First time checked out Tribal & Western Impressions. I live in the Chicago Metro area (born here). I have lived a short while in Texas but for a good number of years in Idaho.Gone to rodeos quite often. So,..I have dealt with buying western clothes and other western & Native American items before. Tribal Associate Nancy guided me through their website to help me order a number of products. She answered all my questions and even, right there on the spot, measured out a couple of fringed jackets to help me make the right decision. All products (including 3 western sculptures) were packed very well together and delivered quickly to my door. Manager Cheri and Nancy talked on the phone about an order of 2 vests I subsequently desired. One vest was not presently available but she arranged a quick ship of both. I am very satisfied with the quality of products and the professional services provided by the Tribal Impressions staff. Thanks, Reno (Butch)

These people do not care about bad reviews. Managers are not well trained. Ordered a hat with horsehair hatband. They shipped hat and were to follow up with hatband. Over a month now no hatband. Worst part Manager said, she didnt care. Lousy. Evident by reading other reviews..L

I just had a wonderful experience at this store. I met Cheri and her son in-law and they could not have been nicer. Very helpful. I too, have read several awful reviews and it at first made me hesitant to shop there. I have owned a small business and know you cant make everybody happy all the time. I was on the search for some new cowboy hat bands. Cheri and her son in-law greeted me warmly and I asked for the bands section and they were extremely helpful. After some small talk I finally asked what is up with all the bad reviews. She was aware and explained each one, and how yelp tried to make her pay to remove them. She said she has tried to remedy all the issues, but could not. I believe here. I am glad I made my own judgement. It is a great little store with a ton of cool western wear. One problem is that Google has their address on 8th Street it is now moved to Austin Ave.

After driving over 2 hours to get to this place I found 2 coats I liked and when I took them to the counter the lady says the price tag was wrong. it was over $100 higher. They gave the excuse that they had hired a high school boy who just put any price on things and they would not honor it but there was another one that had an imperfection that was marked down.. I shopped more and found a like coat with an imperfection on the back of it and it was clearly hand marked at the 229 price so I opted to purchase it and repair the spots on the back. But they said that price was also wrong and told me it was 389.. then checked their own website where it was 348. We were about to purchase about $1000.00 worth of goods and these people wouldnt offer any kind of price break and would not even consider honoring their marked price so we let them keep the entire 1000 dollar sale. They even said they knew there were incorrect prices on a lot of merchandise hanging in the store. The right thing to do is honor what you have marked or close the store until you have the prices corrected. I will not shop there again.

I bought a nice sombrero online which I never received. And the manager, ironically named Cheri, doesnt allow refunds. That hat was overpriced.Please let the Federal Trade Commission know about this store and its extortionist manager, and make the store give refunds to all who are returning their products. Contact them, tell them your story, put them out of business if possible. Dont buy anything from this store, just report the manager.

Placed an order with Tribal Impressions and on one of my items they were out of stock and offered me a much more expensive item for the same price. The products were quality pieces and i am very happy with there service they called me to let me know that the item was out of stock. When i called about shipping they called me back promptly with a tracking #. Thanks Sam

I went here in Person a few weeks ago. I had found them via their website. I specifically drove from Austin, to visit their store, over 35 miles. It was before 11AM when I was in there, and I was the only one in the store for about 10 minutes. There was one employee in there; I was never welcomed to the store. It was a lady, probably 40s to 50s. She never said hello, asked me if I need any help, was there anything I was looking for etc. But she never took her eyes off me, like she thought I was going to steal something. I was dressed in walking shoes, walking shorts, and a polo shirt. Not exactly looking like a thief! I made no purchase, and left, after about 10 minutes of browsing. There were a few things I would have purchased, had it not been for the total lack of customer service. They must do a heck of a mail business, as it seemed like having a customer coming into the store was an actual bother. I wont recommend this place to anyone, and I wont ever go back. There are other online stores; I can order these types of goods from. I wanted to support local businesses, even though it was 35 miles away, but not one like this......

Bought a replica gun and never got it. They arranged for freight and refused to follow up with USPS. They said that their responsibility ends when they ship the goods but since I paid for freight & product and they arrange for everything their responsibility ends when I get the material in good condition.Cheri, the store manager, was extremely rude over the phone and wouldnt let me talk.First and last time I use this store. Ill be talking to my bank to see if we can press fraud charges for an online sale that was never delivered to me but charged into my account. This is called stealing. Flat out.These people are NOT reliable nor trustworthy when there is a problem. They simply want to push it off.Never again.

My overall experience with Tribal Impressions was horrible!There are many other Native American Stores so save yourself some time and headaches and shop somewhere else. Customer service really stinks in this store!

I ordered a hat from this place on line, it has been over 2 weeks and nothing has been shipped to me, I tried calling the place and their phone number is disconnected, Do not buy from this place, they are many people who had experienced the same thing. Someone needs to do something about this place.

Dont order anything from this company. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a hat in February and now in June still dont have the correct hat. The store manager, Cheri, will not call back and is incredibly rude and argumentative. The owner will not answer emails either. Save your self the aggravation and order from someone else!

Cheri and the indian mall village are the most rude and incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They refuse to send the hat that I was billed for, return phone calls and have blamed UPS and Stetson for their mistakes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A RETAILER.By the way CHERI wanted me to make sure I spelled her name correctly when I wrote this review.
