Probably a great store overall. but for printing i’ll go to the other stores

Yesterday, I went to Staples at Germantown to get some pictures printed. The staff member who helped me, Andrew Fletcher was really nice. He helped me with everything I needed by doing efficient work. I extremely appreciated his kindness, patience and respectfulness.

The staff at this location provide good, old fashioned customer service. I visit this Staples at least once a week and am never disappointed. If they do not have what I am looking for, the staff ALWAYS provides suggestions to help with my needs. They are friendly, patient with my many questions and always helpful!

They do not sell the $200 Mastercard Gift card. In their ADs, they have promon on this product. However, they do not sell it. Waste my time to the store.

The manager there is super cool and helpful plus I love the team.

The only reason I gave this store 2 stars was because of the young man who helped me when I was trying to select a good chair with back support for my home office. He gave me a price of $150 for the Nexus executive chair by La-Z-Boy which is normally $300. I wasnt able to get it that day, but he said there were several in stock and that I should be able to get the same price as I told him I plan to come back in a few days.When I called ahead to get the chair, someone named Don answered and said that the chair was now $180, the young man had made a mistake , and there was only one left and if I wanted one I would have to order it, as he could not give me the floor sample. Needless to say, I called the other staples on Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, and was quoted and was able to get the chair for the $150 that the other young man had promised. Oh well, your loss, the other stores gain.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.As a small business owner, I have printed documents NUMEROUS times at other Staples locally and never have I ever had an issue until I went to the Staples in Germantown Maryland. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to give me a place in which I can email my documents, and an estimate time on how long it will take to get them printed! Especially when I call first thing in the morning when they open! It took over 30 minutes to get simple information!! I specially asked to get documents printed on card stock and was rudely told “ print it out yourself” and then when asked to speak to the manger “Andrew” told me to “go to another staples”. Worst customer service ever!! Will never go here again.

So online pickup is a 30 min process depending who is working the shift. Please do not come in on a Friday horrible experience. Any other day it is great.

Great selection good prices staff was very helpful store was clean. Little or no waiting transactions were quick and safe

This store is good but I just do not like Staples way in treating customers. Everytime I placed an online order, they cancelled my order with some wired reasons. I had to come to the store to make a purchase. Why bother? We have so many other options. I will stay away from Staples. No sure how long Staples can stay in operations.

Anastasia at the copy center was great help to me.

I was at Staples today and Luis was awesome. He helped me find everything on my list. He was very patience and was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. Promotion for Luis!

The staff here were so helpful and friendly, I was able to get everything I needed with their guidance. It was nice to be in and out without a struggle.

Good place to shop. Watch the sales and get good prices. Staff friendly and helpful.

Plenty of parking. Easy to find what youre looking for. Friendly cashiers/associates.

I came here for last minute printing and the staff was incredibly helpful and helped me get my order through even though I was very pressed for time. My printing order was done expeditiously and the lady who attended me had a smile on her face the entire time. The reason I give two stars is because of how dirty and ill-lit the store was, it wasnt welcoming at all.

Some nice people, some not. Most of them dont know much about whats going on in their own store. I ordered some engineering prints and they didnt rotate the images and still tried to charge me the entire price. Most of the copy/print machines dont work and they staff dont bother to try and help. They mostly wander around and say theyre too busy to help you. I use Staples for most of my printing across the country but Ill make sure not to come back to this one. Just save yourself time and grief and go somewhere else.

My go-to location for office equipment of all kinds. Always good service and sale prices are unbeatable.

It is a usually quiet place with the employees always working but they are always eager to help you. The prices are decent, and for a home office store, you can find a lot of good products!

Every Staples Ive been to has people in the copy center that can multi task. The one working self service copier was occupied by someone struggling with sizing items. I went to the main counter and was actually told to go over to the self serve copier and wait. Granted, she was working with another customer but it literally wouldve taken her 2 seconds to throw my documents in the copier and run them. It was rude and I was blown away. A manager came by and asked if I needed help. I said yes and explained the treatment I got. I got my documents. I seriously hope they speak with the employee.

Horrendous. A computer was down at the quince orchard rd store. I spent 1hr 45 minutes trying to design a business card gave up, went home and worked for hours... the Staples page kept saying your work is auto saved and I manually saves as well. I went to order today, the work was NOT saved, needed thise cards today, i am not happy

Worst staples Ive ever been too. The one in QO is the best in the area. I picked up my online items 24 hours later. And now 2 weeks later I get a notification that my items a cancelled. Last time I was there the copy center were all noobs and couldnt do anything. This is by far the worst staples Ive ever been in.

Horrible customer service. This store has a UPS shipping center but they refuse to have the UPS scanner to scan labels just so you have pay to use their computers to print. The definition of scam.
