Jenna was amazing! She help me bring 5 phones over from T-Mobile. It took time and lots of work but she held in there and got it done!! Great attitude of the staff and managers as well!! Five stars all around

Kathryn did an excellent job in explaining all of the options and phone plans and helped me work through what plan and phone would best fit my needs and best fit my desired price range. Very friendly and pressure free experience and I would highly recommend her help. 10 out of 10 experience.

Marshall was great to work with today! He was patient with me while I came in several times for questions before actually signing up. Amaya was also really great! She jumped in and answered lots of questions and worked out a good deal for me. Great service is hard to find these days so I was surprised to find it at AT&T.

I have not had any issues when going into AT&T Gillette. I do prefer to work with Rick whenever I need something because he really knows his stuff as well as knowing my preferences.

These people only care about the upsale, poor customer service from a bunch of liars. I wish this store would shut down.

We just went into the Gillette, WY store to ask for advice and help with a mobile hotspot we purchased from another store and to find out about what plan we could use. Tyler was so helpful and listened so we got the plan we want and he even went so far as to set up our hotspot for us!! What great service!! Camille was also a huge help getting our account set up! Ridiculous customer service since Covid. Will leave you waiting in your car for an hour or more while you watch people go in and get waited on without being on a list knowing you are 3rd on their list.

We (husband and I) purchased 2 new phones on upgrade. Tyler took good care of us; he was knowledgeable and helped us decide which phones would best fit our needs. Transaction and setups took several hours but we left pleased and excited about our new phones. Only complaint we had was the lack of protective covers and screen protectors for our particular models; Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G & Samsung Galaxy A71. We ended up going to a competitor for these items which they had in stock. This store has very few iPhones on display yet an entire wall of iPhone accessories. Just the opposite for Android phones. Many phones to choose from but very few accessories available. Thats one improvement that should be seriously considered and then Ill give 5 stars!

Had a great experience at at&t! The manager Ayana was quick to greet me! She got me right on the list. There was a lot of people in line in front of me. There were very efficient. Josiah was the rep who helped me and he was great! We had a lot of fun hanging out and he helped me make the right decision on which phone would work best for my needs. I cant say enough good things about Josiah. He was professional and yet very laid back and put me at ease immediately. He answered my questions honestly and he had a great sense of humor. He made an experience I had been dreading go without a hitch and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend AT&T in Gillette, and Josiah in particular.

I have a history of hating cell phone stores, we’ll start there. But this store is amazing! Twice now I have had issues with multiple devices. Each time I had an issue with one of the devices that isn’t even related to AT&T service at all. After a year, the same familiar faces were there to assist and made it all look easy. They knew exactly what to do to get everything up and running as it should.

Could have more people working - especially during holidays. Was a walk in today (12/13) and they had 3 people working. Wait list was 8 people deep.

If i could leave zero stars i would. I was sold on the newest phone that i do not know how to use, i instead of the phone i initially went in for. And was promised i would be taught how to use the device, instead i was left to figure it out my self. Then i went into store to tell them that i was not happy with the device, just to be told i could not change my phone due to a contract i was not clearly explained, unless i paid even a larger amount of money. I was also promised an amount that i would pay for it, just to come to find out i still owe 700$ for a phone i dont even enjoy using. I felt i was taken advantage of because of my age and lack of knowledge about cellphones.

Jordan from the Gillette Wyoming store really went out of her way to help me today. Very professional woman with a lot of knowledge.

Back to att Verizon is terrible in Wyoming

I have tried calling this local store 5-6 times a day for a solid week now and it just rings through until it tells me theyre all busy helping other customers. No phone company is so busy 24 hours a day that they cant answer the phone to help someone with a phone problem.

Camille was great. Greeted me as I came in, & did a great job helping me when it was my turn. Very professional. Get this, She helped me with my AT&T phone for rural & remote locations where my Verizon phone just doesnt cut it.

Wow. I got new phone service with them. The bills are never the same. They take the money whenever they want on autopay. Very poor. I have heard multiple people with the same issue.

Do not let this store file an insurance claim for you. Take care of it yourself online. Otherwise your claim will be denied.

I am not one to write reviews, but this store is absolutely deserving! My phone decided to get stuck on a boot loop and I did all I could to fix it (I’m fairly tech savvy) but could not fix it. The store closed at 7 pm and I came flying in with fire on my heels at 6:56. I felt horrible. Not only did the staff assure me it was ok, but they did all I could to ensure a smooth warranty process with apple. I am in real estate and going without a phone is not an option! Josh, clay and the young lady in there provided phenomenal customer service in a town where it can be subpar. Thank you guys for going above and beyond!

While the young lady did a great job overall with customer service with my new phone and Ipad replacement later we found many problems. My duaghters phone number was put on my upgraded Ipad and her ipad then stopped working and she had to visit a store in SC to get a new SIMM card. We were told Direct TV had no contracts (nope 24 months), it would only be x dollars per month with HBO included and all startup fees are on Direct TV (nope 35.00 activation fee and new order confirmation letter indicated the bill would be 80+ dollars not in the 50s and would go up to nearly 100 within the year), suggested we move to a unlimited plan on cell so could stream Direct TV and only would go up 15.00(nope turned out to be 30 or more) UGH. we cancelled the Direct TV order and unlimited data feeling it was going to turn out being more than Spectrum in the end.

Just got AT&T a couple months ago and previously had union wireless with an unlimited data plan. Union wireless game me 1.2 mbps and slower. I just used over two terabytes of data in less then a month and had speeds over 10.5 mbps on download and upload. If you want the best speed with unlimited data around wy AT&T is the best rout to go.

Found a lost phone that belongs to a AT&T customer. These people will not even help by looking up the IMEI #. Now I am willing to give them my number Im not asking for them to give me any information and they refuse to help. Sorry at&t customer but they have horrible customer service when they wont even contact you to let you know your phone was found. They are really lettting there customers down. Im sorry. Im just trying to be honest and get your phone back to you. It was found out in Rozet at the park about June 2017 it would be a kids iphone basing that on the case
