Excellent service and communication. I dropped off a high end designer winter jacket, white, valued at over $1,000 to get cleaned. Later that day they reached out and shared that dry cleaning would not be the ideal path to remove the stains I had pointed out. They recommended the coat to be washed instead, even though the tag said dry clean only. I was very impressed that they even reached out to give me that option. I decided to take a chance and get the coat washed and it turned out amazing. They went over the gentle process they would use in how the garment would be washed and dried prior to those things happen. Few emails back and forth and two days later I got my jacket back.

My husband had a last minute job interview, I needed dry cleaning done ASAP. They told me if I was able to drop off before 9am they could do it for me that day by 5pm. They had it done by 3pm and texted me to come pickup. They did a great job and he looked sharp for his interview the following morning.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Ruined several pieces of of clothing and the manager refused to make it right. On top of that, the manager was rude and disrespectful and told me it wasn’t worth his time to tell customers that they would be placing permanent vinyl barcodes on expensive fabric (a new system of tracking clothing). The fabric is now damaged. So sad. My family and I have been faithful customers for years! Nice to know how they treat customers that have been going to them for years.

Lapel’s is an amazing service. Clothes always feel and smell amazing after they are back. Our rep Steve is always so helpful especially with last minute pick ups. I love don’t have to worry about dropping off or picking up. All done for me at a great price!

I had my sons Tuxedo dry-cleaned and I had to do some alteration on his pants as well, all within a very short notice at the Lapels Dry Cleaning Gilbert. They were very professional, great customer relations, on - time and did not over charge me. Great place to do business.

Very professional girls working here. They hemmed my bedroom curtains 2.5 inches and cleaned them. My wife was very happy with their work. Busy location means they do good work. I will use them again for dry cleaning or alterations.

I had two pair of pants shortened. They were ready for me to pick up exactly when they said they would be. They had been pressed and ready to wear. I brought in my sons suit to be pressed and they originally told me it would be ready Thurs. I got a text Wed. saying it was ready. They were very nice at the counter and personable. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them from now on.

I was not told it’s an extra fee to dry clean my pearl snap buttons until I was there to pick up. $50 for 10 items. Ironing and starching came out nice. Would have been 5 stars if I was t surprised by the extra fees. I don’t like surprises that cost me money.

I have used Lapels services for a few years now and they have done quality work and do there very best to accommodate you as they did me yesterday!! I called in to see if I was even close to the time to the drop off time for a 1 day service, as it was late already and Jerry answered the phone and said he would wait and he did. They also texted me at around 2:00pm to let me know they were ready for pick up knowing we were leaving that evening. There delivery services have been on time and with everything coming back!! Very good company and friendly staff! You won’t be disappointed. Pleasure to do business with this company.

I searched Google for a place close to me that did same day dry cleaning. I’m so thankful to have been directed to Lapels. They accommodated my requests and finished earlier than expected. I’m so satisfied with their service and will continue to use them for my dry cleaning needs.

After reading positive reviews for Linda at Lapels, I decided to give her services a try. Linda was very welcoming, friendly and professional. She added a sheer piece of material to the cleavage area of an evening gown for me. The alteration was completed in less than a week and for a reasonable price of $25.00. I will defiantly come back for all my future alterations.

Front Desk associate was eagerly rushing my check-in and registered the incorrect account. I called the next day to resolve upon notice and she continuously cut me off with her excuses. Upon picking up my order, the same asscociaye could not find my order because she never corrected the order. Very disappointed with this experience. To top it all off, my items did not look cleaned, at least not to their usual standards. Disappointing experience overall.

Great Job on shortening and taking some things in, Turnaround time was less than a week and that was because I did not need it in a rush. They sent me a reminder that it was ready for pick up .Also has a dress dry cleaned . I could not have asked for a more professional courteous service and it was very reasonably priced.

I took my dress to get hemmed, they said it would be about 2 weeks no big deal but when the date came and I was not contacted I called they said tomorrow then the next day same thing and they said we guaranteed it will be ready and then one more time was told Monday , very unprofessional will not be using them again

I asked if there would be creases down the arms. (I do not want a crease down the arm). She even confirmed with some guy in the back that there would not be creases and hand pressed is the best. She warned it would be expensive. I explained I was ok with price as long as the work was quality.Went to pick up shirts. Not the best job possible! Not even close. Different young woman at counter agreed it was not a great job and offered to redo them. She told me I do not want hand pressed, I want laundered for the best quality. Laundered is also a lot cheaper. I Reluctantly agreed to the laundered option redo after questioning the logic of the cheaper service being best and also questioning what I was told by the previous young counter girl. I was told I had to pay for the labor already done $11.90 before a redo could be done. I questioned what sense it made to pay for the more expensive service that was unsatisfactory before having the shirts redone in the cheaper service. I was told she would make note and I may be able to get a refund from the manager.Called manager Jerry to explain my difficulties to date. He was very apologetic and explained that you cant expect much from teenagers for $10 an hour. He assured me he would take care of the situation personally.Went to pick up shirts. Even worse! Told young man to leave shirts for the manager Jerry to inspect.Received voice mail from manager Jerry. It is the best they can do for $2. If I am unhappy he can give me a refund.Returned call to manager Jerry. Explained it was $11.90 NOT $2. Requested refund.Picked up shirts. Told no charge. Explained actually I was expecting refund. Told I can talk to manager.4 trips to Lapels. 1 phone call. 2 voice mails. $11.90.I think the photos really sum it up.

I needed a full body suit costume’s mask switched and changed into another mask. Linda made the alterations and it is absolutely perfect. And better yet only after 2 days when she gave me a 5 day estimat, so I’ll have it for Halloween. She is great at what she does. I’ll be using her soon.

Lapels is a godsend. With all of the stress of work and kids, I don’t have to worry about picking up or dropping off dry cleaning. Their prices are great, and all I have to do is put a bag on the front porch for easy pick up. A few days later my clothes come back hanging on my front door. I am new to the area and tried Lapel’s based on reviews in Nextdoor. Once again, my neighbors are on the money. This place is fantastic! My dry cleaning order was completed early, they sent an email to let me know it was ready and the amount due. The pricing was reasonable and most importantly, the work was excellent. This is my new dry cleaner!

I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned (I got it second hand and it had been worn in a garden the first time). It had stains and black all around the hem. They not only got every stain out but the service was impeccable. They were finished in half the time they quoted me and when I came to pick it up they had obviously taken great care with it. And to top it all off they allowed me to get in on their current promotional pricing. I would definitely recommend this business and will be returning for other dry cleaning needs. They also have an onsite tailor!

Was in town visiting and needed a formal dress cleaned same day. Called in and had wonderful customer service, brought it in at 8 am and had it ready for me by 3 pm very happy with my experience.

I brought a curtain in that I accidentally stained with bleach. Needless to say, my wife was not pleased. I called and talked to the seamstress Linda and explained the damage... and my wife’s displeasure. I asked her if she could “get me out of the dog house”. She was a pleasure to deal with and fixed it in a day. My wife was thrilled with the results and all is well in our house again. (except I’m not allowed to touch the bleach anymore). I highly recommend Linda’s services!

I made very specific requests that the sleeves on my shirts need one crease, not multiple. Every time I picked up my shirts, they were double creased. Needed to wear a shirt the next day for work and they were unable to redo the shirt that day. On top of that, made me pay for the service. I will never take anything there again. Certain front desk employees are rude and could care less about their customers. Seems they forget that good customer service is how you retain your clients.

This was my first visit to Lapels. The staff was friendly both on the phone and in person as I inquired about cleaning a 45 year old letter mens jacket! The staff took the time to explain the process and provided a time frame for the service. The facility is clean and the location is convenient.

I brought a jacket in that had some unknown substance on the sleeve that I got at work.Unfortunately when they tried to clean it the sleeve disenadgrarted. Got a call from the owner and he said he had never had that happen before. Was not charged and when I brought it home to show my wife she said the same thing happened to my shirt that I was wearing that day. I now have a great Zombie jacket for Halloween and will bring all my future dry cleaning needs to Lapels!

Udate: I was very impressed with the follow through and resolution of my concerns from Lapels. I have been assured thatI can get an exact piece count and price quote with no hassle from now on. Let me start by saying the quality of their work is good. My frustration is with their inconsistency in their pricing and poor customer service. They expect you to just drop off your clothes in a bag and wont go over your order and give you a price. If you try to count your items at the counter, the older woman that works there gets very impatient and frustrated. Every single time I have brought in my order, its a different amount for the same items with no explanation as to why. Today I paid over $17 dollars for 4 mens dress shirts. I decided to call the store to ask what their rates are. They said $2.75 per shirt. Thats obviously way less than what I just paid. And its different each time. They should review your order and items, print you out a claim slip with a price on it so everyone is on the same page about how many items you dropped off and what the charges are.

I was needed a place for same day service and searched for somewhere near home/work. I called and spoke to Jerry the manager and he was very professional, informative and very polite. I went right over and they took great care of me. The staff was very courteous, professional and very patient.(I think the clerk I worked with was Janet) I received an email when my items were ready and they were ready ahead of time. It is great to find good business people. I will definitely patronize this business more often!

The price is competitive BUT the quality is first-class and better than I have experienced. Clothes are expensive; replacing clothes is expensive - so finding a dry cleaner that demonstrates quality should be every patrons primary objective.

I took my chunky wools knit throw blanket to get dry cleaned at Lapels to help stop the shedding. I thought it would be a good option because Labels is green and there products wouldn’t be hard on the wool. However, when I got home and unfolded my blanket there was a huge hole in the middle of it. There was no mention of this when I picked it up. Highly disappointed.
