Room was lovely, spacious, clean, and neatly arranged!!

Could be better could be worse. It’s like when you are short on money, and everything else is closed. It’s cool. And the only place on the planet where you can get everything from groceries to dental work done in one day. I’m on the fence with this one.

Always clean store perfect for monthly, weekly biweekly or last min shopping. My son bought camping equipment elsewhere when we stopped by here on our way to his camping trip to pick up last min things he realized he paid twice as much as he could have spent. If he would have gone there. A one stop shop thats for sure. From food to household items and all kinds of other equipment and necessities .clothing , hobbies , school supplies, automotive and sports stuff. Love this place very convenient place always

I took 4 tires that I bought at Walmart. Com. They employees were very nice and quickly mounted them. A word of advice, the phone system is not working properly, so you will call and they never answer.

Staples are always out or light and there self checkout only allows card payments and they only have 2 regular check stands open for the most part the staff is extremely helpful and kindBut as the other store for groceries in Gilroy are pricey it would be nice if they were more stocked I give a 4 star for there staff but as for the rest 2

My family and I have been a customer since 2005 when it opened. This place has lost its touch. I’ve been having issues with customer service recently. I am truly disappointed and won’t be coming back here. By far the only person that has outstanding customer service is Liliana in the customer service desk. I’ve been returning items and she is by far the best! Thank you.

Shortage of cashiers. I can wait in line longer than it took to gather all my groceries. Employees standing around doesnt help either. Ive been there several times when they have no plastic bags. Very inconvenient, welcoming greeter diidnt let customers know when entering. Very disappointing with over cleanness of the store.

Its a Walmart! This one has McDonalds! And a bathroom! And other things, too! Do you need things? Try Walmart!

They had everything I needed except for one item. The clerk helped me in fabric, and another gave good directions to fabric and another clerk that helped me in clothing even though they did not have what I was hoping to get. And the young gentleman that checked me out was wonderful and I blessed him with his married life to be telling him my spouse and I had made it to 51&1/2 years.

Walmart is clean and for the most part everyone is super friendly. I’ve had a couple run ins with Diane at the money center and all three times she’s been so rude. Doesn’t make eye contact when speaking to her she always looks down, and her attitude stinks. It’s simple if you don’t like your job and dealing with customers find a new one lady! Management is never around when you need them and the lines are always so long because only register 10 is open. Walmart maybe you should retrain your staff on how to treat greet and customers.

Im Handicapped! The store a few months ago bought 10 new motorized carts 8 have been stolen... Instead of using Security cameras to arrest the thieves, Walmart has decided to penalize handicapped customers instead? The 2 carts can only be used in store? At the door handicapped customers asked to get out of cart and carry groceries to their own vehicles, no attendants to give assistance to customers at this point!!! Someone please talk some sense into the Corporate Brain Pool, which must be the size of a mud puddle at this point in time.

No customer service.... 1 checkstand open.....all self checkouts open with long lines.....no one to help with fabrics....empty shelves.....many employees doing curbside pickup, they could not help us..... one employee was going to lunch and couldnt help us........it was 😖

Store is always low in merchandise, therfore never being fully stocked. It is frustrating that I cannot go into our Walmart and get everything on my shopping list. I have a 2 1/2 year old grandson that usually goes with me to do our shopping. It is difficult to get to more than one store when this one is supposed to carry it all.

I hope that only the Gilroy Wal-Mart is inconsiderate to their customers. Perhaps there is theft going on at this location, but some of their procedures are arcane.09/15/21 I went there and didnt have my wallet. I had cash, but they changed all of their scan and go to No Cash. With only two cashiers (one was really slow) until the line extended well into the clothing areas. I waited more than 30 minutes in line. I had other things I needed to do that day.I didnt go to Walmart to become a resident. I will shop elsewhere unless they have really good discount on something and I dont have anything else to do. Next time I going find out what the Gilroy Target store is like.

Workers did not know how to add cash to Paypal but its one of the places where you can add cash and ty get didnt even put the money in my account so a total waist of time have to return and get my money back

Produce was looking kind of weak and spotty inventory. Aisles were crowded with pallets of goods that needed to stocked out. Made it a little difficult to navigate the store. There was a lot of excuse me and oh Im sorry between customers but otherwise it was your standard everyday Walmart

The worst experience ever. I went to get deodorant, allergy spray and underwear. They are all locked up and the teller said I dont know who has a key. So stupid. Im letting everyone know this experience and telling them not to ever shop there again. Lock up 1.99 deodorant. I waited 10 min. For nothing

We had a large party so we had to sit at two tables. But the service was excellent!Megan was our waitress and she attended to both tables, she was on top of the little things like salt, pepper, water and drinks. I ordered the prime rib rare and received it overcooked for my taste, she immediately took it back. She remembered everything and made sure we were happy! We eat out a lot, but have never had service this good! Thank you so. MEGAN for making my Mothers day such a pleasant one!!!!

This Walmart is super crowded and unorganized. They kept the bananas baking and steaming in the boxes! An employee shouldve stacked more onto the shelves so that their produce wont go to waste. Its hard to navigate the aisles because there are so many shopper at all hours of the day which makes the line super long even if there are five cashiers and twenty self checkout machines. It would have been better if they had someone to direct foot traffic.

This is definitely one of my favorites stores. Best prices in town. Amazon is not a big deal since I checked on a price for papermate 24 piece markers and Walmart was #1 in the price and I was amazon prime but I greatly appreciate the value and enjoy browsing the assortment of crafts and art supplies. Its a great place for everyone in the family theres also groceries, clothes, beauty, decoration for your house a little bit of everything its just perfect place to go even when youre just just bored and just want to browse also they have a McDonalds there a nail salon little bit of everything like I said its an awesome place so when you have time you should check it out see for yourself cuz the staff there is awesome sweet and helpful and very knowledgeable. Car service as well. I love the bike that I purchased from them as well.

This is for one employee in particular. Liliana in customer service was attending kindly and patiently to everyone. When it came to my turn, she needed to walk over to the money services area and asked me to follow her. Naturally a line began to form behind me at money services. Liliana respectfully let others know where the line was (back at customer service) and assured customers that she would attend to them. It was almost as if she was in two places at once, attending to 2 departments without losing her cool.

I like this specific Wal-Mart, it is always very nicely organized, people ready to help. It feels like Im at target. Theres a great selection of produce and organic options.

For 3 weeks straight I called Walmart Supercenter in Gilroy never answer the phone Auto Center never answer the phone Automotive Service never answer the phone I dont want to rate Walmart not a place I would want to go there again you cant even find a manager I had them paged them he or she never came waited there for 3 hours no manager I give them a zero Walmart Supercenter in Gilroy I dont recommend for anybody

Guy standing at door. But NO shopping carts. You ask him where they are he sorta mumbled so you could not hear. One register opened only at 6:30 pm on Sunday. This is just bad management. They now lock up behind locked glass socks, ibuprofen, Tylenol etc. Not worth shopping there anymore, just as there is on person at register there is no one around to open locked glass for socks or pain relievers. I see an end to walmart being on top in the near future. Might want to think about selling any stock you might have too and like most finding other places to shop.

I actually got thru the line pretty quickly. I do not use self checkout! Excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service! Looking for a price match from the App and the electronics cashiers made me take my item to the front register because they couldnt price match, went to the front and waited in an even longer time and line for the manager, who was called up and he began socializing with his fellow employees while a line started forming behind me and after wait for him to be bothered to come up... All to be told I had to order it online to get the price. I definitely wasted A LOT of time. Managers who were no help: Christian & SylviaCashier David was friendly and but it made the whole experience awkward, as if I was trying to do something wrong. People were definitely upset having to wait in line behind me. It was a bad experience.

Maybe I should rate it higher for the pure entertainment my visit provided. I get it... Its Wal Mart so I didnt go in with high expectations. The fellow shoppers were all really nice and seemed to realize we were all in the same (sinking) boat. Ask one employee where bike tubes are - response: with the toys. Ok this store is humongous. Help me out with an aisle number? Walk me to it like youre trained to do? Something. And who has bike tubes locked up? And it took forever to find someone to unlock it. Ask another employee a question and get told that shes doing a product pull for time then turned away. Finally, it was a black Friday worthy line for the single checker who was in no hurry. So it was epic. Horrible but funny it was so bad.

Gilroy wallyworld always has long lines and closed registers.

Waited 25 minutes for someone to unlock the sock case....along with other customers...noone ever showed.

Great deals! I love shopping here but their staff needs to learn how to not be so prejudice and stop judging a book by its cover everytime I go here they follow me around and stand and watch me scan every single item while I check out and Im getting sick of it I pay for everything I get in that store I hate it when workers judge people by how they look if it keeps happening I might end up taking my business elsewhere.

I really do like Walmart its one of my favorite stores love the prices love the way they have it set up everythings easy to find but evolved days today when it was the hardest day for myself it was my first time out of my home since Easter because Im on oxygen and its very very hard for me to get around cuz I carry a lot of water weight my experience today was terrible as soon as I got there there was no handicap scooters available I asked resistance from the doorman that was hard it seems like it was too difficult for him to try to help me to find someone to help me I had customer service I asked about four different people that work there including security and supervisors and no one could find me a scooter to ride they said sometimes people leave them outside they were too busy to go get me one I had to walk around and get things I needed I had to keep stopping sitting down on different types of furniture in there or piles of clothes that I can find on tables because I couldnt walk but I had to get things that I had to get my experience today for them not having enough handicap scooters was terrible I give them a zero points today I even cried and I will return to claim a Walmart because its my favorite star but it was terrible customer service and terrible and not being able to get on a scooter for handicapped people they need more a lot more employees working a lot of them seem like theyre just sweeping the floor and sweeping the same Iola does back and forth at the same time picking up receipts only occasionally when they could have been out looking for a scooter for me my variance gives them a zero today and tears run down when I say that sorry friends not a good experience today but I will return thank you......

As soon as you walk in the door the employees are watching you like you are a potential shoplifting suspect.

It has gotten better in many ways ,The only problem is the (laundry detergent aisle)you push the button for help and it takes up to 20 to 30 minutes to get someone there. I am sorry I speak truth and when you are shopping as for me I like to get in and out as soon I am done . That needs the attention of the supervisors to get their staff to get to the first (ring) as soon as possible. That makes everyones life happy and easier .Thank you Walmart for making things better. 🌺🌹🌺

Walmart is definitely a Supercenter,As they always have just about everything I am looking for or need. I also appreciate that their prices are always lower than at other stores. Today I bought food, shoes, shampoo, school supplies, and printer ink! They even have rv supplies!

This Walmart is the bigger of the two stores here in Morgan Hill/Gilroy area, and there fore better inventory and selection.I often find myself here even though M.H. is closer. The parking lot has plenty of room, although traffic can get a little bad with so much in the area.

Prices are great,staff friendly and helpful,easy to find what your looking for.wonderful produce,carries same top end food items and others. less expensive than other grocery stores.automotive department is wonderful.i can drive up and ask for service,and they are always quick to respond with out an appointment. I highly recommend this store.

Super center need roller skates or sedway if long distance walking gets difficult. Some food canned isles smell. Shelves not fully stocked. Open later than Target.

The store was well-stocked it seems they had little bit of everything. My only complaint was the check out was slow not enough cashiers.

I found what I needed its such a hassle trying to find a department associate to unlock cabinets for certain items.

I only come here when I need to. Walmart is a pain in the behind place to shop these days. Everything locked up even socks! I spent 2 hours at 4 different locked cabinets to get Socks, boxers, a tarp, and a flashlight. Crazy! Then when I went to check out I had to purchase my vodka at a different counter then the self check. If I hadnt needed last minute stuff for a camping trip I would just order on Amazon then deal with the stress of trying to purchase normal things at a Walmart that is locked up like a bank. Who wouldve thought we would see a day when a bag of socks would be under lock and key. Tells me we have a serious problem in our society if people are that desperate they need to steal their socks. Maybe if we werent taxed to death in this state people could afford their socks at Walmart.

Its difficult to get assistant, they dont have enough cashiers. Its like they want everyone to use self checkout,, but you cant purchase alcohol through them. And you cant pay with cash at self checkout. And the one cashier that is running a register must have gotten A+ on how to serve customers slowly.

They dont answer there phone, And the auto dept. Is closed, i needed a tire. Customer service never has the answer for ant question. The employees need to be retrained and learn about the store they work for.They need people who really interested on perfect service to customers. I dont like when an employee says: i dont know. And they work for Wal mart.

Most every item I needed was under lock and key. Trying to find an associate is a chore, once I got access to the cabinet I discovered they did not have my size in any pants in the entire mens section. Most definitely heading to marina or Santa Cruz next time

Walmart is Walmart, but in this case they didn’t have any carts available for the shoppers. Can’t wait till everything if fully staffed again.

Staff were very helpful. Registers were open and lines went quickly. Staff was humming around the store stocking shelves and cleaning store.

I hate having to check out or get anything behind a wall of glass and dont get me started on cosmetics jail. Theres just not enough employees working. Lines are nuts and forget getting anything in a case.

This is by far the worst Walmart Ive gone to. Waited for over 15 minutes for an attendant to help get product out of a locked shelf. Had to ask another attendant to please find someone with a key or get someone to help us only to have them tell me the Manager didnt send anyone? Was than instructed to walk to the tire section to ask for help as thats where employees enter through? Not exactly sure how customer service can be so bad. I even called to number instructions on the card from the bell service for the associates to come when needed only to find out it goes directly to voicemail that is full? Ridiculous.

The help buttons dont help, the led lights up like a big middle finger to your patience. Had to ask 3 people, listen to multiple pages and wait 15 minutes before someone with keys could open the cage. They make sure none can steal or buy this stuff. #walmartfails
