We were traveling from Idaho to Missouri when our AC condenser went out. It was late, most shops were closed, however Just Auto Repair waited around for us to get there. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Unfortunately, we didnt have the time needed for them to complete the repair. But, they went above and beyond by detailing the problem and giving a fair estimate that we should pay so we didnt get taken advantage of down the road. Thanks guys for taking good care of us!

I’ve never had a bad experience taking my car to Justin’s shop! Most recently I took my car there for a U-joint replacement and they squeezed me in on short notice and took care of it (and not to mention for the cheapest price in town). Plus they have an excellent mechanic that has treated me like gold and goes above and beyond for me since day one (and still does). 10 out of 10!

Words cannot describe how great our experience was with Justin and his employees. We broke down about 20 miles away from Gillette and while on the initial phone call, he offered up solutions to get us back on the road. When we dropped the car off, we were met with great hospitality and they took a look at the car right away on a Friday evening! We were back on the road that night. Juston helped us in a pinch. We were 9 hours from home and broke down. He spent all of his Saturday helping us get back on the road. Don’t know what we would have done without him!

I was on a cross country road trip when my car started overheating. Juston diagnosed my car on a Wednesday evening well after normal business hours and was able to fix my car so I could continue on my trip. Juston is great mechanic and runs an excellent shop. If I ever find myself with car issues in Wyoming again I would not hesitate to take my car to his shop.

Juston is amazing! I needed brakes fixed ASAP and he got me in on a Sunday with less than a days notice. Fixed my entire brake system at an amazingly decent price! Don’t take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE FOLKS—just take to JUST AUTO! He stands behind his work and talks to you like your a real person (not like some repair shops). If I could give 100 stars I would! Ive been to lots of mechanics, good and bad, but Justin (and Co.) was particularly a pleasure to deal with. He was timely, professional, thorough, friendly, very available for our needs, and he offers competitive rates. It is evident that he is experienced. He got us in and out very quickly and solved our problem. He was the only mechanic available in Gillette, which Im thankful for because it was an overall outstanding experience. If I wasnt just passing through town, I would see him for everything. If I ever wind up back in Gillette with car trouble, I know where Im going.

The ac in my 92 pickup wasn’t working. Needed to drive 4 1/2 hours in 90+ degree heat. Called Juston at 12:30p on a Friday. He quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced the ac pump and converted the ac from R12 to 134a. They finished working at 6:30 pm on a Friday so I could leave the next morning.

Was on my way home to California from Minnesota, while driving through Gillette on 90 on a Friday night around 8 pm, my transmission fluid started spraying everywhere. Called every single auto repair shop in town, all of them were closed until the following Tuesday. Finally I called Justin at Just Auto and he brought me in...... at 8 pm on a Friday night. When we got there he immediately offered us beer and dinner. After about an hour, he had figured out the problem and sent us on our way with a fair price. I don’t believe there’s another guy out there like Justin. If you need something fixed the right way without corners cut, go to this guy.

After visiting this shop I immediately had to take my vehicle to another shop as the mechanic did not do the correct work for me. When I got there it seemed as though he was under the influence of something and even though I went against my better judgment and let him work on my vehicle he triple charged me for work and time and on top of that I had to pay another shop half of what he charged just to get my vehicle back on the road. I only went here do to the fact of the great reviews on here but honestly I dont recommend anyone dealing with this company. This company should not be in business if they do not know how to work on vehicles or take pride in their work.

Justin “rescued” me on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My alternator went out of my suburban on my way through Wyoming. I had to stop in Gillette and he was more than willing to get the right part from the auto parts store and get it installed properly. The alternator Went bad about 6 months later and Justin helped me get the warranty approved over the phone since we are from Iowa, he located the right store in my area and went above and beyond to get situation rectified. I would highly recommend his repair shop any time going through Gillette, Wy.Dave-Iowa.

Justin was the only one to be able to work with me on a busy Friday in Gillette! After calling nearly every other auto shop in the area in an emergency while driving across the country, Justin picked up and was able to trouble-shoot verbally with me for a few minutes. After both realizing that I am not very mechanically-inclined, he offered for me to come meet him at the auto zone where he luckily was waiting for some parts to finish. He was so nice in offering to help in his spare time and found out he could do a couple of rudimentary treatments for my issue to get me back on the road for the rest of my cross-country journey. Justin is very knowledgeable and very friendly offering very fair prices for his work. He is a solo operator so its nice to know that hes dealing in fair labor prices and you know who is going to work on your car. I highly recommend!!

My van ran into some trouble while I was driving from Seattle to Minnesota and after calling a number of repair shops who didnt have the time to help me with my issue, I got ahold of Justin at Just Auto. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to help me get back on the road. Since his shop was temporarily closed at the time, he recommended I go to Auto Zone and try a couple things on my own. When those fixes didnt work, he told me to come out to his place where he was able to take a closer look and determine my transmission was blown. Since the van was toast, he put me in touch with a dealership in town and i was able to buy another car to finish off my trip. While the outcome wasnt even close to ideal, Justin was a stand-up guy who went well out of his way to help me out and get me back on the road. He even offered to sell me one of his cars. He and his family were insanely hospitable and friendly and if i could give him more than five stars i would.

Fair he works with you not against you, find the best parts for your vehicle and is honest you with you great service and welcoming.

OUTSTANDING!! We needed an 8pm rescue & a 3 hour job to get out truck (loaded horse trailer) rolling. Not only did Justin answer the phone but he & Sam rescued us and proved to be extremely knowledgeable. Lifesavers!

Traveling from Wisconsin to Seattle in our 2003 Windstar van we hit a bump on the I-90 and broke the plastic clip on the intake manifold air actuator. Warning light came on just as we approached Gillette. It was noon on a hot Saturday and most shops were closed. Thankfully Juston was open and although very busy he stopped what he was doing and helped us out. He called around for parts and found, of those still open, that the nearest part was in Portland, OR! We had reservations for Yellowstone that night!! Thankfully Juston was able to improvise a solution that had us back on the road in a matter of an hour and a half. Special thanks to Pete for letting us sit in the shade of his tree while we waited. We are now in Seattle and the van is running just fine. The improvised clip is holding firm. We are deeply appreciative of Justons (and Sams) help. Highly recommended!
