This place is AMAZING! After visiting for the first time, my boyfriend asked if we could go back the next day because HE wanted to visit again. And he hates shopping. This place has everything you can think of and the prices are beyond reasonable. I also love how the store is organized by departments but also by holidays/themes which makes shopping for something specific very easy.

It was okay here. There are some great deals but then there is a lot of overpriced items as well. They have a wide selection of really anything decor/furniture wise you could think of. My opinion would be to do some research on bigger purchases first before purchasing it here. You may be able to find something similar and a bit less expensive somewhere else.

Not fond of big warehouse type stores for home furnishings HOWEVER, patio and outside seating and Decor’…..This place is it!!!! Ive been shopping for a month at local places and nothing! Looking for middle of road pricing, but nice! OMG this store had it all. Kept changing mind…. Now im confused 😎😎. Actually came home, revisited in my yard with photos I took and going back in morning to buy!BTW for Holiday decor this place is on top!!!

If you cannot find it here, it doesn’t exist. There are SO many options for home decoration here from modern to retro. The prices are exceptional and you really can afford to change your decor as often as you’d like. The staff was excellent and even on Black Friday the line went very quickly. Just make sure you have lots of time to shop, you can easily spend hours here.

They have everything you can imagine under one roof. Soooo much stuff. Great selections. Good quality products. Friendly staff.

At Home is a cool place to walk around and get decor ideas. As someone else mentioned, it does have a Big Lots feel to it. One gripe Ive noticed in many locations is that there are a decent amount of employees, but only ever one cashier. I called this location the other day to ask about their mask policy. I was informed that they encourage but do not require masks to be worn. This was a disappointment and it will keep me from the store unfortunately. Im sure this company wont be hurting without my business but I thought Id share just in case anyone else was curious about their policy.

We spent some time window shopping here today to get ideas for how we want to decorate our new home. Its a nice store. Big, and lots of variety! We found a few things we want to come back for.

Lots of decor items in 1 place. You can buy patio tables or paintings. They also have a seasonal area that changes for each holiday.

Great store! Lots of merchandise; wide variety. Overall pricing is good. I was disappointed with their window treatment section: only half a section of curtains/drapes to choose from! Employees were friendly.

This place smells like basic bish...But I did get a wind chime here. Overall, if you can find something on sale, it might be worth it, otherwise its overprices and mass produced. This place gives off hard core chevron vibes.Its not for me, as I go in there from time to time when I need something for my place.. but very seldom do I leave buying anything. I think Ive gotten something once. Better deals at Homegoods (which is also very mass produced, but has less of the chevron vibes).

Every location seems exactly the same to me, and I love all of them. I always leave with more than I came for, but my house looks awesome.

If you do buy here, NEVER opt to use the delivery service.Just had an extremely horrible experience with the delivery support team. Spoke to a woman by the name of Isabella who should never be allowed to speak with customers. I informed her that I got an email from them this morning that delivery was scheduled at 10:07AM and I had been at home waiting for an hour and I have not heard from anyone. She replied with, “we got your order at 10:00AM and need to schedule your delivery”. Obviously, I was upset because I took time off work to sit at home and wait due to the email stating my delivery was scheduled. Her response, “maybe, I don’t understand English very well”. Told her to cancel my order and connect me with management. She said there was nobody on the leadership team available to talk to me and somebody would call me back. When asked when I can expect the call her response was “I am not sure”. Throughout the conversation, no apology for the incorrect email, my wasted time, or inconvenience of holding on the phone for half an hour.

Lots of good stuff. You have to sort of look for the deals but they’re there. They respectfully ask all customers to wear a mask, but don’t require it which is great!

Amazing! The deals here are fantastic. We got all of our decorations and rugs from here. Our kid’s rooms are furnished totally from here. My wife and I can spend hours and hours in here going down each aisle. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I love this place. We will come back always!

Lots of inexpensive (cheap) stuff for your home and yard. Most items seem to be made in China, which is a real turn off for me. Personal I would rather spend a little more money and buy American goods.

It was good, the selection was limited but that was probably because of them being in between seasons. Definitely had all the home decor you could imagine but dont go there for electric kitchen appliances.

Store didn’t take down their signs which is very confusing. Said buy one get one 50% off. When asking the cashier about it she wouldn’t answer my questions and just repeatedly said the system didn’t acknowledge the sale anymore. The store manager looked vaguely and then said he didn’t see the signs. I walked back and grabbed the sign which was easy to find and handed it to the cashier who took it and wouldn’t respond again. Take down your signs if the sale is no longer, it’s very confusing. I won’t be shopping this store anymore after the rude experience with the customer service.

Went there to buy a framed art piece that we saw a week earlier marked 50% off. Frame had several chips and art was scratched. At checkout because the tag was now missing we told the clerk who called management who refused to sell it at anything but full price even though the damage was evident

Worst customer service ever. We went to eeturn an item that we had purchased from The Home store (Gilbert,AZ) along with our receipt. The item was $40 per my receipt. The store would only refund 1/2 the price ($20) because at some point the price was lower. I explained that I had clearly purchased the item for $40 and I expected a full refund. Again, they refused. 😖

At Home has a wide variety of items. Tons of holiday and everyday decorating items. The problem is the checkout process. When I checked out there was only one person ahead of me, and one cashier. Actually there were two cashiers, but one left when she completed the transaction she was handling when I got in lineI stood in line for more than 10 minutes, trying to purchase one item, while my friends were waiting. I ended up leaving the item on the counter.

This place is like Target. “I’m only going to get one thing”. Gets all the things. 🙃

This store is not always stocked very well. I often find that theres lots of completely empty aisles or that some of the merchandise is damaged. I only come to this At home store if I want something specific and Ive checked online that its in stock, otherwise if Im browsing Ill go to the newer Gilbert location.

If you plan to walk around and window shop wear comfy shoes and give yourself time.They often have BOGO sales, hit item sales and clearance for bargain hunters.Overall process line up with Target and Walmart.

Huge selection of picture frames. Plenty of things that decorate a home. I was hoping to see more functional and practical items (usable bedroom furniture) but did not find anything like that. I do realize that people enjoy the more decorative things, so this is your place if you want to fill your house with pretty things.
