This place came highly recommended by two of my friends. When I walked in, there was only one person working and she was very busy but greeted me right away. When it got to my turn, she listened to my concerns and only showed me what I inquired about, not trying to upsell me. She was very knowledgeable. She gave me several different options and let me take pictures so I could go home and show my husband. The roll I wound up getting was 13’2” which was EXACTLY the width of my room, so it couldn’t have been any more perfect. Many of the competitors only offer 12’ width. When you pay by credit card, they add a 4% service charge (which your credit card charges them). Even at that, the entire cost was 25% cheaper than the competitors and wonderful quality. Also much more variety than your chain stores. I have already told many people to go to them and will continue to do so. (Side note: day I went was April 8th and it was the first day of their regular hours. If going during the winter, they will only be open til 4, despite what it says on Google.)

Chad and Rhonda know and understands how a business should operate. When you walk through their doors your greeted as if your family and not just another person. While in the process of building our home I probably made more than 15 trips into the store just browsing and asking questions. I learned something new everytime I walked in the building. Chad was always upfront and honest with me. They want you to be satisfied with the product you purchase, so if you ask for their opinion dont be offended if he tells you the truth and its not what you wanted to hear. Chad is an honest and straightforward guy. Chad nor Rhonda ever tried selling anything to us. Theyre not salesmen. I was never pressured into buying anything from them. There are so many other great things I could say about CNR. Go check them out for yourself. Support local businesses. If you walk into their store and treat them with respect you will walk out having gained two more friends.

Chad and I have had some issues thru the years. His wife is wonderful. They have some good quality flooring like everywhere else you have to shop them. I dont buy much from them anymore I used to buy alot however if your looking for flooring I recommend checking them out they probably can save you some money

Inquired about if an item was for sale. The man was extremely rude and walked away from me like he was in a fit of anger. I lingered for awhile browsing and wanted to inquire of flooring. I was completely ignored. I dont know why I bothered even going there. Wont ever be there again. Thank you for nothing. Wonder how morons like him even manage to have a business. Will continue my business at Lowes.
