So I’m just gonna go down the list of problems my family has had with this specific location, most of these are part of a bigger issue though.- We ordered a new dishwasher from them, which they told us they would deliver and install, and that they’d remove the old dishwasher. They delivered it but did not install it, and they didn’t remove the old dishwasher either- when we asked why they wouldn’t install it, the guys that brought it lied and told us they couldn’t install it because our sink was leaking. I had several family members who all have years of experience as plumbers check the sink and they all said it was fine- as for why they lied and the actual reason they wouldn’t install the new dishwasher, they had brought us one that was missing several parts, which My family only found out about after a family friend tried to install the dishwasher for usComplaining to customer service or trying to call someone to get the missing parts has just lead to an endless cycle of being put on hold just to be told to call someone else, just for the next person we call to then put us on hold too. This has been going on for months and my family still doesn’t have a working dishwasher. From no to mention Home Depot still charged us the installation fee, and they even tried to charge us for “sink repairs” even though they told us that the repairs to our sink would be free and nobody ever came out to repair the sink anyways. We managed to get a refund for the installation fee and the “repairs” but only after a week or 2 of listening to their terrible hold music for several hours straight. From what I’ve experienced with this location, the main problem seems to beg the staff taking shortcuts or even outright not doing their jobs and conning customers out of their money. I’m extremely disappointed and tired of washing dishes by hand.

Apparently they close at there at their leisure. Funny thing is when I worked for home Depot for 2 years they didnt allow their associates to close when they wanted...

Very crowded. Long lines. Parking lot was too small.

Nice and helpful associates

I dont go here often but when I do go, many of the store associates do not offer help to find anything. It is a huge warehouse and the aisles are labelled, but when youre looking for something very specific, it can sometimes be difficult to find. I usually find what Im looking for. If I dont, I look for an employee to help me.
