The guy that came out was very professional, and very nice! He got straight to work, figured out what was wrong very fast and fixed it in a timely manner! Absolutely thankful for Air Tech! I now have my AC back and its running great! Super appreciative for this business! I highly recommend them!

The worst experience Ive ever had with any company had them put in a new heating unit kobernus started the A-frame they never tighten it back up so I had to have them come back out the next year to charge my AC because it leaked out because they didnt do their job correctly and on top of that they left big gaps all in the furnace where it blows out into the laundry room and not into my vents he was supposed to come out and check the AC unit for free he charged me for everything $207 tried to call and talk to him about it but would never return my call and the owner would I call to discuss my problems with him he was a very rude man just FYI one of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with hopefully you wont have the same problem if you ever use them which I hope you dont

I do NOT recommend! I called on black Friday 2020, my gas water heater and stopped working weds night. Chris was efficient enough, he called me back within a cpl hours and showed up within a few but was all downhill from there. Very quickly changed our thermo couple without testing, charged me $160.50, for which I wrote him a check and he left immediately without another word and without waiting to make sure it fixed the problem. I soon realized it in fact did dot fix the problem and called Chris to let him know. He said he didnt know what to tell me, asked me the same few questions repeatedly like I dont know that its not working, he tried to give me some obvious line of BS about the cold water in the tanking causing condensation thats dripping on the pilot and putting it out. Heathen told me to take It apart and check this and check that. I said I would but I was sure Id be calling him back. When that was fruitless and I did call him back he didnt answer. I left message. I called powder river and spoke with a knowledgeable tech named Josh who dropped everything and came right out. When Chris did eventually call me back he had a bad attitude and seemed upset I called somebody else. Never once was there an offer of my service fee back. I admit he did say several times that hed come back if he needed to, but he didnt. And id say since I hired you to fix it, payed you, you did NOT bother to check your work, and I called a couple times to let you know it didnt work that that meant you needed to come back and fix it? Duh. So yes I hired Josh with powder river heating to fix it and I highly recommend him, and I was ripped off and treated poorly by Chris with air tech for $160.50 and wouldnt recommend that anybody use air tech again. I did not cancel the check I wrote air tech, they can have it if they need it so badly but they better count it twice because its the last of my money they will ever get.

Service was excellent and they took the time to really answer all my questions. I will definitely be using them for regular service for my furnace and ac.

A HUGE RAVE for Air Tech!!!🤩 My central air unit went out yesterday and it had already been determined by them right after that micro burst June 28th that it would need to be entirely replaced instead of just combing the fine as the insurance adjuster had written up. A supplemental claim has been filed on it, but havent heard back.So, I called Air Tech yesterday and they were able to get a very nice young fella out here today who got it up and running for this ol fat lady who cannot live without AC!!But, he doubled down on what the first guy said from Air Tech that the unit will have to be replaced. Cmon insurance adjuster guy! Lol

Great customer service

These guys made my rentals wait for three days with no explanation,! Granted..the day after the initial call we did get some weather..however there was plenty of time for a phone call..but nothing ! I called on Monday..only to be talked down to by their technician! Would not reccomend them unless powder river heating is completely booked for a week! Which is who I called right after hanging up with air tech..powder river was there in twenty minutes and fixed us up,

Super impressed with their customer service. I have a site with a failed A/C unit and needed a quote on replacement. Unfortunately I’m not based in the same area as that site so I was hoping someone could meet me on site while I was in the area. They came out the same day to take a look at things.

We talked to three other companies before Air Tech and they all tried to sell me on upgrading my furnace when it wasnt necessary! Air Tech told me the straight truth and were very professional. I will never go with anyone else.
