purchase there again, and have made several purchases in the past.

They offered technical assistance and actually recommended that I put off staining my deck for a few months to give the treated wood time to dry out (they did this at the cost of a sale on my first visit). They let me know about a sale that would coming up in the future and I came back at that later date to buy the paint. I highly recommend the store.

Joy was very helpful in explaining the different types of paint, we painted the first room in our new home and was completely overwhelmed with how easy this rolled on and how beautiful the room looks. We will never buy any other paint again.

We have buitv 3 houses with Sherwin Williams and painted multiple times with each inside and outside! Prices of the paint has gotten ridiculous!!!Also the store in Glasgow ,Ky. Has some poor,unprofessional, employees!!!! They are very knowledgeable of their products ! Also,went to get some touch up of the Cashmere ,low luster and could only offer me another Gallon for a touch up job,how sad is that??? So,another 46 bucks with 30 percent off! What a joke and RIP off to the customers!!!!

Helpful and friendly employees who know their products. However, Sherwin Williams intrudes on their own employees by sending these spying questionnaires to customers.
