Took my vehicle here back in November for a quote. They gave me a $16000 quote and totaled the vehicle. They claimed the car had structural damage underneath but didn’t want to show me. I already knew the car had no damage underneath. For some reason they didn’t want me to take my car off their lot after I had purchased the car back from insurance. They kept asking what I was going to do with the car and why I wanted to keep it. Had car professionally fixed no problem for $7500. The other collision centers were absolutely baffled at what they told had told us. This was the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them. Diamond Auto Collision is the best collision center around. Quality and professionalism are unmatched. They take a lot of pride in their work and go above and beyond.

Took my 2016 challenger scatpack to them to have fender repaired that was scratched. They said they would need to repaint it. I agreed. I had paint protection film on the front bumper that was damaged. I was to take it somewhere else to have it replaced. When I went to pick the car up they notified me that they had repainted the front bumper because it had scratches. WHAT? I was confused because the front bumper was not in the estimate and I had not been called and asked what I wanted to do if the bumper did indeed have scratches. Upon looking at the bumper I noticed it was about 5 shades darker than the rest of the car. It didn’t come close to matching. I expressed my displeasure in it and was told that the bumper could not be repainted to match. His exact words were “it is what it is.” He said he would have to repaint the other fender which is perfect to match the bumper. What? So you want to paint other panels on the car to match the bumper that you weren’t supposed to touch in the first place. I don’t think so.After talking to my insurance company I am taking my car to another body shop to have the bumper repainted to match. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I will not be taking any vehicles to this shop again.

I hit a deer in my Acadia and demolished the front and side of my car. Southern KY Collision repaired and repainted it and Now it looks new!! They even came to my house and picked up the car.. Thank you so much for making my bad situation not so bad! And if that wasnt enough , I got a frozen turkey for choosing them to repair it. Great experience, would Definitely recommend!

Had to have almost a whole half of my car repaired due to a deer, Southern Kentucky Collision were VERY helpful. My car was out of the shop in less than two weeks and good as new. The only thing wrong was my windshield wipers were switched to the wrong side after a windshield replacement. I called them and they got me back in and fixed that within 10 minutes. Amazing customer service and service in general. I couldn’t be happier with my experience from here!

When they finished with my car it looked beautiful, inside and out! Their work is great. The people are friendly. Highly recommended!

Southern KY Collision has wonderful costumer service and great quality of work! I had my previous car repaired by their body shop a few years ago after hitting a deer. Their costumer service from the office staff to the repair mechanics were top notch and nothing, but helpful. We have returned to their business since then for an estimate. Roger and Melanie were excellent to work with. Roger took the time to sit down and explain each cost with me. Even while waiting beverages were offered and an “at home” atmosphere was present. I appreciate their friendliness, effective feedback, quality of work and over all atmosphere.

This place is the BEST! I got into a jam on 65 & still had 8 hours of driving til home so I was freaking out (crying a bit) & they were so nice about it. Not only were they nice but they were crazy helpful. The tow truck they sent was another lovely human (got there within 15-20 minutes too). And once I was there they got my car back to road worthy super duper fast. Cannot say enough about how great everyone was there. 10 out of 10!!

Good work

They repaired my civic. Used the wrong color for the pin strip so both sides of my car didnt match. When I pointed it out they made it seem like such an inconvenience. Rude staff. Will never get any business from my family or I ever again.
