Amazing service! Super friendly each time I’ve been in and film developing and scanning is very high quality and fast (~1 week turnover). I get the scans emailed, and I’m able to get my negatives back whenever which is very convenient.

Do not bring your black and white film here for processing. They don’t even do it on premises anyway. They sent my film off to an outside source and they botched all five rolls of b&w 35mm that I shot in Egypt. I was told a three week turnaround which ended up being almost three months. They gave me replacement rolls and apologized which is appreciated, but this was a major blunder. Inexcusable.

Horrible customer service. They said it will take 8 weeks to transfer my vhs tapes to dvds. I turned it in ,in march. I went in may , nothing was ready. And, they didnt have the nerve to call me and tell me, that its going to be longer than 8 weeks. And, they tried to blame me, for coming in early. Whoever the manager was, said some other customers parents died and they to transfer their videos 1st. Like how is that my problem..... i took my tapes back. I wasted 8 weeks waiting to watch my mom on my dvd. And i was so disappointed.

I needed some vintage slides scanned for prints. The work they did was superb. It turned out better than I could have expected.

I have had Allied print many items throughout the years and they turn out wonderful and are priced very well. They do film developing as well and it seems can transfer any media type to digital. A true gem in Germantown.

They do excellent work! Its my go to place for printing photos as well as any photo projects. Great quality!

Andy helped me out with some modeling comps and helped me get the correct format to print up by walking me step by step. He is awesome and provides excellent customer service.

Allied just helped me out of a jam. They could have charged me an arm and a leg for what i needed and when how fast I needed it, but they didnt. They were more than fair and the service was excellent. Thanks!
