I had just purchased a house, washer and dryer included. The washer filled with water and just sat there. I called on Friday Appliance Repair Company got me in quickly (Monday). They fixed what was wrong, and found more issues. They suggested purchasing a new one so I didnt just dump money into a pit. They even gave me suggestions and pointers to buying one. They are wonderful and the only ones I will use from now on!

Very friendly and affordable. I was worried my repair would be expensive because there were a few plumbing aspects involved in the fix, but the charge was very affordable. He showed up right on time, were super helpful and efficient. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

This guy is huge jerk!!! He is condescending and rude. He repeatedly insulted us and refused to explain what repairs were needed. He wouldnt even discuss it when we repeatedly asked him what a charge was for. Its cheaper to buy a new dryer! When we told him we would buy a new dryer, he demanded immediate payment and left our dryer in pieces. My husband asked him to put it back together and he refused saying, When youre done, youre done. And drove off. Avoid these people at all costs.

I waited until our service was done before giving them a rating. We had a very tricky fridge repair that to be honest took almost a month to fix off and on. However when it was all said and done he fixed our problem and because of all the issues we had he only charged us for the parts. They wouldn’t stop until the job was completed which I appreciated. Tried to get our microwave repaired the owner was very rude and disrespectful. Talked to them several times as they didnt even have a clue as to what might be the problem and they stated they were looking up information on the issue. They also oddly asked what our price rang was to fix the issue. I will never use this so called repair company ever again.
