Why did it take me forever to know about this place? Decent prices, family-run local business, and absolutely fantastic, friendly service! This will be my go-to spot for balloons from now on.

We needed 6 large balloon bouquets for a banquet, but had a small budget and short turnaround. Andrew was so kind and helpful taking time to meet with us and show us several design options. He also made suggestions to help us figure out the best options for our banquet. On the day of the event, Bubbles of Joy delivered our balloons well before the banquet started, set them up and they were exactly what we wanted! Thank you so much Andrew! Bubbles of Joy is the best!

Awesome experience! The owner is personable & goes above and beyond. The balloons I purchased three days ago (with hi-float) are still going strong. They usually fall the next day when Ive purchased from Party City. I will be supporting them for all of my balloon needs.

Covid has ruined alot good things this year. Not so much, here. You will get knowledgeable and wonderful service from this business run by compassionate and honest human beings. My review is a little late, given that the service they rendered for me and my friends was in June. But you honestly cant beat the prices, treatment, and level of knowledge received here. The people that own this business have been doing it for generations. Anything you could possibly need can be found here. Any questions you could ever have will be answered by their incredibly knowledgeable staff. I will never go anywhere else. Lifetime customer here! Do not go to groceries or mainstream businesses (party city, cough) for your party and balloon needs, you will 100% be wasting your time and money. Cant reccomend this business enough! When youre here, youre family.

So glad I didnt waste my money here. I drove 15 minutes to get to this store to have 30 balloons filled up for a baby shower I was throwing the next day. Unfortunately the gentleman working the counter didnt want my business because I arrived 10 minutes BEFORE closing. Luckily Walmart sells a helium tank that fills 30 balloons and it ended up being five dollars cheaper!

Great customer service, especially during this pandemic :)Due to social distancing my husband and I knew we wouldnt be able to celebrate our grandsons 5th birthday with him. We surprised him with a bouquet of balloons. Owner Adam took my order over the phone and sold me on having a cute bear attached to the balloons. Turned out to be a great suggestion! My grandson loved the bear (and balloons), giving him a name straight away Beary. Thanks Adam!

Seriously the best place to buy balloons and rent a helium tank!!! I needed balloons and a helium tank for my daughters birthday party. I cant stand dealing with party city because of their expensive prices and lack of options and service. I looked online at Bubbles of Joy and they seemed to have what I needed at a better price. I was blown away by the best customer service I may have ever received!!! The owner was such a nice guy and was so helpful and kind. I wanted rainbow balloons but more shades than the typical ROYGBP. He let me pick out all the different shades I wanted. He even gave me a quick lesson on the most efficient way to blow up the balloon, tie it, and attach the string. He never made me feel rushed or unimportant. The balloons added the finishing touch to a wonderful party!! I will be going back to them in December for my twins first birthday!!!

Life savers. When all the other balloon suppliers were out of the balloon I needed they had 3 for me. Tucked in the very back of the business complex, they were easy to find with the plastic balloons bobbing merrily outside their door. They do balloon decor and sell helium now. The costume and makeup side of the business was sold and can be found at the old location by Fiesta Mall.

So I was looking for brown balloons to decorate for my boyfriends birthday (a joke in The Office) and they were the only store had them! However, thats not why Im eating them 5 stars, the woman that answered the phone when I called (think her name was Joy?) was so kind and quick to help me. When I arrived I was helped literally within seconds and the man that helped me was so nice! If you have any balloon needs come here for the customer service.

They are priced better than party city. We used them for my sons birthday normally we use party city and half our balloons pop in the way home. The employees of bubbles of joy are professional and knowledgeable, they provide awesome service and Their product is high quality. Their balloons were so much thicker and lasted long and looked beautiful for our event!!

Bubbles Of Joy were so incredibly helpful for a huge charity event our Miracle Ryker Foundation! They got there exactly when they said they would & made the whole feel of the event so much more fun! I’m so glad I found this company! I will definitely be using them again!

I am extremely disappointed I paid a lot of money for single balloons, delivered to my event I specifically asked for metallic chrome gold balloons, and what I received was yellowish see through balloons. That is not the definition of gold chrome metallic!

You could find better customer service at a walmart and I feel like thats being generous. I asked if I could try a wig on one lady said yes and then another approached and said no youre not couldnt She was extremely rude, I was not greeted in any friendly manner but pure hostility which prompted me to walk straight out the door. No eager and happy customer deserves to be treated as rudely as I wax

So I just heard that there is a helium shortage so I hope this place is going to do OK. You never know when you will need a balloon.They should have a T-shirt here with a balloon on it that says “ life blows”

Was not made aware nor did it say it in my paperwork that the balloons only last 8 hours. Filled 40 the night before and the very next morning ALL balloons had gone down. Very disappointed.Reason for 2 starts is because the tank actually filled another 25 balloons that next morning.
