Never shop at the Sallys in Glasgow. My wife has bought 3 professional permming solutions from them in the past and when she went back today they said she had to have a special number to purchase it. But it was with other items that anyone who shops there can grab. Very bad customer service.
I go in here alot for my wife. For the diy hair stylist that cant go into the professional beauty supply stores this is your place or if you are a licensed stylist in town and are booked up for a crazy day and forgot that you were out of 7n and developer and dont have time to get to Bg dont worry Sallys has you covered with decent prices and friendly service.
Still will never forget the horrible costumer service I got from this place and how Christina put my name out there for the public because I disliked the service I received. You get a bad rep it doesnt go away. Owners should highly consider this before they act, this is a perfect example.
What is wrong with sally beauty store, I buy over $30 dollars in products and they want me to purchase a bag to carry it in , dont they have enough money from customers to supply use with bags.
Word is getting around fast about this place. Christie the manager just humiliated a fb friend of mine bc she posted how she felt about the stupid store. Please call corp and report this everyone, she just ruined her own rep disrespecting and personally calling a costumer out of line on social media affairs.
Highly unprofessional, i stated my opinion on the service and products I received and the owner Christina decided to personally call me out on my opinion telling me to be nice and not group them altogether, and treated me as tho i cant speak an opinion she doesnt like, this is highly unprofessional, there were no private messages, nothing she straight up called me by my name publicly when I spared them their dignity in my opinion, will not be returning. What a waste of money. I bought everything they talked me into getting and it was disastrous, but according to her Im not entitled to my opinion on Facebook. lol.
The Girl working was rude and was outside hanging posters had to ask her for help and she went back outside then had to ask her to check us out .then wanted to charge 15 cents for a bag.
Decent selection, but worker/owner smokes inside despite local city ordinance. I not only could smell the smoke, I could see them smoking in the room in the back. I said nothing the first visit. After occurring during another visit, I complained and was rudely told to just shop elsewhere. Its not just personal preferences (some customers are allergic, have health issues such as asthma or are pregnant!!), its the law.
The clerk was very helpful in helping me find a new hair spray.

Awful treatment of costumers, a friend of mine was called out by the so called owner on social media because she stated her opinion, dont go here if you do not want to be publicly called out by Christina on the internet because you state a personal opinion on the service and items they sell.
