Trevor did an amazing job servicing my 2015 Honda CRV. I didn’t make any appointment but they got me in right away. I thought I needed my brakes checked since they were squeaking but they said the pads still looked great and suggested maybe just needed to be cleaned. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency in doing business. Overall really great service and a very happy customer!

James, the Shop Manager at the 4027 S. Gilbert Rd. Jackson’s Total Car Care, is a great credit to his workplace! He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and customer-oriented! I was self-servicing my tires to put air in them when my car began displaying a bizarre and obscure problem. The gear shift would move but my car would not come out of Park. I called a tow truck (the wait would be 2 hours) and put on my hazard lights. James saw this and came out to see if he could help. I described the situation and mentioned I was worried about not being able to put the car in Neutral to prepare it for towing. James kindly began to look at the car and managed to get it into Neutral though the car still had something definitely wrong with it. When I thanked him and returned to waiting for the tow truck, James came back and suggested we test a theory he had that could provide a quick fix. Sure enough, he found the problem - a mechanical failure between the gear shift and the shifting cable. He said it would be a simple fix with the right part, so I agreed to let him order the part for the next business day at which time it would only require him a few minutes to install it (I’ll get an estimate for the total cost then).. He even managed to implement a temporary fix so I could cancel the tow truck and drive home in the mean time. This saved me the hassle of waiting for the tow truck and the hassle of staring this process over again with other auto shops that aren’t open until Monday. I look forward to finishing this transaction with James and will look to Jackson’s as a great option for auto repair that is open on the weekends. Thanks again James!

Scheduled my $199 interior car detail appointment several days in advance. Car was not that dirty, windows needed cleaned, etc. I was told it would take about 3 hours. Showed up at scheduled time, they took my car, said it wasn’t that dirty. I called 5 hours later and was told that “they just finished the detail”. Showed up an hour later, my car was still inside the detail garage, stuck in front of 2 cars, not being worked on. They then said they needed to clean the windows. Spent about 2 mins “cleaning” the windows. My windows looked worse than they did before I dropped it off. The seats were clean, but would not recommend paying $200 when they couldn’t even clean the windows.

Excellent experience. I have a soft top convertible and the owner immediately quoted me the price for a full hand wash. The attendants were kind and thorough. My car looks as good as it ever has and it only took about 30 minutes. The lobby is spacious and there are plenty of drinks and snacks and other things to look at. I will definitely be back to Jackson’s in the future.

Told me 2 hours for a detail, waited 4 hours going on 5 outside with my infant while I saw my car just sit and not be worked on. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to call to get an update, with a crying baby and no car. And my car looked horrible. I doubt they even washed it. Offered no discount just excuses.

James did an excellent job Tuning up my 2008 Dodge Challenger, which included a Diag of the Check Engine Light. He also performed all the necessary work needed to remove the codes that came up on the Diag. The car ran great after the repairs. He also did a Diag with another tech whose name I cant remember on my 2019 Ram 1500 truck. Trevor has also assisted me on service for my vehicles On the wash and detail side of the business, I get great service and attention from Mathew, Tyrone, john, Mario, Jeremy and all the rest of the employees at Jacksons. Did you know the back of your vehicle is prepped before the wash? Not many do this and your vehicle is still dirty when you get done. I’m really happy with their service and how they always give back to keep you coming back as well.

Asked for a hand wash on my week old stinger, they sent it through the tunnel anyways. Poor attention to detail.

I left my vehicle there for a full service, and when I picked it up one of the windshield wipers was missing. None of the employees mentioned anything to me even I know they saw it because they had to clean the windshield. I decided not to say anything and replaced the wipers for $70.00. Then recently when it rained, I discovered my windshield motor was jammed. Apparently Jackson had put my vehicle through the wash with my windshield wipers still on automatic. So I called Jackson and I guess it is my responsibility to make sure that everything is off. All the other carwash places I’ve been to in the past, they always turned it off for me. So it cost me 400.00 for a new windshield motor. That was one hell of a car wash. I’ve canceled my monthly membership. Ladies: make sure you turn your windshield wipers off if you take your vehicle to Jackson!!

I am super disappointed in the car wash I received. My husband and I took both our cars in for an oil change and car wash. We spent over $220. We upgraded our car wash to the VIP selection. I was annoyed first of all because of all the up selling they tried to do but I get it, it’s their job.Then I was VERY UPSET when I got home and looked in the backseat of my car and it wasn’t touched at all. No vacuum. No wipe down. Nothing! I have a toddler so it’s very obvious it wasn’t touched at all. I am very disappointed and have no plans of ever going back there, which is a shame because it is so close to my home. How can they try to sell me a $160 detail clean when they can not even do a basic vacuum and wipe down. The notes they left (wash, scent, ETC) were still left on my window!

They did such a great job with detailing my car. My job requires that I be out in the field on a regular basis, so my car is always full of dirt, inside and out. When I got my car back, it was like new. I highly recommend Jacksons to anyone.

Jackson’s is my go-to car wash. This location has had my business for a while and they never disappoint. Their customer service is awesome, everyone always treats you nice whether it be the outside employees or the cashiers. And the work they do is great. I get the vip which is always worth the money. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for an awesome and consistent wash.

It was fast which was nice but after they were done I ended up having to vacuum it all myself, wipe it down, and the windows were still super dirty. Just frustrating

I used to like this location but service has become horribly bad. The people that greet you seem to be on commissioned sales when you arrive. I get really tired of saying no continuously when all I want is to get my car washed. In addition to this, last time I went there was quite a bit of socializing by the staff when drying the vehicles. I understand this will occur but it took forever to get my vehicle dried even though it was out of the car wash before 3 other cars that were dried before mine and the customers left. Due to the amount of socializing going on my left rear window was sprayed three times and dried by the same person as he was very involved in his conversation with his co-worker and not too concerned about drying my car. I have gone to the Tempe location because there I am not being bombarded with sale pitches and the employees actually know the concept of work. Too bad this location is not worth going to anymore as it is close to my house so I now need to find another car wash to go to for my cars.

Their vacuums work great, I recommend the shine car wash if you want to go the express route. The guys at Jackson’s car wash were very professional and helpful. This was all even before I accidentally vacuumed up a diamond earring, and Mike and Ernie helped me quickly retrieve it. I will be back to get an oil change soon!

I was really impressed right from the start. I asked for the Basic Car Wash and there was no attempt to upsell to a more expensive one. My windshield was mentioned (I expected that because it has some dings) but, again, no pressure when I declined. My car was super clean (inside and out) when they finished, so much so that when I came out of the grocery store later in the day and walked to my car, I wasnt sure it was mine. Looks brand new! Ill definitely be back.

Didnt fill up truck like I asked multiple times, spent $200 on detail and they neglected to wash truck bed the first time and had to remind them. But besides the poor communication did a fantastic job when they were finally done.

Worst car wash ever! Wish I could give 0 stars. I keep my car pretty clean, just dust and some crumbs build up over time. Told them I was selling my car and just wanted a really great wash. I got the ultimate car wash their best available ($40) and the inside was barely cleaned! It looks the same as when I dropped it off. They didnt wipe anything down. It honestly looks like they just put it the wash in the outise and called it good. Do not go here. Posted are the pictures after I picked it up (took them 20 minutes to do the car by the way... I feel like all that described in the ultimate wash it should have taken way longer)

Everyone’s really nice inside the gas station. They all make their regular customers feel like long time friends and family honestly. Oh and they’re really nice about masks. They tell you politely to wear one. They don’t demand and belittle you publicly like some places have. Jackson’s is great.

Had a monthly pass. Brought it in for a VIP wash, which includes the vacuum. Service adviser came in after 20 minutes and told me it was taking them too long to vacuum and wanted me to pay for a detailing. He said it would take 2 hours, and I told him I didnt have that amount of time and just to finish the vacuuming. He came back in 10 minutes later and said he would put more people on it and then they could get it done in an hour. I agreed, my mistake. More than 2 hours later I am still waiting for them to finish the detail. Ive missed appointments I had. I cancelled my monthly pass and will never come back here again. Be cautious about their promises. They will say whatever they need to in order to get your money, then just do whatever they want.

I usually go to the the one on Market Street they know what they are doing. I decided to give this one a shot big mistake I was the first of 5 cars to pull up yet my car was the last one to get worked on I dropped it off Ive been waiting here two hours and not once have I seen my car go through the tunnel I will definitely be calling corporate about this location Im about to spend 300 dollars and this is how they do it unbelievable

Spent 119.00 on truck. Couldnt even get inside cleaned. Salesman swore up and down they would beat cobblestone by far. Maybe 5% better. Paid for floor mats and they still didnt get clean. Went back to sales guy and had to listen to the sales guy and wash guy argue. Finally I leftDONT waist time and $$$

I will caution everyone to avoid this place if you care for your vehicles paint. We paid for a hand wash on our car today due to not wanting the automated brushes to scratch the ceramic coating we had applied to help protect the paint. Well, after paying for the $50 hand wash, we caught the car being run through the automated wash... So word to the wise, dont pay for a hand wash, cause theyll just run it through the automated wash anyways and ruin your paint. They dont care.Edit: this is after picking up the car from the hand wash. Also note, they may just leave the markings they put on the window so you can review them after the wash to see everything you paid for. They are willing to wipe it off after you ask them to though....

I went to Jacksons very early in the morning thinking they might not be open yet. Well they were, and I was greated by extremely friendly people much to my surprise. I dont find very many places around here with friendly faces! Everyone was polite, and took care of me promtly. When my car got out of the wash and to the dry zone I noticed that they were prety busy for early in the morning and thought I might have to wait. Then I saw a manager type start drying and finishing up my car. He looked like he was treating it as his own. When he as almost done an employee finished it up ! My SUV is large and they did a fantastic job! I highly reccomend anyone in need of a good car or truck cleaning to check them out! Their specials are great too and there is one day a week where you can get a super bargain but ill let you find that day!

Normally I have good services. But one of the gentlemen at the drying off station was rude and unprofessional. When ask a simple question regarding what I thought I paid for regarding tire shine. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was an black eye to this companys brand. Other customers were looking at how he responded to me. VeryDistasteful. I complained to the supervisor regarding this particular gentlemen. Its a bummer because I normally get great service from them. One bad apple can spoil th whole bunch and the customer experience. Very disappointed.

Paid 25.00 for a carwash that didn’t really happen. they did not get my car cleaned and left so many dirty spots it was unbelievable. i called to tell them and they had me come in the next day and the exact same places they did not clean were again missed. spoke to manager and he said he would personally train them how to clean my car if i brought it back again. not only did he not do so but this time i pointed out all the missed spots and guess what again the same places were not cleaned. worst place ever, horrible customer service and i could’ve done a better job in my driveway for free. dont waste your money coming here

Just had a car wash the VIP, they did a great job, Ive been here before but this was the best they have ever cleaned my car. I was impressed. Anthony the Facilities Manager was very courteous. I recommend this car wash place and I will continue to keep coming!

I usually go to this car wash, but the last few times have been disappointing. I have given this location multiple chances but there has always been something left over. The dash not wiped, the windows halfway done, the leather conditioning not applied... this time was the last chance due to the pushy salesman trying to sell me a deep clean and the condition of the car. There was still bird droppings left on my car and the doors still dirty. Will unfortunate start looking for a new car wash.

When 2 black shirts work on your car and when theyre done you have to ask that the center consoles be blown out because it clearly wasnt at all, the employee you ask tells me I shouldnt have had a cup in there.... there was no cup, its just not a good look when the black shirts cant do a basic quality thing thats included in the wash you purchased. I might have more leniency if it was 2 regular employees but when managers cant even get it right.. smh the inside was pretty much an afterthought they just slapped some armor all on the dash and called it done even though it was clearly still dusty. I guess half price Wednesday means half quality too

Ive been a regular here for six years. Im someone who is at greater risk of death from covid due to pre existing conditions and I manage a company in the area and today a cashier and a car wash person were not wearing masks. The car was employee stood right next to me getting his drink, no social distancijg and 5he cashier had his nose hanging out. Ill be filing with the state if I dont receive a response to this.Side note, Meg and all the women that work there have always been extremely professional and kind. No problems whatsoever in the last 6 years.

Its fast and there are employees around to assist with the process. The dryer could run a bit slower as there was a dair amount of water on the windows. Well just take a towel with is for next time. They have a monthly membership that is reasonable if you go there often.

Dec 14 th Came back today and this time they didnt clean the back outside of my jeep went in and talked with the manager he said sorry and thats about it and wont give a refund please dont go here anymore terrible service.. need to report to better business for service they are the worst in the valley

Zak helped me out today and was fantastic. I have a large truck that will not fit through any automatic wash in town. He coordinated the entire wash with ease and the tuck looks fantastic, couldnt be more happy with the experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been coming to Jackson’s car wash for a long time and they always get the car clean. They have good attention to detail and if they missed something you can point it out and they will go over it again to make sure you are satisfied with you clean.

No matter the cost u get the same car wash. Ur people dont even care about doing a good job. They just want to get ur car out of there. And then I didnt even ask for a membership and all of a sudden Im being charged a monthly. I already cancelled hopefully I dont get charged again

From the clean and detailed work on my vehicles to being greeted by Sarahs bright smile and down to earth sense of humor! Its always a pleasure to stop by for a quality car wash and leave with smile. I don’t get full details of my car very often because I can not afford it. But I know if I go to Jackson’s I’ll get my moneys worth. Today that was not the case. I paid $299 for my full detail, and then for some reason they charged me $30 for a car wash with my oil change? They didn’t touch my trunk, or actually detail the inside and there were bugs still covering my front bumper. We went and very professionally and nicely talked to the manager Matt, and he was great. Sent out his detail manager to vacuum my trunk, and he wiped off the bugs on my front bumper. But that was it.there was no communication on me over paying or why I paid for two car washes. I feel kinda taken advantage of since I don’t know much about cars.

Jose and Gabe were super helpful today! They were professional, valued me a customer and provided a few laughs too. I have a white car that gets dirty pretty often and requires more visits to the car wash. Gabe and Jose got me a great deal on monthly fast pass which allows me unlimited visits to the car wash and even some add ons for a discounted rate. I highly recommend coming to this car wash and this location. Ask for Jose or Gabe they’ll make sure to take care of you!

I am/was at the Gilbert Rd in Gilbert Az this morning, and was disappointed to see maybe half of the staff were wearing masks, none who were doing the interiors had then on at all! I feel like I need to disinfect my interior after I paid to have it cleaned. There is a law in place and it seems irrelevant, will not return until the pandemic is over, Theranos no excuse to not wear a mask..must simple and shows you care about your clients.Also there were not enough works to carry the work load my car was completely dry before they shammied it so there are spots. So I paid for a exteriro rinse, water spots and interior clean and i get to disinfect my car afterwards...

What a waste of money, gave this place two chances and paid for vip washes and this is what I get.... a window half washed and my trunk still with birdshit right on the hood. Tried to get a car wash for the first time in months. I normally go to cobblestone as it’s close to my home but when I pulled in saw that nobody was wearing a mask!!! Same with Jackson. How can you say you are committed to safety of workers and patrons when you won’t even require them to wear masks? I wont be to either establishment until you do. Asymptotic people can spread this stuff when unmasked. Please change you position!

I have a lowered car that unfortunately would of hit the guides that go through the wash. They immediately offered to have me pull to the side and hand wash my car. A team member named Josh cleaned my car by hand and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back

RUINED my Paint on Driver Side Door...The salesman who got me to buy the Detail job was REALLY good and slick, so one star for good salesmanship.Negative 4 stars for doing a terrible job on the 3 stage Paint Treatment. I dont think they even tried to treat the paint. They ruined the paint on the driver side and probably said oh shi* and stopped doing everything.I had some adhesive on my door that I asked if they could get off and they tore the gloss/paint off trying, and then tried to blame me for the gloss coming off. Saying the adhesive didnt mix well with the solvent. The adhesive was on both doors, but they only ripped it off of one side. Their excuse didnt match up because it ripped one side off and not the other.I DIDNT WANT AN EXCUSE, or even an apology, I just wanted them to say Shi* happens, and were gonna get this fixed thats all I wanted. But they didnt they gave me a sorry excuse and a piece of paper. Now I have to contact Corporate and try to file a claim.I HATE writing bad reviews, especially because some of the guys there were working really hard.IF corporate HELPS ME by paying for the damages and refunds me for the detail (because they obviously didnt treat my paint). I will be squared and update my review telling everyone that Jacksons made things right and that they are alright people in my book. I know mistakes happen and I dont care why or how it happened, I just want this to to be rectified, thats all I want, really, please just make things right, I filed the claim per the little piece of papers instructions.Until then Im just salty.

I road tripped from illinois to visit family and decided to wash the salt/muck off my vehicle at this location. A team member named Trey was extremely professional going the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was perfectly clean of all the salt and dirt from the trip. I was very satisfied with the ultimate wash package. If I lived in the area Id definitely come back again!

I showed up on Monday April 5th 2021 at around 10 a.m. There were a couple of cars, I moved up to the vacuum area and waited. The attendant would come by and say Ill be with you shortly. He continued to tell me that while taking care of other customers that arrived after I did, he did this twice. I left. Ive used them for oil changes, waxes, etc. for years, not anymore.

I had just purchased a used vehicle the day before. It was dusty still so I wanted a wash and wax. I paid for the ultimate...40 dollars. Upon my arrival home , not only did it looked like they waxed my windows, the tape residue remained on the window from the information paper from the dealer. I felt like I wasted money and did not trust I got what I paid for. When it comes to my money, I dont do second chances. I think the stress of that is unfair to me and people proving they can do better. I will not recommend this place to others and I will not be back. I will not be contacting anyone, Ive presented my disappointment in this review. One good thing isTyrone was pleasant.

This is my Favorite Car Wash and the Only Car Wash I will come to due to the Great Service and Great Prices Highly Recommended.
